Kris then turned to the guys. “Chen? Are you okay? Can you still fight?”

“I’m good…” he breathed.

“Listen up!” he said. “Let’s go back to phase 1! We’ll do it like how we practiced! Araseo?”

Tao’s weapon came at the ready, Kai crouched, and Chen rubbed his palms.

“NEH!!!” they agreed.

With that, Kris zoomed out, picked up a wolf and decapitated it midair. Kai teleported and brought back a wolf whom Tao slashed in half.

“Two down! Six to go!” Yongguk hissed.

He moved at the speed of light, picking up a bewildered wolf along the way, and snapped the head off, separating it from the body.

Chen, who was on a lower branch, already had his sight on a gray wolf. As he opened his palm and mustered his strength, a strong lightning came down from the sky, hitting the wolf and slowly burning it to death.

Kai came back with another one, and Tao didn’t hesitate to kill it.

Wolf heads rolled to the ground, and limbs came pouring from the sky piece by piece.

“That’s three…” you clasped both hands, pressing them under your jaw. “C’mon guys! You can do it…”

In the middle of it all, Taemin begged the leader of the pack to release his older sister or at least tell them where they can get her. ‘You got what you came for! Where’s my noona?’

‘Uh-uh-uh… We’re not done yet… There are still 4 Forces and a Warrior! And can’t you see were surrounded? Why don’t you help us out here?’ it scoffed.

The three oversized werewolves were indeed boxed in by Kai, Tao, Chen, Kris, and Yongguk. At that point, the victor was so obvious.

As you watch them, you suddenly turn silent and frozen. You just saw the most horrific thing in your life, Minho and Taemin walk towards the clearing, in human form, joining their own kind. ‘Holy mother of god…’

It’s like being stabbed in the back all over again, and this time, they poured salt on your wound.

“Well what do you know!” Kris smirked. “Couldn’t watch any longer, huh? Are you scared that we will beat the out of these ing douches?”

“Hyung…” Taemin dropped his head. “Miahnae… We have no choice… They have my sister!”

“Choice my !” Yongguk hissed. “How ‘bout this for a choice?” he suddenly moved in a heartbeat and dismembered a nearby werewolf just like that. “4 on 5! How ‘bout that?” he dropped the wolf’s head.

‘What are you waiting for?’ the werewolf leader snarled. ‘KILL THEM!!!’

One of the werewolf lunged forward aiming for Chen, sharp fangs protruded, huge paws ready to pommel his enemy.

Chen took his stance but the wolf failed miserably.

As you stayed on your spot, you managed to wrap your shield at each of them, creating a protective barrier.

“Tch!” Chen’s face turned evil. He stood straight, eyes bulging with rage, and stared at his opponent. “You’re going down…” he took a lurching step forward with each word. On the fourth, he swung. “!”

The leader made an attempt towards Kai, and didn’t even land a single strike.

Kris took a quick glance at the pine tree, and instinctively smiled. ‘Thanks babe…’

You saw his eyes glisten through the moonlight and face glow through the darkness. ‘You’re welcome, my royal hotness…’

On the ground, Tao went for another shot, ing his sword with finesse towards the wolf’s leg that attacked Chen. As it was crippled, he swung back, slashing its neck. “3 on 5! Who’s next?” he panted.

Minho, Taemin, and the leader were left in the middle, looking at their faces. “Kris! Listen to us!” Minho begged. “Bang! We can explain!”

“Explain? Do you know what just happened right here? HUH???” Yongguk fumed. “Half of Exo are fighting for their lives back home!”

“Hyung… They have my noona! After all this time, I really thought she died! But no, they have her!” Taemin choked. “I begged Minho hyung to help me… I’m really sorry…”

‘CAN WE LIKE CUT THIS EMO CRAP???’ the wolf leader raged. ‘WE ALREADY KILLED YOUR SISTER! THERE’S NO ONE LEFT FOR YOU IN FENRIR! NO ONE!!!’

Taemin fell on his knees, covering his face with both hands. ‘How could you? All of this for nothing? WAAEEEE??? You killed my sister you son of a !’

‘Sorry… I was hungry…’ it shrugged.

Exo watched Taemin grew furious after the heartless werewolf played tricks on them.

Minho was also enraged and could already phase from the all consuming anger taking over him. He turned around and grabbed the wolf's neck with one hand. “I’m gonna kill you! Had I known you will turn against us! I would’ve let Exo kill and send you to hell! YOU WORTHLESS TY LITTLE HEADS!!!”

As the werewolf choke, it transformed back into human form, smirking triumphantly. “I’m not going down without a fight… Remember that…”
