That evening neither you nor Yoseob talked about what happened in the morning. You guys had just decided to forget it and not bring it up, but of course you told your brother what happened between you and L.Joe. He showed no emotion, but sympathy for you and said something along "you could find someone better". Of course you didn’t tell Yoseob of your conversation with UEE or he would have gone and hunted her down like a wolf catching its prey.

Everything seemed to go back to where it was before you started dating L.Joe or most of it at least.

You had gotten some nagging and lecturing from Beast earlier about having your phone turned off. They went nonstop for an hour and a half, all of which Dongwoon was screaming about how he almost lost you and how worried he was. It wasn’t a very pretty sight or more like it wasn’t something very pretty to hear. Dongwoon’s voice was practically booming throughout the living room. It seemed like there was an earthquake or something. Fortunately, he calmed down and everything was good again with you promising the boys to never turn off your phone again or ignore them.

You lay in bed wide awake. You just couldn’t fall asleep at the moment. Everything that happened earlier was running in your head again. Especially you and L.Joe’s break up. Everything was going so well for the two of you, but clearly this situation showed there was still a little mistrust in the relationship.

“I can’t believe he didn’t understand me.” You mumbled. “I already told him that L and I had nothing going on. We’re just friends. What doesn’t he understand about that?” You sat up in bed crossing your legs.

There was snow falling lightly outside. You got out of bed and headed over to your window. You pushed the curtains apart and gazed out the window. Snowflakes were falling down and landing on your window. They stayed there for a bit before melting a little.

You opened your window wanting to catch snowflakes in your hand. A cold night winter breeze blew pass making you shiver. You wrapped an arm around yourself to keep warm, but of course it didn’t work. Nevertheless, you reached out your hand and snowflakes started landing onto your palm and melt away. A gentle smile appeared on your face as the snowflakes fell.

You stayed by the window for a good five minutes before retreating back instead your warm cozy room. You closed the window and drew in the curtains. You rubbed your hands together and blew at them while walking towards your bed. You climbed into bed and snuggled in. You sighed in content of warmness.

You looked at your clock and yawned. “It’s bed time I guess.” Giggling softly you close your eyes and drifted off to dreamland.

“Yah. Wakey, wakey.” Yoseob shook you. “Mm.” You mumbled. “Come on, you better wake up or I’m leaving without you.” You groaned tiredly and sat up. Yoseob straightened up and headed for your door. “I’ll give you fifteen minutes to get ready.” He said and left.

You yawned and stretched. You scratched your head ruffling your hair also. You grabbed a towel and headed to the bathroom to freshen up.

After finishing your daily routine, you went back to your room and got dressed. Once you were done, you headed down to the kitchen.

There, your brother was eating breakfast with your parents. “Good morning sweetheart.” Your mom greeted. “Morning.” You greeted, sitting next to Yoseob and began eating your breakfast.

“How are you feeling dear?” Your mom asked. You looked up at her and gave a small smile, “I’m fine.” “You know, I would have never guessed L.Joe was like that.” Your dad commented. Yoseob nodded in agreement, “I would have never guessed too.” Your expression fell when you heard L.Joe’s name.

Your mom elbowed your dad, who winced in pain, “Ow.” Your mom shot him a stern look and motioned towards you, who had on a blank expression on. Your dad immediately understood what your mom was saying.

“Oh. Uh, sorry Tae Hee-ah. I didn’t mean to bring him up.” Your dad apologized. You shook your head with a meek smile, “It’s okay, appa. I’ll get over him, so don’t worry about it.” Your dad nodded. “I’m done eating, so I’ll go get my stuff.” You stood up. “But you barely touched your breakfast.” Your mom frowned looking at your untouched breakfast.

“Oh. I’m not really hungry.” You said. “Sweetheart, you have to eat more. I don’t want you to faint again.” Your mom said. “I know, umma. I’ll eat later on I promise.” “You promise?” “I promise, umma.” Your mom turned to Yoseob and said, “Make sure she eats later, okay?” Yoseob nodded, “You can count on me, umma. I’ll force her to eat if I have to.” “Oppa!” You frowned.
