Luhan's POV

The minute I opened my eyes, I was struck by an unbearable pain in my head that got me feeling woozy and dizzy at the same time. I closed my eyes back and hoped that my headache would vanish like magic.

I raised the back of my hand up to my neck and felt my temperature.

Woah. I'm still cold. So does that mean I'm hot?

Jiminy Crickets. That was weird to even think.

"Good. You're awake."

Hearing that voice suddenly make me want to jump out of my bed. It was like hearing an angel sent from above. "Chan-Chan!" Oh my goodness. My voice sounded like a rocky road. "You stayed up all night??"

"I didn't stay up all night. I just stayed for the night." She shrugged and sat beside me, looking up at a thermometer.

Sungchan stayed with me.

As in, she really stayed.

To take care of me.

I'm the luckiest guy. ^^

She checked my temperature again, and after seeing it, she shook her head and clucked. "It moved down a bit, but you still have a  fever."

"Move down about how many?"

"Point three degrees."

I calculated in my own head. So that makes it about 38.7. Drats. I still have fever. I'm supposed to feel weak again and all because my body really isn't something that could withstand diseases or sickness or something, but knowing that my Sungchan took care of me all night is something I could use to make me energized.

But I realized something very important upon seeing the clock in my room.

"Chan-Chan! There's school! Aren't you supposed to-"

"I'm staying here until you get better, or until you're parents get home." It's the first time I'm hearing her talk to softly, or nonetheless, talk to me full of concern.

I should be sick all the time.

"They're coming back next week." I tried to sound factual and straight.

"Then let's go with the first one."

I should really be touched by now by Sungchan's move to take care of me. But despite my failure to actually help her out and to not annoy her all the time, I don't want to be the reason for her of not getting to school. Annoying her is bad enough. Delaying  her in school is just worse.

When Sungchan had her back from me to make a call, I quickly shove away the blankets and tried to stand up.

At the same time, Sungchan spun around, just in time to catch me falling from my weak feet, dropping the mighty receiver from her hand.

"Luhan!!" She held my body against her as I limped my way to stand. To be honest, my whole energy is totally drained out. Way to go for bad teenage metabolism. But the touch of her hands against my arms are making me feel goose bumps on my whole body. "Are you nuts? Why are you standing up?"

"I'm going to school," I plainly replied.

If I could just annoy her out of her wits, I would have said that her eyes turned into these big saucers. "You dum-dum. You can't even walk."

"I don't want you not going to school. If you can't go because I'm here, then you're going to school because I'm there." I had to say it. I had to make sure she would be in class. Throw away the annoying me for a while. Goodness, I'm sick. I have to at least give something back to her by letting her go to school.

"Luhan." She suddenly looked a bit defeated, meaning she does want to go to school. "I... You need to rest."

"You'd be able to take care of me there, right?" I let out a small smirk.

I swear. Her face was a mixture of shock, anger, pity, and just plain annoyance.

---

And because I insisted her to come to school, all I'm hearing from her is her constant nagging.

"Lulu!" She shook me awake when the previous teacher left. "You're sleeping!" She was hissing. "I told you not to come. You'll just do this and that and that and this."

I rubbed my eyes. I shouldn't sleep. "Yeah, yeah. I'm sorry."

"Sorry? You've slept the whole period. Maybe we should go home-"

"No!" If we go home, she wouldn't be able to attend school. "I'll wake up."

She blew a raspberry. "Better be sure."

When the next class was finished and it was time for lunch, she kept on chatting about how I couldn't walk properly and how I couldn't bring myself to a stand-straight.

"You're just plain idiotic, Lulu. I don't know why you're insisting on coming. Look at you!" She pointed at her hand that held my
