Author's POV "Amber I'm sleepy" Krystal mumbled one late noon and burried her face on the crook of Amber's neck...followed by her yawn, Amber glanced at her smiling and caressed her soft cheek.. "ill wait till you wake up princess..." she softly whispered near her ear.. It has been a daily routine for them to watch those kids playing at the covered hospital grounds alotted for patients doing therapies or persons who are terminally ill like Krystal... Krystal slowly closed her eyes as Amber's smile slowly faded as she stared into the open air...she wrapped her arms tightly around her girlfriend as her mind drifted to her thousand questions... ......how much longer can I hold her like this? ......can she endure much longer for me? ......how much time do we have? ......how can I go on after she's gone? ......how am I going to face the world we fought together just to have this? "mister?" a sweet little voice snapped her thoughts out... Amber turned her gaze down to a cute little girl holding a big teddy bear almost as big as her..a faint smile curved up Amber's lips.. "yes?" she asked.. "are you sad?" the girl innocently asked..she's struggling sneaking out her head to look at her over the bear's head.. Amber shook her head though she didn't know how to answer her question...the little girl motioned forward close to Amber and stared closely at a peaceful sleeping Krystal... "you have a very beautiful wife mister.."she grinned widely at Amber.. "you think so?" She nodded..."you should be happy you have her.." The little girl started Krystal's hair and for a moment there Amber saw a hint of sadness on the little girl's round eyes... Amber's heart stung when the little girl showed her the bracelet on her wrist same as her girlfriend's...'she's too young she thought to herself' and right just then Amber noticed the bonnet on her head...Amber worried if it could happen to Krystal too... "I wish my hair would grow back as beautiful as hers..." the girl said full of admiration... "oh I'm sure you would don't worry----" her last words trailed off for she still wasn't able to ask for her name,and like she already read Amber's mind the girl finished off.. "suwon" she grinned... "suwon-ah" Amber followed.. Suwon later on fished out something in her pocket and since she was having a hard time holding her bear,Amber held it for her...She watched her put what seems to be a sticker at the back of her hand..she smiled as the little girl blew over it and proudly declared it's been casted...Amber was dead curious but still she thanked her.. "it's a power booster!..I'm only giving it to my dad whenever I see him so down...and I am saving the rest so he could use it when I'm gone"..she paused.."but it won't hurt giving you one since you seem to need it too mister...now you won't feel hurt anymore.." Suwon innocently explained to Amber... "when your gone?---why?--why would you want to---don't you wish to live longer?" Amber asked sympathizing with the little girl.. "hmmm--I do if I can..but I can't..I heard my dad once that he's giving me back because he only borrowed me but he's happy I came into his life..I heard him crying several times since mom died because of this...and I can't stand it too just how he couldn't stand me in pains..and he said I don't have to worry about him because his a grown up man and my mom's waiting for me..he also promised we'll be together again...and I trust my dad..that's why I don't have to force myself to stay if I can't--and just because I can't it doesn't mean I don't love him..and he always say because he loves me too he won't hold me back so I can be with my mom...and that's enough for me" Suwon smiled at her.. "wish I could be that brave.." Amber ran her fingers through her girlfriend's hair.. "you are..you have to mister..." "Suwon-ah!" a tall middle aged man caught our attention and kept on waving at the little girl infront of Amber.. "oh appa!coming!" Suwon said and turned back to Amber.. "see you around mister! And oh---please keep that a secret" pointing at the sticker over Amber's hand...
