"Chanjae~" you heard your brother call your name

"in the bathroom!" you yelled and he came in your room. you got out of the bathroom with a towel around your head and your toothbrush in your mouth

"yeah?" you asked

"tomorrow's the day" he said "i can't go to the airport because i have a schedule so Chen, D.O and Luhan are driving you there. i wanted to say goodbye to my little sis~" he hugged you "be a good girl in China, okay? save a lot of lives and come back whenever you have holidays, and also go to our concerts!"

"you already told me that~" you sang and smiled "thanks oppa"

he sighed and kissed your forehead then left "sleep now, you leave early tomorrow morning" you nodded and went back to the bathroom

a few minutes later, when you were comfortably lying in your bed, someone knocked and entered

"Tao?"

"yeah, sorry i know it's late but i just came back from my practice and i have a schedule with Chanyeol tomorrow so i can't go to the airport..." he panted and kneeled next to your bed on the floor. you sat on your bed and smiled a little

"yah. you just finished practice or you skipped practice...?" you asked and he made a face

"how did you know?" he asked and you chuckled

"i know everything~" you said as if it was the most evident thing

"i wanted to say goodbye, that's why" he said and took your hands

"I'll come back soon, don't worry~"

"i know... but don't fall for any of them!" he was kind of threatening you

"i won't~ ... yah, don't you me? i should be the one who worry about you, talking to millions of girls, hearing them calling you 'oppa', touching you-"

"so that's what worrying you?" he cut you

"huh?" he chuckled

"that millions of girls are touching me?" he asked

"what? no... no?" you weren't even sure of yourself

"i'm not jealous!" you yelled and he laughed

"i never said you were.." he leaned and whispered

That's right... he never did... damn it...

"i'm sure you'd get bored without me, huh?" he teased you

"i'm sure there are a lot of good looking male doctors in the hospital~" you replied and he frowned

"no, there aren't any. yah. look over here " he pointed at himself "THIS is good looking" he showed off his muscles and you looked away

"pffft" you spat and he frowned even more

"yah! why are you talking to me like that, huh?" he pretends to be hurt and pouted, looking at the ground. you felt guilty so you chuckled

"mianhae..." you said and lie on the bed so your heads were on the same level

"mianhae~ oppa~" you cooed and he smiled, then get up and sat on your bed. he took your head and you leaned on his chest

Chanjae... why are you leaving again...

~~~~~ Next morning, 6:00 am ~~~~~

"chanjae, ready to go?"

"yeaaaaah" you said and came downstairs where the boys were waiting. you went to the airport and said goodbye to the guys before taking a plane to China

This is what i wanna do. this is my future. i'm gonna be independent from now on. you can do it Chanjae!

you cheered yourself up

~~~~~ in the hospital ~~~~~

"Ms. Park?" a chinese woman called you and you stood up

"yes"

"follow me please" she said in korean with a chinese accent

you followed her and she lead you in front of a door

"this is your office, you may want to go in and we'll be attending a meeting in 3 hours so you have time to visit your workplace" she said and left. you looked in awe at the sigh hanging at your door : Doctor Park Chanjae.

This is it. i am finally a doctor!

you were super happy and go in your new office. it wasn't that great but you still enjoyed it. there was a lot of books and of course, your desk. it was really large and classy. you put your bag on a chair and sat behind your desk, still too happy to be a doctor. you decided to go aroung the hospital and say hello to your new colleagues. they were mostly korean so you were comfortable with them. then the women from earlier called you

"Ms Park, we should go to the meeting now" you followed her and the meeting was great. you talked about the rules, the schedules, and each patient's problem.

"today you'll meet 3 patients. but you'll only take care of their check up for now since you just started.." the director explained and you nodded

"sure, thank you very much" you stood up and left the room, holding 3 folders in your hands.

Okay Mr Kim, let's do it!

you read his personal informations and went to your office when he came in

"hello" he shyly said in chinese

"hello, don't worry, i'm korean, you can speak comfortably" you reassured him and he smiled

"thank you miss"

you talked a while with him and he was really friendly. he was old but still funny. you made his check up and right after that, the second patient came in. you did the same and he left.

Where's my last patient? he's late...

you waited for 10 minutes in your office, filling in papers when a knock surprised you.

"yes?" you asked but the door didn't open.

It must be my last patient!

you were still excited and went to open it. you eyes grew wide

"...C-C-Chanjae?" a slender, bruised, hairless man replied

"... Is is really you...?" a tear fell from your eyes, seeing him like that. he seemed just so weak right now

"Is... is it you? Lay?"
