EUNJUNG'S POV

I park my car and run inside the building.

Time check 8:45am

I was late.

I was lucky I didn't get caught for over speeding.

Damn

Where is the trial court here?

I decided to ask someone and told me that it was on the 8th floor.

I immediately headed to the elevator but

THE HELL IT WAS FULL

Stairs

I decided to take the stairs.

I feel so dizzy now.

Why so many stairs?

3rd floor.

5 floors more Eunjung you can do this.

I was panting really hard and I'm aware that I don't look presentable anymore but who cares all I know now is I have to hand the evidence to them and don't let the Jung's win.

They deserve to rot in jail.

7th floor.

I feel like my eyes are closing now.

Everything around me is twirling.

Please a little bit more.

There's only one floor left Eunjung you can do this.

I gathered all my strength to make it to the next floor.

When I reach the 8th floor I immediately look for the court room.

I really find it hard to read the labels on the doors because I feel like my world is spinning around.

After struggling I finally found the room.

I hold on to the door and heard that they are asking about the evidence.

I should get in now.

"WAIT" I don't know why I did that but all eyes on me now.

I look around and search for Jiyeon but just like when I'm looking for the door I find it hard to do.

Damn it.

JIYEON'S POV

This is it.

I close my eyes

"Your honor, we don't h-"

"WAIT"

Huh?

We all look behind.

My eyes widen and I can't even contemplate if I was just imagining things or this thing is real.

I stand up and look at her.

What happen to her?

She's messed up.

She look around it seems like she's looking for someone.

Don't set your hopes so high Jiyeon.

She's here for Sica of course.

I suddenly feel like crying again.

I was about to look away and sit again when she suddenly turn to look in my way.

My heart suddenly beats so fast.

She smiled at me.

I find things surreal.

Is this really happening?

Or am I just too lonely that's why I'm starting to see things?

I can't take my eyes of her.

She started to come closer but the guards didn't allow her.

"Please let go I have something important to do!" She said while struggling to break free.

My mind is blank and I'm just standing here while watching her struggle.

I'm not really sure what's going on

What's the meaning of that smile Jungie?

Something in her hand catches my attention.

"Hey please let her" I said and immediately go to them.

"Jiyeon" I heard Soyeon unnie call me but I continue to get closer to Jungie.

The guards let her go when I get closer.

"Jungie" The only thing I can say at this moment.

She looks unwell.

I suddenly felt worried.

She grabs my hand and place the necklace on my palm.

"Don't make them wait" she said to me.

She said and about to let go of my hand but I didn't allow her.

We look at each other.

Once again I can see her staring at me with love just like before.

I'm afraid if I let go of her hand things will change again.

"I'm not going anywhere. I'll be waiting outside" She said and smile at me.

"Jungie" I call her again.

"I promise to wait outside. You have to win this. Go now" she said and let go of my hand then leave.

I sighed and get back to my place.

"Attorney I have the evidence with me" I whispered to our lawyer and the hearing continues.

"What happen there?" Unnie ask me.

I just smile at them and they just frown and look at each other.

Qri unnie and Boram unnie seems confuse too.

Areumie is still not here because she's still not feeling well.

I look at the Jung's and the Yoo's.

Now it's my time to smirk at them.

"Your honor, Miss Park Jiyeon will present the evidence against the accused" Our lawyer said and calls me.

The unnies were surprise.

I presented the evidences including the video of my Dad before they left that day.

He said that if ever something bad happens to them it'll be the Jung's and the Yoo's. He said that they receive threats many times after my Dad discovers their secret.

After that we waited for a few minutes for the final judgment.

My unnies were in tears.

"Miracles happen indeed" Hyomin unnie said and we hug each other.

"I know Jungie will do the right thing. I always believe in her" I said and while crying.

After a few minutes it's now time for the verdict.

I'm still nervous though we have strong evidence against them now.

"Based on the evidence presented in this court. The Jung's and the Yoo's are found to be GUILTY beyond reasonable doubt"

And that finally ends everything.

We already gave justice to our parents' death.

"Congratulations" Our lawyer said.

"Thank you so much attorney" We thank him.

"You are very welcome. It's an honor to serve your family" he said.

Finally

Then I remember Jungie.

I keep looking at the door maybe she will come inside.

"Just go to her now" Hyomin unnie said and smile to me.

I look at Soyeon unnie and she nods and smiles to me.

I run outside and look for Jungie.

I found her leaning on the wall.

I slowly walk closer and stop in front of her.

Her eyes are close.

Is she sleeping?

"Jungie?" I call her and slowly shake her.

"YEAH?! I uhm Jiyeon" She said I giggled.

How can she manage to sleep while standing?

"Thank you for giving it back" I said

"You don't really have to thank me after all I was at fault here. I just do the right thing. I was a Pabo to let Jessica use me" she said while looking down and there's full of regrets in her voice.

I notice she's not just messy but she got scratches and insect bites on her arms.

Her shirt is little messy and her pants are ripped. It's ripped not in a stylish way but she looks like she just came from a battle.

"Jungie what happen to you?" I worriedly ask while checking on her arm.

"It's nothing. You see I throw your necklace on the bridge that day and the next day I realize things so I came looking for it again. Luckily I found it this morning" She said weekly and she looks really pale.

She looks for the necklace the whole night?

She's going crazy.

I check her temperature.

"Hey you’re hot. You have fever" I worriedly said and take off my jacket to cover her.

"I'm alright. Don't worry" she said but she really looks unwell.

"You should go t- JUNGIE" I'm not even finish with what I'm saying when she already fainted.

"Jiyeon what happen?"  I saw the unnies approaching us.

"Unnie she fainted. We should bring her to the hospital." I said while I'm holding Jungie.

"We should bring her to the Ham's personal doctor" Soyeon unnie said.
