[Tiffany POV]

I thought of going out of the apartment today, it's been so long since I did. I feel like I'm going to turn into a rotten tomato in here if I won't go out to inhale polluted air and see other people. I picked a pink hoodie and black shorts from my closet before placing it on the bed and started taking care of my hygiene as I stepped into the bathroom.

When everything is already settled, I slung my bag over my shoulder before leaving. As I hail a cab to take me to the mall, I grabbed my phone out, checking if someone texted me but it turned out there's none.

They don't have any plans to talk to me, don't they? How nice... I shoved it back into my bag and leaned my head against the window, watching the cars and people passing by the street.

When I arrived, I immediately paid the driver and stepped out of the vehicle, not waiting for the change. I entered the mall and started roaming around. Ah, finally! I missed this. I did some window shopping since I don't want to use the money Taeyeon left for me just yet. Well... except for cab fares.

"Tippani-unnie!"

I was surprised as my name got mentioned, trying to recognize whose voice is that, but I'm certain she is familiar to me. I turned to look at the direction of the voice's owner, making me gasp and put on a huge smile. "Gervaise..." She ran to me and enveloped me into a hug which I returned.

"I missed you."

"I missed you too." I tried to reach for her head as we pulled away but she's got good reflexes.

"Na-uh, you can't mess with my hair anymore." She playfully stuck her tongue out, teasing me. We only have a difference of an inch regarding our height but she acts like she's really taller than me by ten inches.

"Come on." She snatched my arm and clung on me like a koala bear as we walk wherever our feet take us.

"Good thing you recognized me. It's been so long since we last saw each other." I mumbled.

"You say it like we didn't see each other for a decade already when it's only been, what, a year."

"Of course... who wouldn't with that y ? Erika loves to—" I immediately hushed her the second that name came out of , landing a slap on her shoulder, only to receive a playful smirk from her.

"What are you doing here?" I asked, changing the topic, knowing where this will go if I let her continue.

"Just trying to get the steam out of my mind, I'm so stressed with school right now." She sighed, pouting like a kid.

A smirk creeps its way to my lips when I remember her ex-girlfriend. Well, payback is a for mentioning my ex-lover. "How are you and, what's her name again, Sooyoung?"

She kind of harshly pushed me and folded her arms together. "Oh gosh, can you not?" Annoyance is clearly written on her face which I only laughed at because of how cute she is.

I continued teasing her by mentioning that name again. "Too bad Sooyoung is with Taeyeon." I pushed my emotions back as I said Taeyeon's name, thankfully Kang didn't notice my expression.

"It was hard to act civilized with that girl when we are in the same group, it's like my blood boils every time I see or hear her. Especially earlier, she ing kissed me knowing it's considered cheating on Taeyeon."

"She won't kiss you unless you make her."

"I-I did but I was just testing her, I wanted to know if she's changed."
