"Why are you up so late?" a voice asks from behind me. Spooked, I turn around quickly, clutching my heart. "Oh..it's just you." I say bluntly.

Kai rolls his eyes. "Thanks. Why are you even up? It's almost midnight." he chides. "Since when did you care about what I did, huh?" I retort.

He joins me at the balcony. We stare out into the white-covered ground, leaning our arms across the railing.

"Hey, .."

This guy..I turn to him, "What?" "I'm just going to be really random and all, but...isn't the scene beautiful?"

I blink blankly at him, before looking back at the scenery. Indeed, it is beautiful. A thin layer of snow was falling, but the roof from the cabin was protecting us from getting wet.

"..yeah, it is." I finally reply. Kai gazes rather dreamily out into the scenery. Silence engulfs us as we just stand there, side by side next to each other.

Tinkle, tinkle, tinkle.

   The chimes above us chime as the wind blows them. The sound is very..well, soothing, if that's possible.

I inhale the fresh winter air. Huk...this is kinda like a Korean drama scene, if you know what I mean. The protagonist is with the male, and they're having a lovey-dovey moment..

Except this is reality, where Kai and I dislike each other, and we're being awkward.

"Hey, ." Kai says once again. "What?! And stop calling me that!" I turn to him once again, getting a bit annoyed.

Kai smirks, and says something really shocking;

"I think I like you."

"..."
