AILEE’s POV

I can’t believe that Amber is Yiyun. No wonder I feel drawn to him. He was short and lanky when we were kids and now, he is tall and well built. I invited me inside my house. Jacki-unnie is my close friend. I always come by in their house or have a sleep over before. I think Amber can’t remember it because it was a very long time ago. Five years old boy won’t definitely recall that.

“Are you leaving here alone now?” Unnie asked me after I serve them a cup of tea.

“Yeah! Mom and Dad are living in America.”I answered her.

“Really? Since when?”she asked me again.

“A year ago.” I replied to her.

“Aren’t you lonely here?” Amber asked me.

“Before I am, but now I got used to it.” I respond.

“We should hang-out often while I’m here.”Jackie-unnie stated. “Oh, why don’t you attend Amber’s engagement party this Sunday?” she continued which got me a little bit surprise.

“Y-You’re getting married?” I questioned him in disbelief when I turn to him.

“Against my will.”he answered and slumped on his seat. I furrowed my brows because I don’t understand why he answered me like that.

“Our parents asked him to marry his childhood crush. You remember Jung Soojung?” Unnie questioned me.

“Jung Soojung?” I mumbled as I try to recall her. “Oh! That girl who loves to glare on me every time I play with Yiyun?” I remarked and scoffed.

“Yeah, that little girl.”Unnie confirmed and laughed leaving Amber with confused look on his face. “She’s really a jealous type of girl.”

“Why you say that it is against your will to get married to her, Am?” I asked him.

“Parents set me in an arranged marriage to her.”he said with an annoyed tone of voice.

“I thought you like her before.” I .

“You are not wrong with that.”Unnie go along with me and flash a playful smile to him.

“I like her as a person. I’m only a kid back then and all kids like their playmates.” He retorted.

“But you said that you two get along well now. So you are now marrying her in your own will, right?” Unnie asked him.

“Y-Yeah.”He answered timidly as he looked away.

AMBER’s POV

Ailee accepted the invitation in my engagement party. I am happy that she will come. After a few hours had passed, we already bid our goodbye to her. I think we had been disturbing her too much, especially my sister who was talking nonstop. I drove Jackie back in the house that they currently staying. It’s already evening when I got home and Krystal is not yet home too. I looked at my watch and it’s already 7 o’clock. That girl just comes home to sleep. . I don’t know what that girl is doing outside. I hope she’s not doing anything illegal. The heavy rain starts to pour outside and I like it when it’s raining. I find it relaxing because of the coldness it brings. I lie on the couch to read the book that I bought the other day. I’m too bored and I think reading will make me feel sleepy. The main door suddenly opened and a drenched Krystal entered inside.

“Stupid rain!” she cussed.

I got up from the sofa and looked at her. I walk over to her and I don’t have any idea why she got soaked in the rain.

“What do you want?” she asked me with raised brows.

“It just made me wonder why you got soaked in the rain but you don’t have to give me an answer because I already have an idea.” I replied to her with a smirk.

“Aish! Move aside, will you?” she stated as she pushed me aside.

I looked at her annoyingly as she made her way upstairs. The floor is even wet and I am so not going to clean it up for her. My attention is transferred to my phone when it rings. I raised my brows when I saw that it is Jackie.

“Yeah?” I answered after I picked up her call.

“What’s up brother?” she stated happily.

“Why did you call?” I questioned her.

“Well, Dad wants to know if you already invited Krystal on a date or something.”

“Yeah, I already did!” I lied to her.

“Whoa! Really?” she replied with disbelief in her voice.

“Of course.” I answered as I rolled my eyes.

“Send us picture of you and Krystal on a date.” She stated.

“Why would I do that? Besides, we don’t take pictures if we go on a date.” I retorted.

“Sorry brother, but parents want you to send picture of you and Krystal on a date.”she insisted.

“I told you, we didn’t take any pictures of us while we were on our date.” I said to her.

“Well, invite her to another date and that time, you should take pictures together.” She suggested.

“But…”

“No more buts dude. Parents will expect to see it tomorrow evening! Ciao!”she stated and ended our call.

“Aish!” I hissed in annoyance and ruffled my hair.

KRYSTAL’s POV

I took a quick shower because I got soaked in the rain. I and Suho should have gone in the place where there are roofs and not in the park. I lie on my bed because I feel so tired. I got disturbed when I heard a knocked on my door and I heard that guy’s annoying voice calling my name. I groaned as I force myself to get up. My head feels heavy and I think I’m going to get sick.

“What now?” I questioned him annoyingly when I opened the door. I lean on the side of my door to support my body.

“We need to go outside together tomorrow and take pictures together.” He said to me and I blink my eyes because my vision starts to feel blurry. “W-What’s wrong with you?”

“Will you leave me alo…”  I didn’t manage to finish my sentence because my vision turns to dark and I lost all of my strength.

When I open my eyes again, it’s already morning. I cupped my head because I feel like there’s a moistened cloth on my forehead. I take it off and get up on my bed. I still feel weak and it seems that I have a fever. I look on my door when it swings open.

“You’re finally awake.” Amber spoke and he have this tray of food with him.

“What are you doing in my room?” I questioned him.

“To you!”he answered which made my eyes widened. “In your dreams!”he continued and laughed.

I narrowed my eyes on him. He is really annoying and I can’t stand his attitude. He put the tray on my side table. He cupped my head and I swatted his hand away. I can see the surprise expression on his face.

“Well, it seems you have enough strength to take care of yourself now.”He stated as he pulled back his hand. “You need to get better because my parents want us to have a picture together while we are hanging outside.” He continued.

“I don’t want to hang outside with you in case if you don’t know.”I told him and rolled my eyes. I cupped my forehead when my head ached.

“Well in case you don’t know, I am just forcing myself to do that with you too. Since you are sick now, let’s do that in some other day.” He replied.

“Will you just go out of my room? You’re giving me a headache!” I told him as I massaged my forehead.

“With pleasure!”He replied with a smirk but then frowned before he walked out.
