*Kyehoon spends the day trying to call or message Jade all day but no reply. He starts to get worried about her.

 

Kyehoon’s mind: Did something happen?

 

*Just then he remembers. Today is Dareum’s death anniversary and he tenses up. Does this mean-

 

Kyehoon’s mind: , please be okay, Jade, please be okay…

 

*Kyehoon quickly heads downstairs, puts on his jacket, and heads out the door. He takes the cab to Jade’s house. He bangs on the door and gets greeted by Sungjun.

 

Kyehoon: Is Jade home?

 

Sungjun: *shakes head* She left a while ago.

 

Kyehoon: What? Thanks man. *pats his shoulder and runs out*

 

*Kyehoon runs out of the house and tries to find her but no luck.

 

Kyehoon’s mind: Damn it, Jade, where are you?

 

Later…

 

*Kyehoon arrives at Hankang River because he remembered this is where she goes to clear her mind when she’s down.

 

Kyehoon’s mind: Please be here, Jade, please~~

 

*Just then he spots Jade. 

 

Kyehoon’s mind: Oh thank goodness thank-

 

*His heart shrinks when he finds out whose she’s with. It’s Kyeongjun, her boyfriend. 

 

Kyehoon’s mind: What? Why? *glares at him* Why does it have to be him? Why does it always have to be him? Why can’t it be me?
