The sound of the birds' tweets, a slight light of the rising sun, and the atmosphere of the room makes Yuju's morning breeze more than amazing and relaxing. She moved a bit to make herself more comfortable on bed while peacefully sleeping.

*click~* Yuju opened her eyes with the clicking sound, then a smiling Sinb greets her view after her vision turns from blur to clear.

"Hey, why are you taking photo of me?" Yuju asked with a still half asleep tone. Sinb didn't respond and just scroll through her gallery to check the photos she took. Yuju shook her head and just wrap a hand on Sinb's waist then closes her eyes, but remained awake

"I hate how two weeks pass too fast and today is going to be our last day. I realized that we never had a photo all throughout our vacation"

"So you decided to take a photo of me? Tsk. You should atleast let me pose to be pretty"

"You're always pretty" Yuju blushed
"But I'm prettier than you" Yuju chuckled

"Yeah right, this is so you narcissist kid"

"What did you just call me?" Yuju didn't respond
"Yah, I'm asking you" Sinb shakes Yuju

"Shh... I'm sleeping"

"Don't lie. I know you're pretending" Yuju laughed and sit up on bed
"Yah~ get back here. Who told you to stop cuddling me?" Sinb whine

"I better take a bath now. We still need to get back to seoul"

"Aish, do it later!" Yuju chuckled and shook her head before heading towards the bathroom.
Sinb pouts. She looked back to her phone, set Yuju's sleeping photo her wallpaper then she smiled.

After Sinb is done changing her phone wallpaper, she went to the veranda to breath some fresh air. After a few minutes, her phone rings. She recieved a call from Jiho.

"Hey yow Sinb!"

"Yeah Jiho"

"So what's with the message you sent? What is that something you want to tell?"

"Actually there are two things"

"Oh, okay. So what is it?"

"First, Yuju and I are now dating" Sinb heard a laugh from the other line

"Congratulations kid! Your mommy fell inlive with you. So what should I call you now? couple?"

"Shut up" Jiho laughed

"Okay, fine. So what's the other one? That you broke with her after realizing she's you're adoptive mommy?"

"Can you make more sense? This is serious"

"Okay, okay. Chill. So what is it?" Sinb took a deep breath

They arrived in Seoul in the afternoon, and Eunha who's in day-off, greets both Sinb and Yuju.

"I've cooked for the two of you to eat something. You two must be tired with the travel" Eunha said as she helped Yuju carry the baggage of Sinb

"Andong is farther than that place, so I don't find the travel so tiring at all" Sinb said calmly

"Not for you because you're not driving, and you're not even carrying your baggage" Yuju said and smack Sinb's . Sinb pouts while cutely rubbing her cheek. After putting Sinb's baggages on the couch, they all headed to the dining to eat the food Eunha prepared prepared for them.

"By the way, when will you go back to work Yuju?" Eunha asked as she took two drinking glasses and put it on the table

"Tomorrow"

"Tomorrow? Already?" Yuju nod

"There's only a few papers left for me to finish. So probably when I manage to finish them all tomorrow, then I can be free for the upcoming days while waiting for the school year to start" Sinb smiled upon hearing this

"Does that mean we can go out more often?" Sinb asked with a bright smile

"Well, if you pay all the expenses for those days then it's not a problem with me" Yuju plainly answered

"Unlike you, I don't have a job"

"And just because I have a job doesn't mean you can spend all of my money. I still need to keep my savings. It's for our future" Yuju winked making Sinb blushed. Eunha faked a cough

"You two are being sweet and now I feel like a third-wheel here. Seriously, what did the vacation did to the both of you?" Eunha said with an uninterested tone. Sinb left her chair to stand behind Yuju and gave Eunha a smile full of excitement.

"Unnie, Yuju and I are now couples"

"Oh, since when?" Sinb frown

"What's with the reaction, unnie?"

"What? You expect me to be surprised? It's not like I didn't know this coming"

"So you mean, you know that we'll be dating?" Eunha nod and cross her arms

"I once saw the two of you sleeping on the same bed inside Sinb's room. And Sinb, mind to control your eyes that keeps staring at Yuju" Yuju laughed while Sinb pout
"And Yuju, try not to make your crush with Sinb obvious. Your cheeks says it all whenever Sinb turns her back after meeting you" Yuju blushed so hard. Eunha chuckled with the two
"I'll be in my room. Call me when the two of you are done eating" Eunha said before leaving the two at the dining.

Awkward silence.
Sinb looked at Yuju and the elder girl did the same. Their eyes met and after a few seconds of staring into each other, they laughed.

"So since when did you have a crush on me, huh?" Sinb teased
"Well, I can't blame you. I'm just too pretty"

"I'm sorry but I'm prettier than you. My beauty is too strong that it captures the staring eyes of my crush"

"I'm no less than prettier than you. I'm too pretty to the point that you even had a crush on me"

"Okay, you're pretty. But I'm gorgeous. So I'm still prettier"

"No, I'm prettier! I've captured a lot of hearts back in Andong, not just boys but also girls. I'm too pretty gorgeous that other girls even wished to have my beauty in their afterlife"

"Well, your beauty only makes them like you. But my beauty makes people obsessed with me, take Sowon as an example. So I'm still prettier than you" Sinb chuckled

"Obsessed? They all left you" Yuju turned silent. Sinb laughed when Yuju didn't fight back. But when Sinb saw how Yuju's expression changed, she then realizes what she just said.
"H-hey, I'm sorry" Yuju sigh

"You have a point though" Yuju said in low tone, obviously hurt

"I'm really sorry. I didn't mean it. I was just dragged by my ego" Yuju sigh again and grab Sinb's hand, holding it tightly.

"It's fine" Yuju forced a smile
"You won't do the same thing, right?" Sinb's heart ached upon hearing it

~*flashback*~

"Okay, okay. Chill. So what is it?" Sinb took a deep breath

"I've been feeling something weird within my left chest. It's like my heart is tightly squeezed" Jiho become silent.
"Hey Jiho. Still there?"

"Are you serious, Sinb-ah? That's not a good joke" Jiho's voice turned serious

"I'm serious"

"When will you be back here in Seoul?"

"Today. We'll be travelling all the way there later"

"Then you better meet a doctor here in Seoul as soon as possible. We all know that you're sick Sinb-ah. It's not safe for you to ignore that"

"I know. But I'm afraid to hear whatever the doctor may tell me."

"You need to find out what's behind those pains while it's still early. So be brave kid before it's too late" Sinb sigh
"Think about Yuju. Would you dare to leave her again? You wouldn't want to hurt her again, right?"


"H-help me..." Sinb said, sounding like a begging child

~*end of flashback*~

With Yuju's eyes anticipating what Sinb may respond, hand slightly squeezing hers, Sinb let out a reassuring smile.

"I won't" Yuju smiled, a genuine one. Then she went closer to hug Sinb.
The once reassuring smile turns into a worried face as Sinb tightly wrap Yuju in her arms.
