The next day, Seulgi is walking in the hotel lobby while playing on her phone when a guy bumped on to her, causing her to fall down.

“Ahh… That hurts…”

          Suddenly, the unknown guy held her hand and pulled her up. Seulgi swore that she felt sparks running throughout her body. When she looked up, she saw that the guy is wearing a hoodie, sunglasses and a face mask.

“Be careful. You might get hurt.” He said.

            The guy walked on ahead. But then, Seulgi realized something.

“That voice…” Seulgi thought.

          She turned around to call for him, but he was gone.

          Jaehoon is hiding behind a wall when his phone rang. It was Kei calling him.

“Jaehoon, where are you?”

“I’m in the lobby. I’m kind of in the middle of something here.”

“What? What happened?”

“I bumped on to Seulgi earlier. Good thing I had my disguise on, but she might have recognized my voice.”

“You just had to talk, didn’t you?”

“I’m going to pretend that you weren’t sarcastic in that last statement. Now do something! She might be looking for me now.”

“Okay, I’m on my way down.”

            Jaehoon hung up the call and placed his phone back in his pocket.

          Seulgi is walking around the lobby again, this time looking for the masked stranger. She suddenly heard a voice calling for her from the elevator.

“Seulgi!”

“Oh, hello Kei. Do you need something?”

“Umm… Nothing much. Where’s Wendy?”

“She’s upstairs, in our room. Who knows what she’s doing there.”

“I see. Do you want to go shopping with me? I kind of need someone to accompany me.”

“Sure. I’ll call Wendy to see if she’s interested.”

“Okay. No problem.”

          Seulgi walked a few feet from Kei and called Wendy. Kei sent a text to Jaehoon.

“We’re going shopping. I’ll use your card. Be right back.”

          When Jaehoon read it, he heaved a long sigh before replying.

“Okay. I’ll be meeting Mr. Smith later. Take your time. Literally.”

          Kei smiled after reading Jaehoon’s text. Seulgi walked back to her.

“Wendy won’t answer her phone. She might be sleeping.”

“Then I guess it’s just the two of us. Shall we go?”

“Sure. Lead the way.”

          While picking out their clothes, Seulgi talked to Kei.

“Umm… Kei?”

“Hmm?”

“Can I ask you a question?”

“Of course, shoot.”

          Seulgi wanted to ask her about his relationship with Jaehoon, but decided not to.

“Is Jaehoon with you?”

          Kei was surprised, but she kept a poker face.

“Of course not!”

“Then where is he?”

“He’s back in Korea, obviously. Why do you ask?”

          Seulgi thought about the mysterious stranger earlier.

“Nothing in particular… Forget about it.”

“Okay then. Here, try this one. It looks good on you.” Kei said as she handed a dress to Seulgi.

          Seulgi nodded and went to the fitting room. Kei let out a huge sigh.

          Meanwhile, Jaehoon has finished getting dressed for his meeting. He went down and met with his business associates.

“Good afternoon Mr. Smith.”

“Yes, good afternoon. I assume you’re Mr. Kim’s son, Jaden?”

“You’re correct sir. So, shall we get started?”

“Straight to the point, just like your father. I can tell that we’ll be really good business partners.”

“That’s good to know.”

            Mr. Smith’s assistant prepared the presentation while Jaehoon listened attentively. They finished discussing after a short while.

“I hope you liked our proposal for a collaboration project.” Mr. Smith said.

“Of course. I just have one question.”

“Sure, go ahead.”

“Why isn’t a representative of Kang Corporation present earlier?”

“Don’t worry about it. I heard that the heir of Kang Corporation is also here so we’ll have a meeting later or so.”

“Do I need to be there?”

“It’s up to you.”
