Donghae was lying on his bed looking at the ceiling. He was trying to wrap his mind up about everything that happened these few days.

First he had a fight with Eunhyuk and they stopped talking to each other, then he decided that it was time to pay a visit to his sister’s grave to finally have closure about his guilt of the accident, only to discover that she betrayed him and his roommate by cheating on Eunhyuk with his own brother. Then to escape the horrible truth he went on a trip with a friend that claimed to be in love with him, he used him to get some comfort before running away with Eunhyuk. Well he didn’t exactly run away, since Hyuk kind of kidnaped him after hitting Siwon. Not that it bothered him… And before he knew it, Donghae ended up in his old room making out with Eunhyuk!  It was indeed a delicious surprise… that didn’t last long after Leeteuk came to ruined everything again. Now Eunhyuk knew everything. And he was off to somewhere, god knows where, in pain and Donghae was unable to do anything about it! And then Leeteuk left without saying another word, he seemed at the edge of doing something silly so Donghae couldn’t help but worry about him a bit… In the end he didn’t told him what else he did to Eunhyuk, but the brunet understood that those two brothers had a much deeper history and wound that he thought. And now Donghae was left alone with all this mess. Too much information for him right now! He was overwhelmed by all that and didn’t know what to do. So many things happened and the week end wasn’t over yet.

He curled up in his bed and held the dream catcher close to his heart. Maybe it worked on broken hearts too…

The very next day, Donghae went to Siwon’s room to apologize. The boy had come back to the dorms early in the morning. Donghae knocked and the big guy came to open the door.

“Hey…” said Donghae timidly.

Siwon only threw a quick glance to the boy before going in his room again.

“Come in…” he said.

The brunet did.

“Listen… I’m really sorry about what happen yesterday.”

“You didn’t seemed sorry that Eunhyuk came to pick you and you didn’t seemed sorry at all to go with him.” he said in a bitter voice.

Donghae was expecting Siwon to be angry, it was only normal for him to be, but it was a bit surprising since the boy never seemed to get mad at anything. Donghae didn’t know what to tell him…

“I’m sorry.” He repeated. “I truly am! I’ve been a bad friend to you. I’m too much messed up… you deserve better than this.”

“No!” Siwon suddenly exclaimed and turned to him looking fiercely in his eyes. “I’m a bad friend to you! You’re obviously very much in love with Eunhyuk and I tried to lure you so you would see only me. Instead of being there for you I only cared about getting what I wanted.”

Donghae took a step closer to his friend, who seemed distressful.

“You don’t need to apologize for anything! I was the one who took advantage of your kindness… And I’m so sorry if I gave you false hopes…”

“You didn’t…” Siwon said, looking down at his feet. “I was the one who didn’t want to see the obvious.”

Donghae felt so guilty. We wanted to comfort his friend and to be able to respond to his love but he was incapable of doing that. So he held out a hand.

“I know it’s hard but do you think we can still be friends?”

Siwon considered for a moment his hand before grabbing it.

“Sure.”

Then Donghae’s phone started ringing, it was Rinha.

“Hello noona.”

“Hae… did you hear from Eunhyuk since last night?”

She sounded worried, not like her usual self.

“No I didn’t… I thought that he was with you.”

“He was supposed to come crash here, but he never came yesterday. I figured that maybe he changed his mind and went back to the dorms but…”

“He didn’t…” said Donghae starting to slightly panic.

He knew he shouldn’t have left him drive! He was in no state to take the road or the car. What if something serious happened to him?

“What happened yesterday night? Why was he so upset?”

“I’m sorry noona I’ll tell you everything later. I have to find him.”

“Alright… But please keep me posted.”

“I will.”

He hung up and turned to Siwon, worried.

“Did something happen?” asked Siwon.

“Yes… There is always a problem! Why is it impossible for us to spend one week end without drama?!” said Donghae angrily.

Siwon’s eyes widened. He never saw Donghae getting angry before and he seemed really frustrated right now, he started pacing aroundand talking to himself.

“Maybe he went to Sungmin’s… but knowing Kyu he would never let him stay. Or maybe Junsu. But why didn’t he say anything to Rinha? ARGGGGGG! Where the hell is he?!”

 Siwon’s attitude softened toward the brunet.

“Can I do something to help?”

Donghae suddenly stopped and turned to his friend.

“Yes! You go see Sungmin and ask him where the hell is that stupid friend of his. I’ll go see Junsu…”

“Just so we are clear, the “stupid friend” is Eunhyuk right?”

“Who else?”

Then Donghae got out of the room fulminating against this pabo that made other people worry. As he said, he went to Junsu’s room. He was not familiar with the boy, he only saw him from time to time, here and there following Eunhyuk, and he knew that Junsu was one that saved him each time from the bullying of his friends. But he never really talked to the guy. He knocked on the door and the blond boy came to open him yawning and with messy hairs.

“Yes?” he asked half awake.

“Hello Junsu-hyung, I’m Donghae.”

The boy seemed suddenly more awake and made him come in the room. Another boy was sleeping in the bed next to Junsu’s.

“I don’t wanna bother you…”

“Don’t worry, Yoochun sleep like a rock, even if the world was on fire he wouldn’t wake up. So, what can I do for you?”

“Well… I was wondering if you had any news form Eunhyuk? Did he maybe call you? Or sent you a message?”

Junsu frowned.

“No he didn’t… I didn’t see him since he went to save you from that tall handsome guy… what’s his name again? Arf! I’m terrible with names… Anyway, why?”

Donghae couldn’t help but blush a bit. How did he know that? But that wasn’t important right now.

“Is something wrong?” asked Junsu.

“I don’t know just yet…”

The room’s door opened in a fly and Sungmin came in without even knocking, followed by Kyuhyun and Siwon.

“Where is Hyukjae?” yelled Sungmin.

“He didn’t call you either?”

“What exactly is happening here?”

Donghae was about to reply something when a phone started to ring in the room. Everyone looked at everyone to know whose phone was it, but they suddenly saw a hand going out from under the duvet of Yoochun’s bed to pick up his phone that was on his night table. Wasn’t he supposed to sleep like a rock?

“Yobousayo? Huh? Oh really? I understand thanks…”

And he hung up. Yoochun then, took out his head to say.

“My car was reported stolen… They found it abandoned in an alley.”

And he fell asleep again.

Yoochun’s car was dumped… It was the car Eunhyuk was driving yesterday night. What the hell happened? And where was he? Sungmin turned to Donghae, looking not happy at all.

“Now, you’re going to tell us everything that happened.”

They were sitting in Donghae’s room. After the brunet’s story everyone had mixed feelings about the situation. Siwon had his arms crossed over his torso; he didn’t really care about the situation, what was normal… Junsu seemed pretty calm, unlike Sungmin who was panicking, and surprisingly Kyuhyun too seemed a bit worried.

“So you’re saying that they fought? It was a big fight, and that’s why Hyukjae suddenly disappeared?”

It wasn’t Donghae’s place to tell them the nature of the argument between the two siblings, even if they were Eunhyuk’s best friends. So he just told them the big lines. In time, Hyuk would tell them…

“I wouldn’t worry too much he does that, once in a while.” said Junsu. “Hyukjae is incapable of dealing with an argument, his first reflex would be to run away and hide.”

“How can you be so calm?!” exclaimed Sungmin.

Donghae himself didn’t know how to feel, he was in between Sungmin’s state and Junsu’s, so he stayed silent…

“There’s no reason to panic. They found Yoochun’s car which means that he didn’t have an accident or else. He must be out there cooling his mind. When he’ll be better he will come back.”

“I should leave you between yourselves; I’m not really friends with Eunhyuk.”
