Your POV

After 4 gruelling hours, the elections are over. The people have all voted and we are waiting for the results. My family came over to backstage to cheer on me. I felt a warm arm around me.

“Calm down, you did great just now.” Junhong oppa whispered into my ear. I blew my bangs and hugged him.

“I’m just worried of disappointing you guys…” I said while looking down.

“Hey, our little dongsaeng, you did your best!” Sunggyu oppa said with his eye smile.

“Yeah, you did wonderful,” Minho oppa added.

“You’re sure to win!” They all chorused.

Their words calmed me down a little and we had a gigantic group hug, consisting of 21 people including my two very best friends.

V’s POV

The hyungs and Hyun Jin came backstage to give me their support. I looked down at my hand and played with them like they were the most interesting things ever.

“Yah.” Lay hyung said, “You can do it, you did very well out there.”

“I’mjustreallynervous.” I said without pause.

“I can see that, when you’re nervous, you can’t talk.” Jin hyung slung his arm around my shoulder.

“You can do this oppa, we all believe in you!” Hyun Jin flashed me her signature eye smile. I chuckled and ruffled her hair.

“Thank you guys, I’m feeling much better now.” I said and gave them an assuring smile although my heart is beating as fast as a cheetah after a long run. Maybe even faster.

Author’s Narration

“We will now announce the long awaited results of the Presidential Elections 2013.”

The noisy and chatty atmosphere suddenly turned really tense. Everybody looked at Mr Kang, waiting for the results with a fast beating heart. Taehyung and Jae-na, along with their family were clasping their hands together and blowing anxious breaths out.

“The president of the Werewolf Company is…”

“Oh come on just say it already…” Suga hyung said.

Your POV

I don’t know why, my mind is pleading to let Kim Taehyung win. What in the world..? I think it’s just that the other candidates just don’t seem trustworthy… Yeah it must be, can’t be anything else.

Right?

Right at that moment it happened.

“Kim Taehyung!” Mr Kang said into the mic. Applauses around the whole stadium could be heard, cheer and screams covered all the “what?” and “boos” who did not vote for him. I smiled a little unknowingly and quickly shook my head to get rid of it.

I looked over to him and all his friends, they were all congratulating him and theyeven threw him up in the air, it was a heartwarming sight. Wait what? Remember, Youngjae oppa. They don’t deserve my trust. I rolledmy eyes and faced the Mr Kang.

“Next, the President of the Vampire Association is…”

V’s POV.

We stopped all our cheering and listened closely. I honestly wanted Im Jae-na to be the President though… What? I did not just think of that. Kim Taehyung, remember Minseok hyung? I cannot possibly wish for that. She do not deserve my trust.

“Goo Jihyun!”

What? Really? I looked over to Im Jae-na and saw a flash of disappointment. My heart cringed but I quickly shook it away.

“Daebak! WE WON!!!” Tao hyung exclaimed.

“I know right! What’s more, Im Jae-na didn’t!” J-Hope hyung said and they all started howling in laughter.

“Yeah…” I faked a laugh and we left the stadium for a celebration.

I admit I was a little disappointed but oh well…

“Jae-ah, Gwenchana?”

“Mm, winning isn’t all, I’m fine.” I said and smiled at them.

“Are you sure?” Jung Ha gave me a little hug.

“Yes. Let’s go for lunch shall we?” I asked.

“Yes!! I’m famished!” Daehyung oppa said and we all laughed and left the stadium.
