When you opened your eyes, you were on the sofa with a blanket. You sat and looked around you.

“well well well! Look who's lazy and wake up at 12!” jokingly said Chanyeol

“what.. what happened?” you were a bit dizzy

“what do you mean?” he asked worried

“i was alone at home... wasn't I?”

he looked at you with a “are-you-serious?” face so you continued

“someone broke into our house … I don't remember who. He looked at our photo. And … argh! My head hurts so much! I can't remember anything!” you shout in frustration

“shhhhhh~” your brother protectively hugged you “it was just a bad dream” he continued

“but, it looked so real oppa!” you started to cry

Chanyeol POV

Did someone really broke into our house? it seems impossible, we only left to go to the company for 1 hour and we have a password for every doors ... nah, it has to be another nightmare of hers...

No one's POV

“who wants a-” Baekhyun said, coming in the living room. You could feel chanyeol mouthing him to go away but it was too late

“CHANJAE-AH!!! WHY ARE YOU CRYING!?” Baekhyun yelled

Aiiish! This idiot!!

before you could even look at him, 5 guys rushed in the living room

“CHANJAE IS CRYING?!”

“WHAT DID YOU DO TO HER?!”

“WHO DID THIS TO YOU CHANJAE-AH?!”

they kept on yelling in your ears and you couldn't take it anymore

“STOP IT!” you shout “i just want to be alone right now!” and with that you ran to your room. You locked the door and called your friends. You felt weird. Weirs, angry, and ashamed. It was the first time since your parents' death that someone (6 guys) saw you cry.

“IU-ah, can we hang out today?”

“sure, what happened? Your voice is a bit shaky. Is everything alright?”

“well, it turns out that living with 12 wasn't really a good thing”

“okay, meet me at the beach in 10 min” she said and you hung up.

You took your bag but didn't notice your only picture you took with your brother was missing, and went to the front door, hoping nobody would see you going out. You left a note on your door saying you were spending the night at IU's.

When you when through the garden, you saw a man playing guitar

Lay? Oh right, he wasn't with the others in the living room ... so he was there all the time?

He was playing a melody you've never heard before and he started singing

then he suddenly looked up to you

“Ch-Chanjae? Wh-what are you doing outside?” he quickly put his guitar down and stood up.

“Your voice is really good oppa!” you admired him and accidentally called him “oppa”

“de? Ah, that's nothing, really.” he was embarrassed

Awww~ he's cute when he's embarrassed! Wait what? No no no chanjae! That's not an appropriate thought! He's just an oppa... oppa? Well, I guess I call everyone oppa now... not even worrying if they're younger than me...

“nothing? Really? Are you kidding?! That was amazing! Oh yeah, you were singing with Luhan when you first met Tao oppa, right?”

“well, yeah, how did you know? Tao told you?”

“yeah, when we were alone outside”

“just spending the night at my best friend's house.” you smiled

“ani ani! It's just that I don't feel like I can see the other's face right now...” you remembered how stupid you felt after leaving them. They just wanted to comfort you but you just ran away. Like you always did since your brother left you and no one else were here to protect you.

“chanjae?” lay's voice brought you back to the situation

“ah, yeah? Sorry, I was just thinking...” you saw he wanted to know what you were thinking so you sat on the bench and he did too.

“when I was young, and oppa left for a few years already, I was constantly bullied at school. Mostly by girls saying it was my fault if they couldn't see him anymore. They were calling me stupid because I didn't even know why he left. So I worked really hard at school hoping to get 1^st place and maybe show them I wasn't stupid. And when it was time to get home, I would always go to the beach next to our house and talk to no one about all my problems. Okay, I had IU and wooyoung, but I wanted to talk to my brother. And no one could ever replace him. When I finished saying everything, I would hope that he would say “you did well”. Just these 3 worlds were enough to me. It meant everything. I just hoped that one day, if we meet again, he would say that. And I would be happy to hear these words from him.” you told Lay who nodded, waiting patiently that you finished your story.

Lay didn't really know why you were telling him all of this but he was happy that you did. It made him feel closer to you and he liked that.

“ah, oppa, sorry i'm bothering you when you were alone! I should probably go now. See you tomorrow” you stood up and didn't wait for his answer but quickly ran off to hide your red face

Why am I telling them all of my past? I'm not used to speak about that to anyone

He watched your back while you were still running

She really had a difficult past. Like all of us. Maybe that's why we're together after all.

Here's an update before i go to a paridisiacal island~ okay i'll be staying in the bungalow under tons of blankets next to my friends the fishes ... but i'm sure i'll have fun with the other 17 people i don't know ... yay~
