Narrator’s POV

Chunji was having a meeting with the company’s BOD. He was taking charge of their new hotel in Suwon.

“Sir, you have a message.” His secretary handed him his phone.

Can you pick me up? I need help.  –Noona

“Isnt she supposed to be in her office?” Chunji muttered as he stood up.

“The meeting will have to end here.” He said as he went out.

The blue Audi R8, stopped in front of the restaurant.

Chunji found his sister leaning on the red brick wall. She was breathing hard.

“Noona, gwaenchana? (Are you okay?)”

She didn’t speak. She shook her head.

“Did something happen?” He looked around and saw Jaejoong’s car.

“Hyung’s inside?” He asked.

He stepped up and looked at the window.

“What…why is he eating with that-”

“Ji, we’ll talk later, just take me back to the company.” Inhee breathed.

“No, we’re going home and I’m calling the hyungs.”

Your POV

Why is he with my husband? He can’t be planning something right?

Chunji was driving like a mad dog. I know he’s angry with Jaejoong, but he shouldn’t be, Jaejoong doesn’t know.

“You don’t have to call oppa, I’m okay.”

“Okay? Look at you, you’re like a sheet of paper.”

I bit my lip.

Chunji= bad temper

But the good thing about him is that when he’s angry he shows it. But Nichkhun oppa, when he’s angry, he keeps quiet, but if he looses his temper, he blows. And it’s not a good experience.

“Ya, HOW COULD YOU BE SO FOOLISH? You even sat with him!” Khun oppa said as I got in the game room.

“Is mom and dad around?” I asked him. He shook his head.

“Innie-ya, we heard about it. Are you okay?” Chansung oppa asked.

“I’m okay, oppa.”

Chansung oppa and Taecyeon oppa were with us.

“Do you guys have any ideas why he’s back?” Taecyeon asked.

“No, he just popped out. He’s Soomin’s cousin right? Maybe~” Chansung oppa started.

“Oppa, leave Soomin out of this. She doesn’t know.” I said.

Chunji came back in the room.

“I called brother-in-law hyung, he’s coming.” He announced.

I felt my insides do a somersault.

“Oppa, please, don’t tell him.”  I said to Khun oppa.

“Inhee, he should know, we don’t if something like this happens~”

“It wont, I don’t want him to know.”

“Why? I thought you already trusted him.”

“I do, but I don’t want him to know, its already embarrassing enough.”

“Why aren’t you listening to me? Why would you care about what he thinks?!”

I looked down.

“We just want to keep you safe, he has to know. To hell if he’ll laugh~”

The doors opened. Jaejoong entered.

“Are you okay?” He asked.

“You met with Park Distributors today with my sister?” Khun oppa asked.

“Yeah, I did. Why?”

“That’s stupid. Are you trying to kill her?” Oppa’s tone changed.

“Oppa, stop it.” I stood up.

“What….do you mean~”

“That man, he tried~”

“Ho Nichkhun!”

Narrator’s POV

“Ho Nichkhun!” Inhee glared at her brother. Khun looked away.

“We’re leaving.” Inhee said as she went out of the room. Jaejoong followed.

“What was that? Did you guys fight?”

“Ani.”

“Earlier, you look a bit off, are you sick?” He asked.

“No. I’m okay, how was your meeting?”

“It went well, Jaebum said he knew you.”

Inhee flinched.

“Ah, really? I don’t remember him.” She said.

“Anyway, Changmin has this event tonight~”

“I know, he called me earlier. We should split.”

“WHAT?!”

“Split. I’ll go to Niel’s party, you go to Min oppa’s event.”

“Oh.” Jaejoong sighed.

Inhee laughed.

“You’re acting strange.”

“Do you think Inhee will come too?” Junsu asked, they were all at Changmin’s house.

“I hope she does, I learn a lot from her.” Yoochun said.

“Learn what?” Yunho asked.

“I learn a lot about Jaejoong from her.”

“Huh?” Junsu and Changmin looked at him.

“Yoochun-ah.” Yunho gave him a look, Serin entered the room.

“Hey guys, so who’s cooking tonight?” She asked.

“Well, Jae’s not yet here, and you’re second in command when it comes to cooking.” Yunho grinned.

“Aish. Why did I have to arrive early, where’s Jaejoong?”

“With Inhee probably.” Chun shrugged. Yunho hit his arm.

Serin looked away.

Your POV

“Then, I’ll just call you later.” I said as I opened the car’s door.

“Okay, I’ll be ar Changmin’s.”

I nodded and got off. I took a deep breath as I made my way to entrance.

“Wait.” I felt a hand on my wrist.

“Are you sure you’re going to be okay alone?” Jaejoong asked.

“What are you doing? You’re running late.” I said.

“I can come with you if you want.”

No, Serin’s waiting for you, I know you want to see her too.

“I’m okay. I’ll see you later.” I smiled.

He let go of my hand and I entered the club.

It’s okay Inhee, you need some space from him anyway.

“NOONA~ you came!” Niel was the first one who welcomed me.

“Happy birthday Ahn Daniel.” I greeted.

“Noona, it’s just Niel.” He grinned.

“But, I don’t know what to get you, sorry I came empty handed.”

“It’s okay Noona, as long as you came.”

“Guys, noona’s here.” He announced as we arrived at their table. Chunji wasn’t looking at me.

“Oh, unnie, hello.” Soomin greeted.

“Oh, hey Soomin.”

Narrator’s POV

Before heading to Changmin’s house Jaejoong had to pass by at their home, he forgot to bring the bottle of wine Junsu was asking for.

He went to the kitchen and prepared the beverage. Then he remembered something.

A picture.

He went up to his study and took out the photo Inhee gave him. It was the phot of a young her and her brothers.

A smile formed on his lips as his eyes landed on the cute little girl on the middle.

Then, he noticed that the photo’s size is irregular. He realized a part of the photo was torn. He looked at the photo carefully. A part of the torn piece was left; it was an image of a rubber shoe. It was obviously a boy’s.
