Seunghyun glanced at his tiny dragon who was sleeping on his chest peacefully. His hair was still wet as the elder had just bathed him as gently as he could, knowing well that the younger was in pain after what had happened. Still, whenever the small boy would glance up at him sleepily in the bathtub, his tiny yet perfect body only covered by a thin layer of bubbles he loved so much, the demon would have the urge to take him again. Of course he did when the small dragon looked just completely alluring. His cheeks were still flushed, even if their previous deep red color was fading to a soft pink and his pouty lips were still swollen, obvious signs of their previous actions. 

The elder knew that he had to restrain himself though. Jiyong was small and fragile, like porcelain. He had to be handled by utmost care, even if sometimes it was a little hard for his mate. Weirdly, he both loved and hated the fact that Jiyong was so frail. In a sense, it was great because Seunghyun had all rights to protect him and spoil him, much like he wanted yet it was horrible because sometimes the elder felt like he needed to walk on eggshells around him. Maybe it was because he wasn't sure about what would and wouldn't hurt his mate. It really wasn't something that he could just guess. 

Still, he wouldn't have ever changed anything in his mate. He just didn't like how some vampire had shattered his soul into tiny pieces. But at least, it was him he could pick up the pieces and slowly fix the younger's soul, hoping that once he would be free of the memories of terrors he had to go through. 

Jiyong stirred a little in his sleep, pulling his mate out of his thoughts. The demon smiled affectionately and gently caressed his mate's hair. His smile only widened when he heard the soft, content sigh that escaped the tiny creature as he cuddled even more into Seunghyun's chest.

Slowly, the elder felt his eyelids growing heavier and heavier and soon, he drifted into a peaceful sleep with his mate wrapped into his arms tightly, protected from anything that could harm him. 

When Jiyong woke up, it was still dark in the room. He knew it because as he turned his head a little, he couldn't feel the sunshine coaxing him to open his eyes. He didn't care though as he felt too groggy and comfortable to wake up.

 As the boy's mind started to become a little clearer, he couldn't help but smile, realizing that a pair of strong arms were wrapped around his small waist protectively while his head was resting on an oh so familiar chest. He could hear a steady beat from where his head was laid and he smiled. He loved listening to it because he knew that the elder's heart was only beating for him. 

The dragon let out a soft sigh and snuggled closer to his mate before slowly falling back into another deep sleep.

A couple of hours later, Seunghyun groaned lowly as his eyes fluttered open. The light was just simply too strong in the room. He sighed and tightened his arms around his mate who was still sleeping quietly on his chest.

The demon looked down and chuckled to himself at the messy mop of pink hair that seemed to be spread out on his chest. He ruffled it very gently, hoping that it wouldn't wake up his baby dragon. "You're so beautiful."He whispered as he kept one of his hands in the younger's soft hair. He couldn't help but smile a little when a tiny whine came to answer him and soon, his adorable mate started to stir in his arms.

"Morning Hyunnie."Jiyong mumbled groggily as he nuzzled his nose into his mate's chest.

"Morning baby."The elder replied, the smaller boy's hair gently. "Did you have a nice night?"He asked cheekily, a small smirk playing on his lips. Immediately, Jiyong blushed and he nodded a little which caused his mate to chuckle heartily.

"It's not funny."The pink-haired boy whined a little."My back hurts."He added as he slowly the weak-ish sting in his bottom. 

"Aww, my poor baby."The demon said as his hand slowly slid down his mate's backside. "Where does it hurt, Jiyongie?"He asked teasingly as he slowly started to rub the younger's . The dragon yelped at first but soon he seemed to relax and let out a content sigh.

"It's better now.'He mumbled, his breathing a little quicker than usually. He couldn't help but want his mate to continue his actions but he knew that he shouldn't ask for more, especially not now since his parents were home. If he strained his nose a little, he could smell his mother's floral perfume and his father's musky, natural scent. 

"So, are you hungry?"The demon asked a few minutes later. He was now drawing lazy circles onto his mate's back that was covered by a thin shirt.  He didn't really like the clothe though as it was thick enough for him not to feel his mate's soft skin and the tiny bumps on it from nasty scars.

"Yeah."Jiyong mumbled as he sat up slowly, falling back into his mate chest merely moments later as he let out a soft whimper. The pain was back into his bottom and he didn't like it one bit.

"Aww baby."Seunghyun cooed as he sat up slowly and managed to stand up with his mate in his arms. "I'm so sorry that you have to be in pain."He added, placing an arm under the small boy's knees so he was carrying him bridal-style.

"It's nothing, Hyunnie."The younger said as he laid his head on his mate's chest. "I've had much worse... And it was worth it."Moments after he had mumbled the last sentence, the dragon blushed furiously, even if he knew that he had been telling the truth. Maybe he was in pain now, but the night - or afternoon, he wasn't quite sure - had been more than worth it. 

Seunghyin just chuckled and kissed the top of his mate's hair gently."That's was adorable."He said before slowly walking downstairs.
