JACKIE’s POV

I raised my brows when I saw my brother’s happy face that going down on the staircase. I think he remember now who really Krystal is in his life.

“You look happy, dork?” I said to him.

“I’m always happy, Jackie!”he retorted and scoffed. “Where’s Krystal?” he asked.

“She’s in our garden, talking with Mr. Kang.” Jessica answered him.

“Oh, okay.” He replied with a wide smile.

“Not so fast Llama!” I blurted out when he was about to leave. He turned to me with raised brows.

“What?” He questioned me.

“Aren’t you supposed to greet Mom and Dad first?”I reminded him.

“I will do that later.”He replied and then hurriedly left.

“He seems hyper now than earlier.” Jessica stated and scoffed.

“I guess it’s because of your sister.” I answered and laughed.

“We should be the one who will get married ahead of our younger siblings, Jack.” She sighed.

“Don’t worry Jess, we will find our own Prince Charming soon.” I told her as I patted her back.

We continued talking until my dork brother came back and joined us. I thought he will come back with Krystal but I got a little bit surprise when he came back alone.

“Why are you here?” I questioned him.

“It’s hot outside.” He answered and wiped his forehead.

“How about Krystal, where is she?” Jessica questioned him.

“Well, she’s still having a fun conversation there. Since I can’t relate what they were talking about, I decided to head back here.” He replied and sighed.

“You should have at least stayed to where your fiancée is.” I told him but he just shrugged his shoulders.

KRYSTAL’s POV

I got tired of pretending in front of everybody that I and Amber were couple. I noticed that there something had changed in this arrogant guy. We gather around in our dining room for our dinner. Our parents had discussed about the engagement party and we just nodded our heads.

“Finally, I can breathe!” I answered as I slumped myself in our couch in I and Amber’s house.

“Is your house not big enough that you felt suffocated there?” He said to me with raised brows.

“I feel suffocated with you close to me.” I answered him annoyingly and rolled my eyes on him.

“Well, our feelings are mutual.” He retorted with a grin on his face and then head upstairs.

I can’t believe that I will be engage to him. Even if we are faking it, I know that the ceremony and other stuffs will be real. I don’t know how I can get out of this mess.

“I hope it’s Suho.” I mumbled under my breath as I excitedly get my phone in my bag when it vibrated. I curved a smile when I saw his name in my phone screen. “Miss me that fast?” I spoke when I answered my phone.

“Hahahaha, yeah! I miss you a lot.” He replied to me which made my smile wider. “Where are you now? Are you still in your parents’ house?”

“I’m back in our house now.” I answered and sighed.

“What’s up with the sigh?” He asked and scoffed.

“I just wish that the person I’m living with is you.” I told him.

“Hmmmm, my girlfriend is really sweet to me.” He spoke. “Don’t worry, we will be together soon.” He continued.

“But when will that soon might be? I’m afraid my parents will move my wedding date.” I stated.

“Well, you said that you and him had agreed to divorce right after?” He answered.

“Yeah! But I don’t want to get married to him. I want to get married just once and I want that person to be only you.”

“Don’t worry babe, we will surely end up together.” He stated sweetly.

AMBER’s POV

I know now that she’s my childhood friend and we were tight before. I don’t think she remembered me either but it doesn’t matter to me if she will. We were best friends before but we can’t get along now. I think 15 years changed a person a lot. My sister came to visit the next day. I’m glad that Krystal is not home so I will not have a hard time to pretend with her.

“Why did you come by?”I questioned Jackie.

“I got bored. Dad and Mom were talking oldies stuff with your in-laws in our house.” She stated.

“What about Jessica-noona? You two get along pretty well.” I told her.

“Well, she’s busy with her own business. I thought Krystal is here that’s why I decided to come here to have a girl talk with her.” She sighed.

“You’re five years older than me. Do you have any old friends here? I mean, you  made friends when we lived in this country before, right?” I questioned her which made her start to think.

She later curved a smile and I think she finally remembered someone. She turn to me with her big smile.

“What?” I asked and scoffed.

“Can you come with me visit my old friend?” she asked me.

“What will I get in return?” I questioned her with a smirk.

“I won’t tell Krystal that you like her for real.” She retorted then laugh which made me widened my eyes. “I know what’s going on between you two, Llama.”she continued and gave me her knowing looks.

I let out a sigh and followed what she wanted. There’s no point of me to deny that because she obviously know the truth about me and Krystal. I drive her into her old friend’s house. If that person is her friend, I wonder if I know him or her too. We park in front of this big house.

“I don’t think someone’s home.” I said when I step out from the car.

“It’s too early to give up, dork.”Jackie answered and pressed the doorbell again.

I shook my head in disbelief. She is really a stubborn one. I turn my head to the car who just pull over next to ours. A familiar figure step out from it and it got me quite surprise to see her today.

“Ai…”

“AILEE!!” Jackie interrupted me by calling her name happily.

My sister run towards her and hugged her tightly. Aliee looked confused at first but I think when she recognized my sister, she hugged her back.

“Jackie-unnie!”she called my sister’s name happily.  

She looked over to me and I wave my hand on her flashing my smile. She flashed her sweet smile to me. At least, one childhood friend welcomed me nicely.
