Second day : Life story I
Night School [Hiatus]
- When I came here - he said later, with words leaving kinda hesitant - I had been expelled from my last school because they found me and my ex-boyfriend passed out on the roof. We had been drinking vodka and .... Well, imagine the rest.
- Anyway, my parents were incredibly upset. The problem is that the school should be excellent, but actually it was just ... stupid. The classes were too easy, there was nothing to do all the kids did wasjust waiting to be sent to one of the best universities. - Drooping his leg off the bench , began rocking his foot back and forth. -Then, my parents enrolled me here.
- I think they thought I'd hate it, but after getting used to this strange environment, I began to love it. I love the fact that it is a demanding place and also so strange. I love how some of the teachers are so bizarre. Somehow, everything hits right. Since then I have been feeling good. Great, to tell the truth. It's like being in the place where I should belong.
- Hojoon and me were super close, you know? He had been my best friend. There are brothers who are bad to each other, but we weren't. Whenever the two were going everywhere. He is five years older than me, but always had all the patience in the world for me. Couldn't get enough of my company, as with some older guys who got tired of younger siblings.
- When I was little, he used to pick me up every day from school and we returned together. He helped me with homework and he watched tv with me. My parents working more but I never cared about it because Hojoon was always with me. And even when I was growing up, he always was seeing if I was okay, like, appeared after school, as if it were coincidence or something. He was doing homework while I was doing mine, so if I had some difficulty he could help me.
- But then, about six months before disappearing, Hojoon started having a weird behavior. He started to come home very late and was always arguing with my parents. Was never around, and when he was, hardly spoke. I felt I was losing him. When I tried to talk to him about his behavior and whether it was all right, he went away. Literally. Got up, left the house and only returned there for several hours. His grades have gone from excellent to terrible. My parents were very scared but could do nothing to help. He would not let them.
