Dwarf and his Giant
Description
There are memorable moments in one's life. Birthdays, other celebrations, first days of school, of college... Weddings and funerals, births and deaths. However, in a world far away from ours only one is something that everyone will remember:
The moment they meet their soul-mate.
Soul-mate, it's such a cliched term. A simple combination of two short but somewhat meaningful words. It has something to it, a certain ring that whispers eternal and a bitter edge that screams uncontrollable.
However much you wish for someone else, you won't ever fall for them. Only for the one whose name is written in your stars and not someone else's.
To some people, finding the one that would finally complete them is a drag. But there are certain people who long to see them. Only, they have no idea what comes after they have met their destined pair. Will they live happily ever after or will they fall apart?
No one knows this yet, dear reader. But I must say, its already written in the stars.
Foreword
Kwon Jiyong was small. He was snarky and loud and maybe even less than cute, but he was tiny. He was thin, too, with incredibly petit hands and feet and short, fluffy hair. Also, he was quite well, skittish. Due to his lack in height, everyone towered over him since he had been little and it had somehow damaged his nerves: the softest rustle of leaves could send him into a state of shock, wide chocolate-like eyes open and small but full lips forming an 'o'.
Kwon Jiyong never really thought of finding the one for him. Actually, he was almost sure that if he did pass them one day, they wouldn't notice him. He was a midget, kind of a freak because of being so tiny. He was actually only a bit taller than most children were, so by no means was a dwarf but.. Seeing the word at this height was frightening enough to feel as small as those who were even more unfortunate then him.
So when Kwon Jiyong ran into someone, someone tall and muscled, he at first didn't notice that certain spark in the air and the soft buzzing filling his head and his heart fluttering at an incredible speed. He only noticed this when rough, calloused hands cupped his cheeks and dark eyes were staring into his own, petrified ones.
"Please tell me you're over eighteen."
Jiyong was twenty-one.
AN: I hope the whole 'dwarf' thing and all doesn't hurt anyone. Even if I'm fairly normal-heighted (okay, a bit short) I'm always aware of how like..many people are much taller me and it kinda inspired me to write this.
Plus, I missed GTOP
