Chapter 16: Ignore her

Yongguk and the others were eating bread at the rooftop when a plan entered Yongguk’s mind. He snapped his fingers. “Aha! I know!”

They all look at their hyung and waited for him to speak. Yongguk stood up with a bright smile on his face. “We should really ignore that tokki! I mean, we’re being quite nice to her. We shouldn’t be minding her. Talking to her or even looking at her. That way, she will notice how much we don’t like her.”

Daehyun and Himchan don’t seem to like the idea so they just kept being quiet.

Zelo stood up and pumped his fist. “You’re right, hyung! We should really do that!” he exclaimed.

Yongguk smirked. Starting today, we should not speak or even glance at her. Pretend that she totally doesn’t exist, araso?” he asked.

The others nodded their heads but Daehyun, Himchan including Jongup didn’t. “Hey, don’t you like my plan?” Yongguk asked them his hands on his hips. They just nod their heads and sighed.

That same day, BAP came down from the rooftop and walked at the school’s hallway. At the same time, Ye Seul was there walking the same way with them. She smiled as she stood by the lockers and raised her hand to wave. “Annyeong, Opp-“ her eyes widened when they just passed her.

She froze on her spot and when she realized what just happened, she abruptly spun around. “O-Oppa!” she yelled.

Daehyun swallowed hard with the call. But he has to ignore her.

At dismissal, as promised, Ye Seul waited for Daehyun outside the school gates. Daehyun didn’t really expect that she’s there until he saw her. He stopped from his tracks as he saw Ye Seul tapping the tip of her shoe on the ground as she waits.

Some of her classmates passed by her and she waved back. She continues to linger around as she waits for Daehyun.
