Kai came dangerously close to me. "You've been avoiding me."   I tried to avoid his intense stare. 

"Eunsoo, I'll ask just once. Do you like me?"

I let out a deep breath, and turned to face him. It's either now or never, right? I responded,

"Yeah."

Kai's eyes widened, and his mouth fell open in shock. I cleared my throat and repeated myself. "Yeah, I do, you idiot. I've liked you for awhile. But I was able to realize it a week ago."

"Eunsoo.." his voice became soft. "I thought you liked Baekhyun."

I shrugged. "That was before. But when Baekhyun kissed me..I didn't feel this 'spark'. But with you..I did. Does that make sense?" I buried my face in my hands. This is so embarrassing!!

 
"Eunsoo." Kai said my name once again. "What??"

"I don't like you."

I stared at him, confused. And I swear my heart dropped. "But I thought you said-" he interrupted by planting his lips onto mine roughly. Kai's hands cupped my face. He pulled away with a mixture between a smirk and a smile.

"I love you."

That did it. I wrapped my arms around his neck as Kai kissed me once again. I kissed him back as we kept kissing. Eventually, I had to pull back because I was about to die due to my lack of air. We stared into each other's eyes, and I smiled.

"I love you, too, KkamJong." Kai chuckl
