“Jong-Jongsuk-sshi…”

Jongsuk who was arranging the lavenders onto the vase heard lisa soft quivering voice, he place down the remaining flower he was holding and went toward her bed, sitting down just right beside her. He hold her wrist and checked her pulse for a minute before he gently place it down her stomach…

“It seems like, you’re doing good.” He smile. “How do you feel now? Do you need anything?”

Lisa shook her head… “No. Why you’re here? Where are they?”

“Oh, i’ll be your company for today. Well, your mom and your sister headed to the police station, they said they found the culprit behind your accident.” Jongsuk answered. “Unfortunately it turned out to be your brother’s fiancée.”

“Yesha? So she really wanted to kill us—” She suddenly paused upon remembering jaejoong. “Jongsuk-ssi, where’s jaejoong? I want to see him, please help me see him.” She suddenly get up in sitting position as she beg him, grabbing his arm.

Jongsuk slender fingers pressed into the skin of the back of her hand, looking at her with a diluted facial expression…

“Why? What’s wrong?”

“About jaejoong, he’s still in a coma at the ICU and under surveillance. He’s surgery was successful but he still hasn’t responding into some treatments that we’re continuously giving. There were also times that, his heart rate will suddenly dropped. But don’t worry, i’m sure he’ll be fine.” He assured her.

“Please, bring me to him. I want to see him.”

By that, jongsuk then asked an assistance from the nurse station to bring them a wheelchair for her. When they came, he lifted her carefully and made her sit into the wheelchair. Exiting from the VIP ward, with jongsuk pulling her as they headed to the ICU. As they pass along the VIP ward corridor, some nurses were unhurried while they moved with a serene purposefulness from room to room, doing their rounds. There were vases of flowers and beautiful framed pieces of art hanging on the walls. 

As soon they reach the ICU, jongsuk help her wear an isolation gown before entering as per hospital policy. When she was done, jongsuk open the door for her and when she step inside; she gasped and capped with her right hand upon seeing jaejoong unconsciousl
