A/N: Hello there my beloved bunnies, yes i know, i promised to update on monday, but... i got lazy :( and there were too many things happening at once yesterday so i wasn't in any state to write (A)
Anyways, this might be a short chapter, enjoy reading~ The story is ending so soooooon :(

You stayed with Soo Mi for three days, three quiet and peaceful day.  

“So…” Soo Mi smiled as you were brushing your hair at her desk, “Are your parents worried?”

You shrugged; yes you’ve missed them. “They thought I ran off with Kikwang.”

Soo Mi chuckled, “Well did you tell them you were here?”

“I did yesterday,” you replied, “They cracked it.”

 She shook your head, “My parents are coming home tonight.”

You pouted, “So I can’t stay here anymore?”

“I never said that!” She made a face, “Of course you can! I was just telling you, you’ve met my parents anyways!”

You nodded quietly. To be honest, you didn’t quite like her parents, sure they were nice and everything, but there was always something wrong whenever you spoke to them. The looks in their eyes was always a judging look, as if to say that you didn’t deserve to be their daughter’s friend. “Umm, I think I should go home…”

“Aww why?” She pouted while wearing on her boots.

“My parents are probably gonna come searching for me anyways…” You trailed off and stood up.

“Careful of your stomach~” She playfully warned.

You shot her a look, “Shut up.”

She laughed and you rolled your eyes. 2 days ago Soo Mi had taken you to her family doctor to check up, as expected, you were positively pregnant. The doctor stated that because you weren’t 3 months yet, the baby is not yet stable, so you had to be extra careful: especially when you’ve been crying so much.

“Wanna come with me and Hyunseung for breakfast?” She asked and handed you your jacket.

You took and wore it on, “And be the third wheel? No thanks.”

She grinned, “We can call Nichkhun too?”

You rolled your eyes, “I’ll give you your clothes back tomorrow?”

She stared at her white loose top and denim shorts on you, “Nah you keep it, it’s big enough for a preggo lady.”

You glared at her, “My stomach isn’t that big.”

She shrugged deviously, “It won’t be flat forever~”

You rubbed your still flat stomach and couldn’t help but feel anxious, how were you going to hide it from your parents? Soo Mi seemed to understand what you were thinking and smiled, “But don’t worry! When it gets big we’ll figure out something.”

You gave her a grateful smile, “Mhm.”

She clapped her hands and looked around, “Now let’s go, got everything you need?”

You blinked at her, “I didn’t bring anything.”

She nodded, “True dat. Come on.”

Laughing and chatting, the two of us walked downstairs to her front door. “Are you sure you don’t want breakfast with us?” Soo Mi repeated as the two of you were standing at her front gate.

You smiled and nodded, “You go! You and Hyunseung deserve a date, the pass few days you’ve done nothing but stay with me.”

She grinned, “I’m such a nice friend aren’t I?”

You rolled your eyes, but slightly agreeing. Soo Mi giggled, “Well I’m going that way,” she jabbed her thumb to the left.

“And I’m going this way,” you nodded at the right.

“Bye!” The two of you waved and walked off.

While crossing the road, you touched your stomach and couldn’t help but feel the life living inside you. Staying with Soo Mi had helped you mentally calm down a lot, the two of you had spent hours and hours researching about how to be a mother, and you felt much more confident now.

While Soo Mi was walking to the restaurant, she heard someone call her name. Turning around, she smiled seeing Nichkhun, “Nichkhun oppa?”

He smiled and walked over, “Are you free for a moment?”

….

“So… How is everybody?” He asked as they were sitting on a nearby bench holding two cups of coffee.

Soo Mi tried her best to keep sealed, “They’re good…”

“How’s Min Ji?” He asked, testing her.

She stayed quiet for a bit, not knowing whether to tell him the truth or not, “She’s… Doing well…”

“Does she get sick often?” He asked again.

“No…”

“Is she eating proper meals?”

“Yes…”

“Does she have morning sickness?”

“No…’” *Not yet…* Soo Mi blinked at Nichkhun, confused. All these questions in one way or another reminded her of the things she told Min Ji after find out that the girl was pregnant. But Nichkhun seemed too innocent to know anything about it.

Nichkhun stared back at her, “Tell me the truth…”

“What truth?” She squeaked, trying to stay calm.

“Min Ji… Is pregnant right?” He asked in a serious tone.

*How did he know?!* She stared at him with slightly round eyes, “Ehh?”

He shifted his attention to the ground, “You left Skype on…”

Her jaw dropped and she covered it with her hand, “Oh my god I did too!”

“Ehehe,” Nichkhun scratched the back of his neck awkwardly.

Soo Mi gulped and grabbed his arm, “Please don’t tell anyone! Min Ji doesn’t want anyone to know right now!”

He smiled and nodded, “Don’t worry, I won’t.” She sighed in relief and he continued, “But I’m going to help her.”

“What?” She asked, confused, “How?”

“Well…” Nichkhun started getting nervous, “Ever since I found out, I’ve been thinking… I really don’t want Min Ji to suffer…”

Soo Mi nodded, “And…”

“Come here,” he motioned her to come closer. She leaned in and he whispered in her ear. 

Soo Mi’s eyes went so wide that they can pop out and her jaw dropped so much it could (if possible) touch the floor, “YOU’RE GOING TO DO WHAT?!”

Nichkhun nodded, “I am.”

“But that’s… Not something anyone can just do…” She whispered.

“I want to do it,” he replied.

“That’s a lot of responsibility,” she frowned.

He nodded again. He knows it’s not an easy decision, but that was the best solution he could come up with. The thought of you suffering alone was too painful to bear. “I know it is, but it’s for Min Ji.”

Soo Mi softened, “But are you sure though? We can think of other ideas…”

“I want to be there for her,” he smiled, “Min Ji is my first priority.”

Soo Mi watched as he shifted his attention to the children playing on the garden and couldn’t help but feel bad for you, *If only Kikwang had Nichkhun’s personality… Wait no- Min Ji should’ve fallen for Nichkhun first…*

As Nichkhun finished his coffee, she started feeling bad for him. She didn’t know if she fully supported his idea or not. *Nichkhun oppa, you’re too selfless…*
