Luhan: The Annoying Brat
Luhan's POV
"The clouds are so dark now."
"Hm."
"It's a rare feat in Seoul to be this dark."
"Mm-hm."
"Does this also happen in China?"
"Uh-huh."
"Luhan."
I got startled with Sungchan's urgent voice. "Huh?"
She stopped and went in front of me. "What's wrong? Come on, Lulu. You've been sulking ever since this morning. Is something the matter? Tell me."
We were walking towards the bubble tea shop near the park after school. I guess I'm worrying Sungchan so much with the way I'm being melodramatic. I smiled and squeezed her cheek. "Nothing's wrong. I'm fine as a—"
"You're not fine. And I know it. Same as the way you know when I'm not. You're not the only one who can read minds, you know. I also know you that much," she said as she crossed her arms.
I sighed in my head. So much for knowing each other for so long.
"Am I doing anything wrong?"
I got whisked away from my thoughts. "What?"
"I mean, am I being a bad girlfriend to you?" She looked up, and I know that she was trying not to be emotional.
I stared straight at her. That's the last thing I would've ever think of her. This is going haywire. I don't want her to think that she's a bad girlfriend just because of my sulkiness. I know I should've tried to tell her already about what's going on with me, but I still don't know how to. I don't think I can take the reaction I can get if she finds out that I'm leaving again.
"Of course not." I took her hand in mine and played with it. "You're the best girlfriend that I could ever have hoped for, and the only one I'd wish for."
She stare at me for a moment mefore deciding to smile and punch me on my shoulders lightly. "There goes your cheesiness again." She sniffed. "So. What's wrong, then?"
Should I tell her?
"Sungchan, it's just that—"
"Get in the bubbletea shop NOW! Couple discounts for all the couples out there!" A voice boomed from somewhere. Sungchan and I whipped our heads towards the bubbletea shop. There was a guy promoting some discounts for couples.
"I didn't notice we're here already," she said as she listened to the guy shouting.
"Me neither," I said.
She held my hand and smiled. "Let's go get that discount. What a great timing!" And just like that, her questions from earlier had flew right out the window, even if, technically, there's no window.
When we entered, Chan-Chan immediately went to the counter and ordered our bubble teas. She bought mango for her and honeydew for me. "We'll also get the couple discount," she added to the cashier taker.
After waiting, we got our bubble teas from the cashier.
"Look!" Chan-Chan pointed at the cup she's holding. "There's half a heart! Oh! And
