AN: Okkay, okkay, last AN was a bit scary xD What I meant is that to me, it seems like there are so many chapters already. Honestly, I just can't imagine writing like 50 chapters or something for anything! But it might be only me xD But who knows, maybe I'll stop at 49 xD Thank you all for the lovely comments and the votes and subs and basically everything xD I'm really glad that you liked the previous chapter :D

A few minutes after they first kiss, the couple was sitting on Jiyong's bed, the tiny dragon snuggling as close to his mate as he could. Seunghyun too, was trying to keep his angel close, hugging the tiny creature to him by one of his arms. Neither of them said anything, but it wasn't like any words were needed. They both could feel how much the other loved them, and it was enough for the both of them.

"Seunghyun..."Jiyong broke the silence softly, his voice still quite hoarse from crying.

"Yeah?"His mate asked, suppressing a yawn. Even if he didn't need too much sleep, he was getting slightly exhausted because of everything that had happened in the past few days and not being able to fall asleep.

"How did you... Um.. Why did you come?"The younger asked, laying his head on the demon's shoulder.

"Your mom called me..."The elder answered, pulling the dragon even closer.

"Oh."Jiyong mumbled, closing his eyes. He was getting really, really sleepy. He was a bit hungry as well, but he could always bear hunger better than exhaustion.

"Sleep, angel..."Seunghyun whispered, gently laying the dragon down. Jiyong mumbled an incoherent response, pulling the demon down with him. His grip on the older male's wrist was surprisingly strong for such a tiny creature, which made the older chuckle inwardly.

 Seunghyun smiled tenderly, lying next to the boy and wrapping his arms around his thin waist. Jiyong giggled softly, snuggling into the taller male's chest. Merely minutes later, both creatures were sleeping deeply in each other's arms, with peaceful smiles on their faces.

As the sun's first rays hit caressed his face, Seunghyun's eyes slowly fluttered open. He got momentarily blinded by the bright light, but he still smiled when the felt the tiny creature in his arms snuggle closer to him. He looked down at the petit boy who was sleeping peacefully. "You're so beautiful..."Seunghyun whispered, carefully caressing his mate's soft hair. Jiyong stirred slightly, but didn't wake up yet. Seunghyun smiled, love radiating from his eyes. He couldn't help but adore the creature in his arms.

He felt more and more lucky as the days passed. Jiying was simply perfect in Seunghyun's eyes. There was a chance that it was because of the young dragon being his mate, but he didn't really care. The tiny boy was stunning and sweet. And fragile as well, which Seunghyun wasn't right if he liked. Of course, it felt more than amazing to have someone to protect, to have someone that he could shower with love, and later on spoil with gifts as he was planning to do so, but he didn't like how tiny and frail the boy was. He knew that he wouldn't be able to bear it if anything had happened to his mate.

Jiyong stirred once again, then lifted up his head, staring at Seunghyun with sleep-fogged brown eyes. He blinked a few times before a bright smile appeared on his face, causing his mate to chuckle softly.

"Morning, sleepyhead."The demon said, leaning in to kiss the younger's forehead softly. Jiyong, feeling his face heat up because of the gesture, quickly nuzzled his nose into the demon's chest again, inhaling the masculine, comforting scent he came to love so much in the past few days. Seunghyun couldn't help but chuckle at the cute gesture, ruffling the boy's hair gently. Jiyong lifted his head again, only the glare at the elder, trying to seem mad, but his shining eyes betrayed him.

"Morning..."He mumbled softly, his greeting a little late, but it only made it cuter for Seunghyun. He slowly sat, up, looking at his mate. Something seemed off about Seunghyun, but he wasn't sure what. After a minute or so of staring, finally he realized that the older male was wearing a thin T-shirt and a pair of pajama pants. A cute laugh left his dry lips as he pointed at his mate. Seunghyun just chuckled, knowing well that when Jiyong's mother had called him, he felt like he didn't have enough time to change. Jiyong was much more important than clothes, anyway.

"What's so funny, huh?"The demon asked, pinching the tiny dragon's cheek. Jiyong huffed and turned away, pretending to be hurt. Of course, Seunghyun knew that he wasn't, it was pretty obvious because of the tiny giggles that escaped the dragon's lips.

Seunghyun sat up as well and hugged his mate from the back, smiling when Jiyong leant back into his arms almost immediately. Jiyong let out a soft, content sigh, practically melting into the demon's arms. Seunghyun could only held him tighter.

They both knew that what had happened the previous night hadn't completely disappeared. Jiyong was still terrified of his mate finding out what had happened, and Seunghyun was still worried about his tiny mate. But as they just sat there, enjoying each other's presence, they didn't care. Jiyong felt safe and peaceful in the elder's arms, loving how every single touch just made their connection deeper while Seunghyun was happy to have his mate with him, knowing that the small boy was okay. But weirdly he felt like something bad was going to happen really soon.

He could feel it in his bones. But he hoped that he wasn't right. Still, he couldn't help but think about all the bad things that could happen to his angel. He knew that dragons were chased by many, just because they were what they were. He found it extremely unfair, but he couldn't do anything against it. No one could.

Jiyong could feel Seunghyun's arms tighten on his waist, and he could feel the sudden change in his mate's mood. He could practically feel the tension roll off the older male. He had no idea what had broken the peaceful state they had, but he knrew that the demon was thinking about something really bad. He the older male's hold and kissed his cheek gently, wishing that it would be enough to soothe his mood. Seunghyun smiled softly, planting a gently, loving kiss on the younger's lips. A deep blush crept onto the younger's face, making him turn away.

Seunghyun just chuckled, pulling the younger even closer. He knew that danger could be ahead, but he decided not to think about that for now. He had Jiyong with him, after all...

AN: Another chapter xD Well... I dunno. The truth is that I had a very long day, was planning to update at least two different fics, but at the moment I feel like I could barely type this done. If the spellcheck wasn't on, there'd be at least 100 typos, I swear. *sighs* Well, I do hope that you liked this though.
