Poorva’s POV

“You see that warehouse there?” I pointed while running.

“Yeah.” Eunhyuk replied, panting.

“Run into it.”

He nodded and both of us dashed towards the warehouse. There seemed to be voices coming from inside. Strange. But I had no time to contemplate further. I could hear the fangirls screaming and running towards us. I quickly shut the door and it became pitch black.

“What is this place?” Eunhyuk whispered.

“I don’t know.” I was feeling for a light switch but all I could feel was some sort of cloth, like a curtain.

“Poorva?” He seemed scared.

Out of instinct I reached for his hand and he grasped mine tightly. Suddenly a bright light shone on both of us. We covered our eyes. What the hell? Are those people in front of me? What is this place? An auditorium? I looked at Eunhyuk. He seemed as troubled. Suddenly I heard a “Psst…” from behind me. I turned to see the head of a fat, balding man staring at us. Eunhyuk and I jumped in shock.

“Dance would you?” the man said.

Then it struck me. This was a circus!

“You see sir, we’re not dancers. We’re here by mistake.” I tried to explain.

“Yeah yeah sure.” The man said rolling his eyes “Now do it!”

Eunhyuk grabbed my hand all of a sudden.

“Come on” he whispered “Maybe they’ll let us out.”

“But-” I tried to reason.

 “Good.” The man said and tango music started.

Eunhyuk took my other hand, pulled me closer and started spinning me around. I resisted at first but then gave in. For some reason I trusted him. He bent. I bent. He waltzed around. I followed. He pulled me closer. I went with it. It was so much fun! Then suddenly he winked. At first I didn’t understand but then he made his way down the stage and got down on his knees, as if calling me, just before the gate. I ran towards him then past him and then out of the door. A moment later Eunhyuk came out and we started running. We ran and we ran until we could run no more. Then we collapsed. I was pondering over whether I should laugh or not when I heard a “pffft…” next to me and Eunhyuk started laughing uncontrollably. Seeing him I burst out too. With him, I think I could laugh forever. Wait… what did I just think?! O.O

Eunhyuk’s POV

How could anyone look so good while laughing? She was rolling on the floor in silent laughter. She looked so beautiful. Big eyes, nice forehead, straight hair… she was everything I’d wished for. I continued to stare at her, a smile on my lips, until she finally stopped laughing. Wiping tears from her scrunched up eyes she looked at me with a slight smile and thoughtful look in her eyes. They seemed to sparkle. Then she undid the red scarf around her neck and came towards me. She got up on her toes, her lips centimeters from mine. She didn’t seem to notice.

“Here you go.” She said wrapping the scarf around me. “If anyone else recognizes you then we’ll be running all day!”

She adjusted the scarf again and once she was satisfied she let go and gave me a winning smile. My cheeks turned as red as the scarf. Maybe more…
