                “So today we’ll be going through Biology and then we’ll do history. That should cover our first two days and then we’ll start Advance Algebra and Literature tomorrow afternoon,” Kyungsoo laid out his and Chanyeol’s study plan for the week. He’s made a promise to keep Chanyeol on his spot though this will keep him away from Jongin. He can endure that long, maybe.

                “Uh huh,” was only Chanyeol’s response. Kyungsoo raised his eyebrow at that. He peeked at his bestfriend and he found him staring blankly into space.

                “Park Chanyeol, are you deaf?”

                “Uh huh,” yep, he’s definitely spacing out. Kyungsoo stealthily went behind Chanyeol and counted under his breath. At three, he yelled “boo!” and the giant elf fell off his chair. Kyungsoo was laughing his heart out for two seconds until Chanyeol hysterically shook his limbs and head.

                “It’s not me! Honestly! It was Kris who kissed me!”

                “WAIT! WHAT? WHAT DID YOU SAY? KRIS WU HAS KISSED YOU?”

                “Ohh,” Chanyeol realized that he has just said his thoughts out loud. Who wouldn’t think about that? Kris Wu has kissed him last night. Two times.

                “PARK CHANYEOL, ANSWER ME!”

                “Yes.”

                “WHY?”

                “I’m not sure…”

                “WHAT THE HELL? AND YOU DIDN’T PUNCH HIM IN THE GUT FOR THAT?”

                “BECAUSE HE KISSED YOU WITHOUT PERMISSION!”

                “I really didn’t mind it, at all,” if Chanyeol feels anything about that kiss, it was perfect.

                “You’re an idiot, Yeol. What’re you gonna do now?” he hung his head at his bestfriend’s question. What is he gonna do now? Their kiss felt important. It’s a game changer. So, what? Is Kris Wu his boyfriend for real? But Kris hadn’t asked him yet. Should he be the one to ask? But it was Kris who initiated it first so shouldn’t he be the one to ask? What if he’s just being delusional again? He pushed that thought away, it hurt his heart deep.

                “Wait? See how everything plays out?” that’s the best that he could come up with. Kyungsoo’s nerves calmed down a bit. He’s being overprotective of Chanyeol again.

                “I’m sorry, Yeol,” Chanyeol almost fell off his chair again because Kyungsoo apologized. “I know I said that you should take your shot at love but please, be careful okay? I just don’t want you to get hurt,” Kyungsoo ended up hugging his gentle giant. Chanyeol released his tensed shoulders.

                “I know, Soo. That’s why I love you,” Kyungsoo was moved at his bestfriend’s statement. Chanyeol is good as he is bad with words.

                “Let’s get your to study. You need to stay on top.”

                “Yes, mother,” Chanyeol chuckled and Kyungsoo immediately turned his back before his bestfriend could see the tear he shed and a smile on his face.
