*Today is Kyeongjun’s day off work and he had nothing to do. He was bored out of his mind.

 

Yedam: Hey, hyung, aren’t you going to go out with your girlfriend today?

 

Daniel: You should ask her out tonight.

 

Kyeongjun: But go where?

 

Yedam: There’s a new restaurant that opened up a week ago. Take her there.

 

Kyeongjun: I don’t know, you guys, what if-

 

Daniel: Dude, just call her right now.

 

*Kyeongjun sighs and dials her number.

 

Jade: Oppa~

 

Kyeongjun: Are you free tonight? There’s a place I had in mind for both of us and-

 

Jade: *cuts him off* Sorry oppa. Not today. How about Monday after school?

 

Kyeongjun: Yeah sure that’s fine.

 

Jade: Thanks oppa for understanding. You’re the best! 

 

Kyeongjun: Well then enjoy the rest of your weekend. 

I’ll see you on Monday. 

Love you babe.

 

Jade: Love you too oppa. *hangs up*

 

*Kyeongjun hangs up the call and drops his head.

 

Yedam: She declined?

 

Kyeongjun: *nods* She’s busy today.

 

Daniel: That’s too bad but hey we haven’t spend much time together.

We can all hang out and watch the baseball match. 

 

Yedam: Sounds good! Hyung, what do you wanna eat?

 

Kyeongjun: Whatever you guys want.

 

Yedam: Bossam it is!!

 

*Yedam winks and walks away dialing take out.

 

Later…

 

*Daniel, Yedam, and Kyeongjun spend the evening together but Kyeongjun wasn’t enjoying it for one bit. In fact he was out of it the whole time.

 

Yedam: Are you okay, hyung?

 

Daniel: Is something bothering you?

 

Kyeongjun: It’s just that Jade has never declined going on a date before.

I don’t understand why-

 

Yedam: Dude, just let her be. 

 

Daniel: Besides girls want their alone time.

 

Kyeongjun: Are you sure? I mean- *tries to call Jade one more time but Daniel stops him*

 

Daniel: Dude, she’ll be fine. Trust me.

Now come on the final match is going to start soon.

 

*Kyeongjun keeps his eyes glued on the the television screen thinking to himself as Jade comes into his mind. He smiles to himself thinking-

 

Kyeongjun’s mind: At first I didn’t know anything about love nor what it meant to be in a committed relationship but now I know.

After all she’s the one I ever ask for.
