7 Bangtan Princes

"I like you." I admitted, facing the man with tossled blonde hair. "I said I like you, don't you like me?"

He stared at me, his face familiar but a name never coming to my mind. "Why do you like me?"

"Why not? There is nothing wrong with liking you."

His mouth pulled into a maddening smile, one that just makes him look utterly insane. "You like crazy people? Is that it? Can't you see that I'm not like you? You pretend to care! That's all you do! You don't care!"

He pulled out a pocket knife and ran his finger along the blade, smirking at me in the process as droplets of blood trickled down the blade and his finger.

"What are you doing?" I gasped, fear coursing through my body like electric impulses as he took a step towards me.

"I'm insane. Can't you see it?" He lost his maddening smile as tears trickled down his face. "Why are you calling me insane? I'm not insane. I'm just like you and everyone else."

"I didn't!" I cried as well, my heart clenching with pain as I watched him, helplessly.

"Shouldn't we stop this?" He sobbed. "Can I go in peace?"

"Do you have to go? I don't want you too.."

"But you failed." He choked a bit, his cheeks soaked with tears.

"I'm sorry... Do you have to go?"

"Would you like to come with me?"

"Can I go with you?"

"Of course.." He stepped closer to me, his maddening smile returned. "It's easy.."

"I don't think I should."

"I thought you said you liked me." He titled his head to the side and raised the knife as tears began flowing down his face again. "You never cared for me!" He took a jab at himself, the small knife puncturing through his chest and his body vanished into thin air.

Only a sentence lingered in the air.

"Don't be a second late."

I screamed a bit as I jolted into a sitting position, panting. What was that? I glanced around, patting myself to make sure I was fine and I was awake.

Did I dream of Yoongi? Was that Yoongi? Why can't I picture what that dream man looked like anymore?

My phone rang in the darkness of my room and I reached for my end table, answering my phone.

"You're up? Good." Namjoon sounded panicked again. "Go to Yoongi's house. I know.. This is the second time I had you make a late at night trip to his house. But please do it.."

I hung up and flung myself out of bed, lazily pulling sweatpants over my legs and a sweatshirt over my body. Chico barked at all the random movement going on as I frantically got on my shoes, money in my room as I bolted out of my house and down the steps.

Are the buses still running? I decided to call a taxi just to be safe, telling them to hurry as I ran back into my house and grabbed enough for the fare.

By the time I returned back outside, the taxi was there and I handed him money before hand, telling him where to go in a breathless voice.

From: Namjoon

Hana

To: Namjoon

I'm coming!!

To: Namjoon

You know, don't you? You have to know by now! What happened? Why now??

From: Namjoon

I don't know! I never know why! He was perfectly fine today!

To: Namjoon

Okay, okay, I'm coming so don't worry!

I told the driver to hurry but he could only go so fast. As what felt like ages past, we finally arrived at his house and I jumped out of the taxi before it even came to a complete stop, running into the house with no hesitation.

Namjoon was pacing the living room and stopped when he saw me.

We both looked at each other and at the same time we said: "Piano room."

Namjoon stayed back as I ran down the hall and twisted the knob. I entered quickly and didn't see Yoongi at first, my heart racing with fear.

But it was only until I stepped into the room and could see around his piano that I saw his figure lying on the ground. I panicked and ran over to him, dropping to my knees and clutching his shoulders.

"Yoongi! Yoongi-ah!" I shook him a bit but he didn't stir.

Namjoon came in and stared wide-eyed at the scene.

"Yoongi!"

"When I came.. He was sobbing.. I didn't know what to do because I knew he would only panic if he saw me so I called you.."

"Oh god.." The fear worsened within me as I looked over his arms to find any fresh wounds but saw none. "What do I do? He has no evidence of doing anything that may have caused him to pass out..."

"Did he take pills?" Namjoon sought around the piano and I sought around Yoongi himself.

My hand brushed a bottle full of pills and I got up, handing them to Namjoon.

Namjoon looked it over and seemed to relax a bit. "I just bought him these today."

"WHY? That could kill him if he decided to use it badly!" I scolded.

"No but look.. I just bought these and it only looks like a few are missing." Namjoon pointed out. "They're sleeping pills. He was hurting so he took them to sleep."

"But what if one day he takes one too many?" I stared at him, relaxing a bit. "He might've just taken a few now but if one day it's more than that?"

Namjoon shook his head. "I don't think he will."

"You're a smart guy, Namjoon, but right now I don't think you're thinking completely."

"I guess not. I'll take them back then." Namjoon took my word. "I need to leave.. Are you okay with it or do you want me to stay?"

"Go ahead.. He's only sleeping so nothing bad happened tonight." I nodded. "Thanks.."

Namjoon nodded and slipped the pills into his jacket pocket, leaving soon after.

I went back over to Yoongi and sat down, staring at his sleeping face, wiping some of the dried tears off of him as much as I could. That scared me so much...

Instinctively, my hand reached over to his face, brushing the hair out of his face and playing with his hair a bit. After the dream I had.. And then Namjoon's call... I seriously thought something bad happened to you...

Why are you hurting?

Why can't I help you?

I want to take the pain away from you.

I would take it and have it for myself if I could.

I moved his head into my lap a bit and ran my fingers through his hair, staring at him as a billion thoughts and wonders went through my mind. I want to make him feel better. I want nothing more to hurt him. But I also know that can't be helped. He's a damaged person.. I can't do a lot for him even though I wish I could.

But if being here for him makes him hurt less, then I'd stay here 24/7 if I could.

Eventually, I ended up passing out as well with Yoongi in my lap.

I knew I would wake up with a serious neck ache but what else could be done about the situation anyways?

--

I was startled awake by what sounded like pans dropping on the kitchen floor. Where am I?

I felt the warm blanket covering me and opened my eyes quickly, taking in Yoongi's room in one swift glance around. I'm in Yoongi's bed.

I tossed the blanket to the side and got out of bed, opening the door and hurrying down the hall. I was correct. Yoongi was kneeling down on the ground trying to pick all the pans up from the floor, his face holding a grim expression as he did so.

My lips arced into a smile seeing him kneeling down like that and trying to collect the pans. He didn't hurt himself last night.. Nor was he trying.. He's okay. That makes me so happy.

Yoongi finally noticed I was standing there after he had collected the pans. "You're up?" He mumbled as he put a few of them away and then left the others out to use for cooking. "I'm trying to cook you breakfast, but as you can see, it isn't working well."

"You scared me last night." I frowned as he met my gaze. "A lot."

He say anything but instead walked over to me and pulled me into a tight embrace. An embrace that wasn't uncomfortable at all. It made me feel safe and warm.. Enough to send my heart racing just slightly.

"I didn't mean to." He finally spoke, not releasing me but I didn't protest because I wasn't sure if I wanted him to.

"You were hurting last night, weren't you? Why didn't you call me? Don't take sleeping pills again.."

"It was too late to call you." He chuckled a bit. "But sleeping pills works just fine."

"What if yo--"

"Don't think about it." He cut me off, sighing a little. "I'm okay so it doesn't matter anymore, okay?"

I felt him begin to pull away but I didn't want him to so I quickly wrapped my arms around his waist and closed my eyes against his chest. "Yoongi."

"What?"

"I had a horrible dream last night before I got Namjoon's call. I can't remember all of it anymore but I'm pretty sure it was about you.. It was horrible. And then Namjoon called because he was worried about you and I.. I didn't know what to think."

He finally broke the embrace and stared at me for a while, neither of us speaking until we started to get uncomfortable. "I'm sorry." Is all Yoongi managed to say before he turned around and continued prepping to make breakfast.

Is it Yoongi I like? I feel like hugging him again just because it felt so good to be wrapped in his arms..

Who cares? Stop thinking like this. Even if I do like one of the boys, I can't do anything about it. It'll hurt more when we part.

"What are you thinking about? You're spacing." Yoongi snapped me out of my head.

"Things. Lots of things." I grumbled. "Do you have a spare toothbrush? I feel kind of gross."

"I should in the bathroom somewhere if you look around." He nodded a bit as he sought out a few eggs from the fridge.

"I'll be back then." I announced and went off to his bathroom to search for a spare toothbrush.

I rummaged through his drawers and cabinets, finding a lot of unopening hygenic products and a few medication tubes, before actually finding two or three spare toothbrushes. He has so many things that just aren't touched..

Yoongi appeared in the doorway as I picked a spare toothbrush and looked for toothpaste. "You found it okay, that's good." He smiled a bit as he opened a drawer I hadn't yet opened and pulled out the tube of toothpaste.

"Thanks." I nodded a bit. "Why is everything unopened?"

"I like to be clean and I don't like going to the store often. They'll all just backups for when I run out."

"Ah, smart." I unpackaged the toothbrush and showed it to him. "This one is mine from now on, don't throw it out."

"Do you plan on staying the night often?" He crossed his arms to his chest and leaned against the archway.

"Well no but for when I do." I mumbled, glancing at his toothbrush in the toothbrush holder beside the sink faucet. "Yours is blue with stripes and mine is purple with stripes. Don't mix up the colors."

He just huffed and left to go back to the kitchen. I wonder how he's feeling right now. I'll ask him over breakfast.

Should I shower? Would it be odd? I finished brushing my teeth and stared at his shower. I really want to because I feel really gross but... I don't know if he'd want me to.

Unable to think about something else, I joined him in the kitchen. "Do you mind if I just take a shower?" I asked, slightly embarrassed.

He glanced my way, the corners of his mouth raising into a slight smile at my uncomfort. "Yeah, go ahead. Breakfast will take a while anyways. I'll give you some of my clothes in a minute."

"Thanks." I nodded and hurried back off into the bathroom, immediately starting the water.

I paused for a moment to make sure Yoongi wasn't coming in to give me clothes right that second and began undressing, stepping into the shower and pulling the curtain.

I forgot to thank Jin for yesterday... His soup made me feel so much better. I was a little sad he didn't come back to check on me, I wanted to hang out with him. But Taehyung kept me company and he was actually really nice and really... Boyish. He smiled a lot and giggled a lot... I haven't seen that kind of Taehyung before.. I enjoyed it.

The bathroom door opened slightly. "I'm putting a towel and clothes on top of the sink." Yoongi announced.

"Okay." I responded easily. "It's okay that I use your hair stuff, right?"

"Well of course." He chuckled, shutting the door behind him as he left.

I'll smell like Yoongi all day.. But I don't mind. He smells good anyways. I giggled a bit to myself and washed myself quickly before drying myself and getting changed into Yoongi's way too big sweat pants, which I tied the draw strings as tight as I could around my waist. I slipped on his black and white longsleeved shirt as well and dried my hair the best I could before joining him out in the kitchen just as he finished breakfast.

"That's a nice look for you." Yoongi joked. "You'll get sick again if you walk around with wet hair though."

"Nah, I'll be fine." I disregarded him and sat down to eat but he obviously wasn't having it as he went to go retrieve the towel I had used.

"And then you'll get sick and whine to me about it, no thanks." He mumbled as he put the towel back on my head and dried my hair himself.

I would be lying if I said I was completely unphased.. My heart raced and my face heated up, making me very glad that the towel was covering half of my face as well.

But even that changed as the he moved the towel out of my face, his face just inches from mine but he wasn't paying me any attention. His eyes were focused on what he was doing, drying my hair as thoroughly as he could.

My eyes were glued to him. He's so close to me...

"I-I think my hair will be fine like this. We should eat." I hesitated.

But he either didn't hear me or pretended not to.

"Yoongi.."

He stopped, not moving his hands as his eyes travelled from my hair to my eyes. "What?"

The second our gazes met, I felt electricity shoot throughout my body, my heart speeding up. Suddenly, I couldn't say anything.

Yoongi titled his head a bit but never moving his gaze. "What, Hana?"

There's no way he doesn't notice the effect he has on me right now... Why am I like this? Do I actually like Yoongi? But I can't...

He leaned in a bit closer, taking note of how stiff I became before his lips curved into a smile and pulled away, taking the towel away from my head. "If you think it's dry enough then fine. But if you get sick, I don't want to hear about it." He left the room right after, leaving me completely dazed and feeling like I was in outer space or something.

I shook my head a little bit as Yoongi returned and sat across from me. He fixed my plate and then his in silence.

"Thank you." I smiled, my heart calming down and returning to normal. "I'll leave soon so I don't bother you."

He shrugged. "You don't bother me. I just sit around or sleep whenever you're not here."

"How do you feel today, by the way? You were hurting a lot last night but you couldn't talk to me about it."

He shrugged again, taking a small bite of his eggs. "I feel fine."

"What about last night?"

"Obviously I didn't."

He hates talking about himself but it's good for him to talk about how he feels. Bottled up emotions just makes things worse.

"But what made you hurt last night?"

He raised an eyebrow, eating another bite. "How about we eat and talk later. You can't do both." He nodded towards my full plate still.

"Ah.." I nodded as well, feeling a bit embarrassed as I bagan eating as well.

"Did you schedule anymore gigs?" He asked, suddenly.

I shook my head.

"Good."

And just like that, we finished our meal and took care of the dishes together even though he tried sending me away multiple times but I insisted to help him with the boring chore.

"Stop it." He scolded me.

"What?"

"Everytime you drop the plate, it gets water all over the place."

"Tch." I smiled a bit. "We're done anyways."

"That took longer with you helping than it does on my own." He grumbled, drying his hands and then handing me a rag to dry my hands as well.

"Do you want to go on a date today?" I asked, hesitantly due to the last time of being rejected by him.

"I told you, save the dates for people you like." He cast me another glance, lookingly slightly irritated.

"Why can't we just go on a date?" I crossed my arms to my chest. Don't reject me a second time, please.

"I said no." He sighed, leaving them room and ignoring my falling heart.

Are you kidding me? You're the one that told me to take people on dates when I'm uncertain of my feelings!

I went into his bedroom and sought out my phone, checking my messages.

From: Taehyung

When do you want to go on that date you were talking about yesterday? I wanna go noow

From: Taehyung

I went to your house with Jungkook and you weren't there

From: Taehyung

Let's go on that date

From: Taehyung

:)

I smiled a bit. Now that he isn't a jerk, he's easier to talk with. Hopefully he stays like this.. He changed rather suddenly but as long as he doesn't change back then who cares?

I slipped out of Yoongi's room, sitting on the couch in the living room with no knowledge to where Yoongi actually was.

To: Taehyung

Later. I'm with Yoongi

From: Taehyung

You're always with Yoongi

From: Taehyung

Do you like Yoongi?

From: Taehyung

Why Yoongi?

To: Taehyung

Stop it. Date later.

From: Taehyung

Tch

My eyes wandered around the room, making sure to glance at every corner and every archway for a possibility of seeing him. Where'd he go? Seriously?

But my eyes just happened to miss one direction as he showed up in the corner of my eye, causing me to jump a bit as he sat down beside me.

"Where'd you go?" I questioned immediately. "You reject me and then hide?"

"Basically." He sighed, reaching for the TV remote and turning it on, turning the volume down as he switched through the numerous channels offered.

"Wait seriously? Why'd you hide?"

"That's what I do."

"Why?"

"Because I can."

"Are you grumpy now? You sound grumpy." I crossed my arms to my chest, dropping my phone onto my lap. "I should be the one grumpy. You've rejected me twice now."

"Then don't ask pointless questions."

"What if they aren't pointless to me?"

"But they are pointless to me."

"Is that how you view me then?" My heart broke a bit. "Someone with which you spend your time pointlessly on?"

His eyes widened a bit and he focused his attention on me, realizing the error he made. "That isn't what I--"

"I try really hard not to look hurt whenever you reject me, Yoongi." I frowned. "And you're not pointless to me. I'm sorry that I'm pointless to you but you could at least act like I'm someone to you.."

"You are som--"

"I'm going to go. I promised to take Taehyung out on a date anyways." I stood up, my mood ruined for a while. Even if he didn't mean it to sound that way.. He still said it and rejected me.. It still hurts.

Yoongi stood up as well and just watched me go, not saying another word. He didn't dare to.

Hopefully Taehyung will stay his friendly self today. I really don't think I'm in any mood to deal with his usual crappy attitude.

--

Taehyung glanced at me a moment and then flashed his wide smile. "Hana, stop being grumpy."

"I know, I'm trying." I sighed with frustration. "Yoongi just really got to me today, I don't even know why. I know he didn't mean it to sound rude but just him saying that after he rejected me for a second time.. It just got to me."

"Say what? What'd he say?" Taehyung swung his arms by his sides, puffing out his cheeks a bit.

"Nothing, doesn't matter."

Taehyung stopped and waited for me to stop as well, just about annoying everyone trying to walk on the sidewalk as well as they had to now go around.

"What is it?" I glanced at him.

He gave me a blank stare before reaching his hand out and carefully taking my hand, lacing his fingers with mine and giving it a little squeeze. I protested and tried to pull away but he shook his head.

"Just for a little bit. We're on a date, remember? You said that you wanted to see where your feelings lie. The only way to do that is to let me treat you like my girlfriend for the day."

"I know but I don't want to hurt y--"

"This isn't about me. It's about you today. You deserve to know how you feel."

"Can I ask a question?" I pulled on his hand a bit to get him walking, slowly, but we were moving again.

"Go ahead."

"Why are you suddenly like this? Ever since yesterday when you visited me when I was sick, you've been like this. Why aren't you being mean and grumpy?"

"I guess I've realized that if I want a shot at my old self, I have to try."

"That's good. No one likes jerks." I laughed a bit. "They hurt people."

"Yoongi hurt you today so I'm going to treat you extra nice." Taehyung mumbled a bit. "Even if his words weren't intentional."

Some of them. "Thanks, Taehyung."

We walked down the sidewalk in town, looking around for something fun to do while swinging our joined hands. He told me a lot of jokes that he heard from Jin when he had nothing to say and they never failed to at least make me smile.

Thank goodness this winter wasn't lasting long and it was only a little chilly out today. I was so done with the cold and just wanted to be outside without freezing to death.

"How about here?" Taehyung paused infront of a telephone post.

"Wow, Taehyung, I never knew you were so good at finding things to do. It's just a post.." I laughed at him a bit.

"No, look." He pointed to the piece of paper. "It's a festival, a Winter festival. It's today and looks like tomorrow as well."

"How ironic that it's today." I scoffed.

"Why?"

"Just read on."

"It has lots of activities, look at them all." He pointed to the ragged poster. "The admission fee isn't too much. Let's do it!"

"But look how far away it is. It's at least an hour and a half away."

"You went an hour or so away on your first fake date with Jimin." He countered, glaring at me a bit.

"What's the glare for? Fine, we'll go." I chuckled nervously. "Let's take the metro though, instead of the bus. It'll be much faster."

"Deal!" Taehyung returned his rectangular smile to his face and we were off again, still hand-in-hand. "What do you want to do first? I saw face painting on there and a cookie contest.."

"Cookie contest?" I scoffed a bit. "I didn't make cookies though."

"No, no. I think you make them there and decorate them. I want to taste your cookies."

"I don't make cookies."

"Perfect time to learn."

"I think you've officially gone insane. You've changed too much over too short of a time." I half-joked.

"I changed for you." He hesitated when I glared at him. "And for me, duh."

"Idiot. Let's just get there without me wanting to kill you."

--

"Do it." Taehyung stared intently at the face painting booth, his voice firm. "Do it."

"You telling me to do it 8 times isn't going to make me d--" He shoved me into the booth before I finished.

"Hello, which design would you like?" The man running it smiled at me. "You look rather eager."

"Uh actually I was for--"

Taehyung popped his head around the red curtain and smiled. "She's shy. She wants the tiger one."

"Taehy--" He disappeared and I just gave a low growl, sitting down infront of the man. "Tiger it is."

"Forcing you into it?" He chuckled, getting his paints out. "You'll like it."

"I'm not into face paintings much." I admited as he cleaned my face with a makeup wipe.

"Don't worry, I'll do a little something special for you since you were against it in the first place."

"Thanks, I guess." I sighed.

The whole process took about 15 minutes or so. My body was honestly just tired of sitting in the booth and I was overjoyed when he announced that he was done.

He showed me the mirror and I internally cried a bit. I hate these things. I look ridiculous. "What's the special thing you'll do for me?" I asked when I noticed there was nothing different about my face paint."

"Get your boyfriend in here." He smiled, putting his paints and the handheld mirror down.

"He's not my boyfriend but I'll gladly get him in here." I smirked. "Make sure he pays you, too." I stepped out of the booth and glared at Taehyung.

He turned around and completely lost it, holding his stomach with laughter. "You look amazing.." He wheezed, unable to control himself.

"Good, then you'll love it in there." I shoved him in there and gave a wink to the painter before bringing myself back out of the booth and waiting outside the booth.

Idiot. While waiting, I went and peeked around the rest of the indoor festival. It was just a tiny little thing inside an open spaced building. But there were a lot of people and it was decorated nicely with many fun activities to do.

One thing that really caught my interest was an "ice" fishing game. You basically just fished for fake fish and if you caught 5 before your opponent, you won an actual fish. It looked like a lot of fun but I was wary because I knew I wouldn't be able to win.

The moment I went back to the booth, I noticed Taehyung coming out.

"How do I look? He didn't show me myself in the mirror." Taehyung grinned.

I put a hand over my mouth, tearing up from trying to hold in my laughter. The painter had turned his face into a mean looking monkey with a few words written on his forehead saying: "I embarrassed my girlfriend" and then having an angry face after the words.

Before I could answer, the painter popped out and gave me a thumbs up. "He asked for a tiger to match yours, I think I did a nice job."

"Beautiful job.." I removed my mouth and let myself laugh loudly at Taehyung. I've never seen him look so dumb.. And he doesn't even realize he's being mocked..

The painter went back into his booth when a mother and a child entered, leaving me with Taehyung.

"Picture?" I asked, pulling out my phone and pulling up the app.

He nodded, all excited. But the moment we put our faces together and smiled, I brought up the camera and Taehyung's jaw fell open just as I snapped the picture. I broke into a fit of laughter again as he put his hands over his face.

"This isn't a tiger!!" He whined.

"I like the words!" I laughed some more and put my phone back into my pocket, ignoring the many texts and calls missed from Yoongi.

"You want to be my girlfriend?" He uncovered his face and grinned.

"Shut up." I stopped laughing and slapped his arm. "Let's go play some games."

"Looking like this?"

"You embarrassed me and thought you'd get away with it. So now you can be embarrassed with me."

But instead of pouting about it, he shrugged and walked around excitedly, eyeing all the games before we decided to play a ring toss game. It was just like it sounded. You got a handful of rings and you had that amount of rings to try and toss around glass bottles taped to the floor. If you got them all, you got a big prize at the end. But even if you just get three, then you get a small prize.

Both of us stood beside each other and glared at each other a while with our rings in hand. Taehyung raised an eyebrow and I broke into another chuckle fit.

"Let's just play.." I suggested, turning to the bottles. "I'm going to get more than you."

I threw a ring but Taehyung shoved my shoulder and I missed all the bottles. Standing up straight, I cast yet another glare at Taehyung and gave him the 'you have got to be kidding me' look. He laughed a little and gestured for me to continue.

I threw another and glanced at Taehyung, expecting him to nudge me again but he didn't. He let me throw all the rings in piece. But it didn't matter because I only managed to get one ring in the end. I stepped down so Taehyung could play and watched in utter disbelief as I tossed all of his rings, easily scoring about 6 of them on the bottles but missing a few.

He to pick two small prizes for doubling the original score. And in the end, he, well more like myself since he just gave them to me anyways, walked away with a small bunny keychain and a small stuffed raccoon.

"Why are you good at everything I see you try?" I grumbled at him. "What is your secret?"

"Determination and luck." He shrugged, scowling at the ground a bit before looking up with a wide smile.

"Why the scowl?"

"Now it's a smile so forget it!" He lead me over to the game I saw earlier. "Wanna try this?"

"What if one of us wins though?"

"You obviously won't."

"Wow. Thanks. But really, if one of us wins then we'd have to carry the fish around the entire time. Let's go and enjoy some games before we try it."

"Fair enough." He nodded.

And so we did. We played nearly every game, Taehyung winning a few of them but not even close to half. I ended up with the two prizes from earlier, a slightly larger stuffed panda, a cute little heart necklace, and a $15 coupon to the bookstore just down the street from this place.

"Why are you giving me everything you win?" I sighed. "You should keep something."

"Because you're winning nothing." He laughed a bit. "I'll take pride in winning while you just be happy with the gifts. Should we try the fish game then?"

I nodded. "But you keep the fish."

He shrugged. "Maybe."

And so we both played. But, surprising to both of us, we both won. I won the first time I played against other people and Taehyung won against another group of people. So we ended up with two goldfish; an actual gold one and then a black one.

Taehyung did me a favor and held onto the fish in the bags for me, poking at the bag every now and then. "Look, this black one is Taehog. And the gold one is Hana."

"What?" I gave him an odd look, still silently thanking the last game vendor for giving me a small plastic bag to put my small prizes in. "Taehog and Hana?"

"Yeah. You're pretty like this gold fish so it gets your name. But this black fish isn't near my looks so he gets Taehog."

"Taehyung! That's mean!"

"What? He has the luxury of sharing the beginning of my name." Taehyung smiled, putting his free arm around my waist.

My heart sped up a bit but I smiled it off. "Who gets the fish?"

"Why don't we both get one? I call Hana!" Taehyung announced quickly.

"Okay. I'll take Taehog then. You're wrong though, he's actually prettier than you. But why have hog at the end?"

"Because he looks like the type of fish to hog all the water." Taehyung joked, staring at the fish again. "Lets go to the pet store and get some fish stuff before we get back on the metro."

"Ah, yeah, we need that stuff now huh?"

"Chico will like Taehog."

"What about your dog? I've never met your dog. Even when I last visited."

"That was a while ago.." Taehyung thought a moment. "Soonshim is cute. She'll like Hana."

"And this Hana." I pointed to myself and we both giggled a bit.

"To the pet store!" Taehyung got excited, his arm tightening around my waist as we moved a bit faster.

Being Taehyung's girlfriend wouldn't be all bad...

But it seems that even now, I'm still unsure of where my feelings lie.

"Well, thanks Ta--" I began walking inside but he stopped me.

"I'm not done with the date yet."

"Huh?"

"Lets go put the fish in your house for now and then go back out. I want to take you to dinner." He smiled sheepishly. "Please?"

"Of course, the date isn't over afterall." I returned his smile and we both hurried into the house, taking out the two medium sized fish tanks.

We added lukewarm water to them both and decorated them before putting a fish in each of them, sprinkling in some food.

"I'll install the filter we bought later for my fish." I admired my fish as he swam around to catch all the food. "Don't forget your fish after dinner tonight, okay? I don't need both of the tanks."

Taehyung nodded. "I won't. Chico won't knock these over right? They are set up in a bookshelf in your living room after all.."

"He won't, will you buddy?" I patted his head. "Look how big he is. He doesn't even look like a puppy anymore."

"True." He patted Chico's back. "Get changed into something nice."

"What about you?"

"I have clothes in my car."

"Nice clothes?"

"Yeah."

"Why so randomly?" I raised an eyebrow.

"Because I planned to take you out when you called me out for a date. The festival was unplanned but I always had a dinner in mind for you."

"You're too cute." I sighed. "I'll go get changed." I went to go to my room but stopped, turning around. "Taehyung.. You know why I wanted this date.. But if it doesn't turn out how you want it to.. Do you promise to try and take care of your feelings? I don't want to hurt you but it's inevitable in the end, isn't it?"

He lost his smile and nodded slowly. "Don't say anything until it's over."

"Ta--"

"It isn't over until it's over." He looked away, his voice dropping to that stern voice I was all too familiar with.

I guess you're right..

--

"Stop looking at your phone." Taehyung cast me a frown from across the table.

"Yoongi keeps calling me though.. What if it's important?" My voice shook a bit. Maybe I was overreacting.. What if I hurt him? What if he needs me right now?

"Yoongi's fine."Taehyung shook his head, extending an arm. "Give it. I'll shut it off just like I did with mine and we'll be phone free for the rest of the night."

"But.."

"Hana.."

I handed it over, watched him turn it off, and then he slipped it into his other pocket. "Phone free." He grinned. "What are you going to order?"

Yoongi's been trying to get to me all day.. What if it really is something serious? I'm worried.. "I don't know." I sighed.

"I suggest this." He pointed to my menu that was upside down to him. "It's steak and pasta mixed together with some mushrooms. Regardless of how it sounds, it is really good."

"Then I might try that." I forced a smile, unable to relax. Yoongi, I hope you're alright.. I'm really worried..

"Are you thinking of Yoongi again?" Taehyung pouted, immediately smiling when the waiter came around.

We ordered and then he was off, Taehyung's eyes back on me.

"Well I really can't help it when he's been trying to contact me since I left his house so rudely this morning."

"It wasn't rudely if he treated you poorly first."

"But it was a mistake."

"But he still said it, like you claimed earlier."

True but I'm over it by now. I would be insane if I was still upset over it.

But I just shrugged and put Yoongi out of my mind, only letting myself worry every now and then.

"Taehyung. I do have to admit something." I hesitated a bit, gulping some wine before I finished my sentences. "You made me really happy today and there is... Something there. I think."

Taehyung's face lit up and he opened his mouth to speak but I spoke first. "But.. I can't tell you how I feel 100% until I figure out my feelings for Hobi... And Yoongi."

His face faltered a bit. "Yoongi... Too?"

I nodded slowly. "I don't know. You three.. Make me go insane in very different ways. But I don't know what I feel for any of you. And even if I do actually like one of you.. I can't do anything about it."

"Because of me."

"And because of me. I'm not ready for that type of thing. Most likely, anyways." I bit my lower lip a tiny bit before flashing a smile. "I just thought I should tell you." I sipped some more of my wine and closed my eyes a moment before opening them and speaking once more. "Yoongi suggested these dates, as I've told you before, so I talk to him a little bit about these conflicted feelings I have with you and Hobi. But you're the only one I've talked to about having them for Yoongi. He rejects every date proposal I give him though."

"That shows his feelings then." Taehyung mumbled before drinking his water. He had to drive home so of course he couldn't have wine even though a little bit wouldn't hurt him.

"Yeah but right now, I'm not looking for someone who is having the same issues as me. I'm trying to figure out me, figure out myself."

"I get you, princess." He grinned cheekily. "I'll wait. I can wait a long time."

"I don't want you to wa--"

"Shh." He shooshed, losing his smile as he stared at the table with a sigh. "You've already rejected me, I know where I lie."

I don't think you do.. But I don't mind it.

Our meal came and we dug in happily, the corners of my mouth curving into a smile as I tasted the food. "You're right.. This is really good!" I exclaimed, clearly happy of his suggestion. "But this is a huge serving.."

"It is, but you can always take it home. It tastes good reheated as well." He returned the smile as he dug into his steak.

We didn't talk anything of Hoseok or Yoongi or why we were on a date, we just enjoyed the rest of our time together and then piled into his car to head back home.

"You look very pretty right now, by the way." Taehyung complimented as he pulled over along the side of my road in front of my complex.

"Thanks.." I blushed a bit, the both of us getting out of the car. "You need your fish."

"I'll get it... But first.." He walked over to me, looking down at me as if I was some rare jewel to him. The corners of his mouth were curved up into a devilish smirk as he s his arms around my lower waist, my heart thumping erratically against my chest. "I want just a little something from you to top off the date."

"T-Taehyung, what are you thinking?" I stuttered, my face growing hotter and hotter by the moment.

But he didn't answer and instead his lips collided with mine, gently and sweetly. His eyes closed and his beautiful lashes brushed against his cheeks. I found myself incapable of keeping my eyes open as I was pulled into the kiss, somewhat against my will.

He parted to breath a moment and then crash his lips back into mine, this time demanding entrance. But I hesitated. What do I do? Can I do this?

He got tired of waiting and bit the bottom of my lip, my eyes snapping open in shock as a slight sigh escaped my lips before his tongue ambushed my mouth, exploring every part.

The kiss became more desperate than anything as our breathing grew heavy and our lips moved in sync together. Somewhere in the middle of it all, my hands had become tangled in his hair.

I shouldn't be doing this.. But the kiss feels so natural..

He pulled away briefly to breath but I didn't let him come back as I put my hands on his chest and pushing him away in panic, my chest heaving rapidly from both embarrassment and excitement.

"I think we over did it." I spoke quietly, my whole body feeling hot.

Taehyung centered his breathing and flashed a small smile, coming closer again. I panicked and tried to push him away when I thought he would try and kiss me like that again but he shook his head and pulled me into an embrace.

We didn't say anything and when he parted, he left a sweet kiss on my forehead and spoke a few simple words. "I never expected to fall for you.. I fell hard."

He shrugged his shoulders and hurried into my house, rubbing the back of his neck awkwardly.

Once he had disappeared inside the complex, I fought to remain standing as I touched my lips with my fingertips.

What had gotten into me...? I couldn't resist him... My heart feels so warm... But I just know it wasn't right...

He tasted so good... He smelled so good... Everything about him just then was perfection..

All but one thing.

And that one thing was the reason why none of that should of happened.

Wew... Wassup my readers? I gave a little extra in this update, hm? ;) I'm sure I just screwed with some of your ships.. If not, then good for you for being loyal!! I'm never loyal with mine tbh. Hehe, anyways! Thank you so much for reading! I really do love the fact that some of you enjoy this so much! It makes the pains of writers' block worth it! (Though I haven't struggled with that since like chapter 20 or something) BUT STILL! I love you all <3 See you in the next update!! ~PandaBiscuit~

Chapter 50: I like Yoongi's part in this. And this final chapter really struck me.
When I was around 11years old, I became friends with someone who was bullied for her weight. At that age, I didn't realize how badly my words could impact someone, and I mistakenly told her that I needed to study instead of talking to her. She got depressed further, and left school soon afterwards, and I wasn't able to get in touch with her until we were around 20... A lot of regret, but I can't turn back time... That was a lesson learned the hard way.
