Chapter 33; Sure Thing.

“Good morning, sweetheart.”

You heard Yoseoob soft voice woke you up from your reverie.
You were wondering where you were at when you noticed your surrounding taking full place at a hospital room.
How did you get here?
You looked at your broken leg and badly scrapped arm and face and suddenly felt ashamed.

Yoseob may love you but he shouldn’t see you in this condition.
You’re not good enough to stand before him like this. In bandages and in pain.

“You okay, baby?”

You heard him ask and you nod, not even looking up.
What if he saw your broken face?

“Hey, whats wrong? “

He asked and you refused to look up at him. You heard him sigh and your heart broke a little. Maybe he’s tired of you and your attitude now.

“Listen, I love you. What’s wrong?”

“My face.”

You murmured and he heard it clear.
You saw him from the corner of your eye and he got up to your side, sitting beside you.
You suddenly felt conscious for the need to move away and give him more space.

You didn’t even get to move you head in an angle away from him when his two hands pulled you to face him.
You couldn’t even look at him in the eye.

“You’re the most beautifulest thing in the world. This is nothing love.”

He whispered in your ear and kissed your temple softly.
You felt a weight lift off your shoulders.
Honestly, you were afraid that he would leave you.
Thankfully, he didn’t.

“You love me still?”

You asked in fear of his indefinite answer.

“Even when the sky comes falling. Even when the sun doesn’t shine.”
