Woohyun groaned. He slowly opened his eyes looking around his room. His head hurt with sudden movement. There was something heavy pinning his left arm on the bed preventing him to move. He tried getting up to see what was it but he felt so weak to sit up straight. He moved his head towards his left to look on what's pinning him down. And he saw someone sitting down on the floor with head facing away resting on his arms. Dark brown hair. He instantly knew who it was. He pulled his arm slowly under Sunggyu's head trying to not to wake him up. Why is he here? Why was he sleeping while sitting on the floor? His legs will hurt. Woohyun couldn't remember anything. The last thing he remembered was hearing Sungyeol talking with Myungsoo. After that, everything was a blur but he remembered seeing Hoya.

Woohyun succesfully pulled his arms. He gently patted Sunggyu’s hair trying to rouse him and make him sleep beside him but he was not waking up. He reached for the phone on his bedside table and took a look at the time, 4:00am. His eyes were getting heavy again but he wanted to wake Sunggyu up and sleep properly. He tried patting his head again while calling his name.

"Babe."

"Hmm.."

"Babe, get up from the floor."

"..."

"Gyu, wake up."

Sunggyu's head began moving. He saw him rubbing his eyes while sitting up properly.

"Why were you sleeping there?"

"Hyun! You're awake." He saw him slowly get up on the floor and sit beside him. "Sit up. You need to drink your medicine."

Woohyun followed and tried to sit up. His head was pounding too much.

"Here." Sunggyu gave him the pill and helped him drink his water. Then he pushed him back to lay down.

"Do you feel better?" He heard him ask while putting the back of his hand on his forehead.

"No. Why were you here?"

"Dongwoo called me, you have fever. Stop talking now and go to sleep. I will be here when you need me."

"Sleep beside me." He said with sluggish voice. Then Woohyun's eyes started drooping and, in a few seconds, he drifted to a slumber again.

Sunggyu looked at the sleeping Woohyun. He looked so weak in his eyes now: he was pale and he was still burning with fever. He tore one pack of fever patch he brought from his house and put on Woohyun's forehead. He gently touched his face rubbing his cheeks with his thumb. I'm sorry Woohyun. It was my fault you're sick. I'm sorry.

When Sunggyu heard from Sungyeol what happened, he couldn't help but feel so much guilt. He should've stopped him from leaving his apartment. Thinking that Woohyun could've died because of drowning in the middle of winter sends shivers on his body. He was so thankful with Sungyeol for saving him and to Hoya and Dongwoo as well. Both Woohyun and Sungyeol would've froze to death if they stayed more outside because Sungyeol couldn't leave Woohyun alone lying on the cold ground soaked with cold pool water.

Sunggyu looked at the time. It's still too early to get up. He felt sleepy and tired so he slipped under the comforter beside Woohyun and tried to get back to sleep.

The next time Sunggyu woke up, the sun was already up. He looked at the man beside him and he was still calmly sleeping. Slowly, he got out from the bed and went out of the bedroom. He walked to the kitchen and looked inside the pantry for something to cook for Woohyun. He wasn't the best cook in town and he wasn't the one you could trust inside the kitchen but he could cook easy meals.

Sunggyu only found eggs, kimchi, ready to eat rice and ramyeon bowl. He remembered, Woohyun forgot his groceries at his apartment yesterday. He made scrambled egg and egg drop soup which he learned how to make when he was in medschool. He also re-heat the packed rice in the microwave. The only thing he left out was the ramyeon which he would be eating. He couldn't give it to Woohyun because he needed healthy food.

After eating his ramyeon, Sunggyu checked the time. It was 9:00am already. Woohyun needed to drink his fever medicine again. He put all the food he prepared on the serving tray and brought it inside Woohyun's bedroom. The younger was slowly stirring on his sleep then he slowly got up.

"You're awake."

Sunggyu removed all the things on the bedside table and touched Woohyun's forehead after removing the patch. He got the ear thermometer and checked his boyfriend's temperature. When he removed the thermometer from Woohyun’s ears, Woohyun grabbed his wrist. He stared at Woohyun who was looking at his lap.

"Why are you here Gyu?" He heard him ask with soft but cold voice.

"Woohyun, eat first so you can drink your medicine. Let's talk when you're feeling well."

He pulled his hands from Woohyun's grip and started feeding him. After, he gave him the medicine and left a glass of water on the table and walked away holding the tray with empty plates.

At the kitchen, he put all the used dishes on the sink and began washing everything. He couldn't help but let his tears fall down again. Hearing Woohyun asked him why he was here brought a painful twinge in his heart. He was not used to his cold voice. Woohyun's voice usually brings warmth. Maybe Woohyun already gave up on him. Maybe he realized now that he was never worth of anything. Maybe he didn't want someone who's been too broken and couldn't offer him anything but doubts and insecurities.

Sunggyu continued the slow washing of dishes weeping. He felt like his world already crumbled on his feet. It was because of him and no one could be blamed other than him. Woohyun had done everything for him, had given him all the love he could give. He didn't deserve Woohyun. He didn't deserve to be loved by someone who's as beautiful and as wonderful as him. Maybe this was their end. Dongwoo had always been right. If he couldn't give Woohyun his complete trust, he would only hurt him over and over again. It had been good 4 months with him and thinking of losing him felt like he was dying already.

"Gyu." He heard Woohyun called behind him.

"Hmm?" Sunggyu tried hiding his face and preventing his sniffles.

"Are you done washing the dishes? I was waiting for you to comeback but you were taking so long." Woohyun's footsteps were getting near. He shouldn't see him in his current state. He tried his best to speak normally.

"Almost done, go back to bed."

"Ok." He felt him turn around and walked away. He exhaled the air he had been holding thinking Woohyun already left the kitchen. His tears were still pouring from his eyes. He thought of leaving after cleaning. He just had to make sure that Woohyun was feeling better.
