Hae Sung’s P.O.V

“Ow~” I moaned as I got up. Somehow, I was in my bedroom, sprawled out on my bed with a horrible headache and no memory of the night before.

“Hae Sung, are you okay?”  

I looked up and saw Hyunseung with a worried expression on his face. He placed his hand on my lap “are you hurt?”

I slowly got up and pushed my hair out of my face “I-I’m fine...I don’t know what happened though” I said quietly as I tried to figure out what had happened the previous night.

“Taeyeon found you on passed out in the driveway. She helped me get you into your house”

“Taeyeon?”

“Miss Kim, that new English teacher. I think she teaches your class”

My eyes widened “S-She...”

“What’s wrong?”

I had a strong urge to just tell him but something in my mind was pulling me back from saying those words, from telling Hyunseung that Taeyeon may have been the reason for me suddenly fainting.

“N-nothing. I think I’m going to go back to sleep”

He softly smiled “okay. Sleep well. I’ll be at home if you need me” he winked. Just as he was about to walked out he turned towards me.

“Wait, since your mother is out for the week, why don’t you temporarily move into my house?”

Without a second thought, I agreed, “I would like that” I grinned.

He smiled in return “great! You get that sleep and you can move in once you feel better” he kissed my forehead before leaving me to my sleep.

Author’s P.O.V

The blonde casted her eyes over Taeyeon, who was casually sipping her tea.

“I thought you didn’t play games”

“I don’t but as I’ve watched you taunt that girl, I thought that I should give it a try” she shrugged whilst putting her mug down.

“And?” Jessica pushed on, wanting to know what her ally thought of it.

“It felt pretty good. Her confused face, her helpless actions, it’s quite exhilarating manipulating people’s thoughts. Also, I got a little something that might help us in our plan” Taeyeon gave a small smirk.

“What?”

“Hyunseung’s trust”

Hae Sung’s P.O.V

“Feeling better now?” Hyunseung placed his hand on my forehead.

I smiled “Better” I pushed his hand away.

“And have you got your things?”

I nodded and held up my bag of clothes as proof.

“Great!” he let me into his abode and rushed around to pick up clothing and books which were lying around messily. I guessed that it was the mess from the party. 

“The place is still messy from last night. Could you give me a moment?”

I nodded whilst looking around.

“Sit right...” he picked up his trousers which were on the sofa “there. I won’t be long”

I sat down and watched him whizz around. “Do you want some help?”

“No! You stay right there” he shouted back from the kitchen. A few minutes later, he was done cleaning and sat on the sofa looking tired. “You’re a vampire, why are you so tired” I frowned whilst teasingly pushing him.

“Vampires have limits too! I was up all night, worried about you”

“You don’t need to feel worried. And look, I’m fine now” I smiled to which he smiled in return.

He reluctantly forced a smile. It was clear he was still worried “well you’re now safe in my arms” he wrapped his arms around my body and pulled me towards him. Hesitantly, I rested my head onto his chest as we never really cuddled so closely to each other before.

“So, what do you want to do?”

“I want us to stay like this for the rest of the day” I smiled.

“That can be done” he chuckled and tightened his grip around my body. And just like that, we stayed snuggled up next to each other for the rest of that day.
