"So cute!" Himchan squealed from their hiding place.

 

"Chan, come on, leave them," Yongguk said, trying to pull his lover away from the couple in the kitchen.

 

"Umma was bullied?" Jongup asked, crying himself and holding onto Yongguk's  hand.

 

"That's so sad!" Junhong cried, holding onto his Appa's other hand.

 

Yongguk hugged them and whispered, "But Youngjae was always there." The boys looked at him, slightly confused.

 

"Gukkie's right," Himchan said. "Youngjae always kept Daehyun standing." The boys nodded, now understanding properly.

 

"So, Appa always looked after Umma?" Jongup asked, staring through his tears at his parents with a smile on his face. His Umma had stopped crying, which was good because Jongup hated it when his Umma cried, and was now hugging Youngjae with his head on his chest, a smile on his face and blush on his cheeks.

 

"Yeah. They went everywhere together and did everything together. You couldn't separate them," Himchan said, remembering the time when the couple was innocent and ended up admitting that they did take showers together if at each other's house, which was basically all the time.

 

"Then why did they sep-war-ate?" Junhong asked, his little eyebrows furrowed.

 

Himchan and Yongguk looked at each other, not knowing what to tell their son. Or Jongup, who was looking at then, waiting for an answer.

 

"Well tell you another day, Junnie, Guppie," Himchan said. "Now how about some cherry tomatoes?"

 

"Jelly wants cherry tomatoes!" Junhong said, using the nick name his father often called him by. "Jelly's cherry tomatoes!" he said excitedly, and then ran into the kitchen and attempted to open the fridge, scaring Youngjae and the almost asleep man in his arms.

 

Jongup followed his younger friend, not really caring about the tomatoes, but instead climbed into his Umma's lap, who put his arms round him and hugged him, pressing his face into his son's hair. Youngjae opened his arms and Jongup leaned in further so his Appa could hug him as well.

 

"Chan, put the camera down," Yongguk sighed, trying to take it off his lover while trying to save Daehyun's fridge from a still hungry, growing little boy.
