'5, 6, 7, 8!'

Luhan wiped the sweat from his forehead.

'Again! And 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8!'

Another trainee slipped on his undone laces and fell back. The choreographer stopped and helped him up.

'Aigoo, Minki-ssi, are you okay?'

'I'm fine, ssaem. Sorry.' he said, bowing.

'Hmm, let's take a break. A 10 minute one to revitalise and freshen up a bit. Then we'll get back to it, araso?'

Luhan sat down beside the boy named Minki and offered him his towel. 

'Hey, you alright?'

The boy nodded. 'Thanks'

'You don't dorm with the trainees, do you?'

'No, I live close by so I come after school everyday. How about you? 

'I dorm here.'

'Ah...'

There was an awkward silence until Luhan plucked up the courage to ask about a very touchy subject amongst the trainees. 

'How long have you been here?'

'4 years. I started training back in early high school'

'How did you get in?'

'I auditioned. You were casted, right?'

Luhan nodded. 

'Lucky. Castees are the first to debut. Auditionees are the first to get dropped.'

'You won't get dropped Minki-ah'

'Thank you, erm...'

'Luhan. I'm Luhan.'

'Luhan. Thank you, Luhan'

'Hyung! Are you alright?!'

Sehun burst into Chanyeol's room where the elder was lying on his back gazing up at the ceiling and reflecting on the day. 

'I'm fine, Sehun-ah. Don't worry. Is everyone back?'

Sehun nodded. 'Ssaem's coming over in 10 minutes, hyung, so Kris told me to come and get you.'

'Ssaem? Why is he coming over?'

'To talk to us of course!'

'About?'

'About?! Hyung, you're not stupid, surely! How hard did they hit you?! It's about you and Haneul of course! How could you not know?'

'Okay, okay, I get it. I get it!'

 

10 minutes later, the doorbell rang and Mr Park strolled in. 

'You feeling okay, Haneul-ssi?'

You nodded and gave him a thumbs up. 'Feeling good, ssaem. Thank you.'

'Then I'm at ease. Baekhyun, Lay- those boys have been removed from the university. You won't need to deal with them anymore.' 

'Thanks ssaem' 

'Thank you' 

'I've actually invited someone else tonight to join our chat' 

'Oh really? Who?' said Kris, passing Mr Park a cup of coffee

'Ahn Taejoon' 

'Taejoon? Why?' said Chanyeol sulkily

Lay cocked his head your way and was pleasantly surprised to see that you were just as confused as everyone else was. 

So she doesn't know anything about it either...

'I invited him here as there are a few things I need to discuss with you all-' 

There was a knock on the door and Tao sprung up to open it.

'That would be Taejoon-ssi now' 

 

Aaron walked in and smiled at everyone, oblivious to their stares. 

'Hey' 

'Hi hyung!' Sehun said enthusiastically

He was the only one to greet Aaron. Taking the seat beside you, he lifted your hair to look at the bump which had thankfully lowered considerably. 

'You alright?' he asked, in English

You nodded. 'I'm fine. What about you though?' 

'Ah, nothing major. I''ll cope.' 

' Show me' 

Aaron lifted his shirt slightly so you could see the bandage around his waist. Some of the boys watched to see your reaction but your unwavering expression clearly told them that you had seen it all before and you were unfazed. Even stil, you stared at it, slightly open mouthed. 

'Aaron! How can you say you're fine?!' 

'I said I'll cope and its nothing major. I didn't say I was fine, Han.' 

'I'm so sorry' 

'Don't be sorry. I'm not here for your apologies. You'll never need to apologise to me. Ever.' 

D.O coughed loudly and Chen smirked. 'He wants you to speak Korean. I think you've forgotten that only 1 other person understands you and that's Kris' 

'Make that 4. I know what they're saying!' said Baekhyun, b with pride.

Kris chuckled. 'Feel happy, do you?' he said in English

'I do.' Baekhyun replied

'Ahem!' D.O said again

'Korean, please' Lay whispered into your ear in Mandarin, rather loudly

'Oh Mandarin is fine by me!' said Tao

'Let's speak Mandarin!' Xiumin squealed excitedly

'Korean!' D.O shouted

Mr Park shook his head and laughed. He caught sight of the pale faced Suho and laughed even more. 'You kids are a pain, you know that right?'

'Of course, ssaem' said Sehun smiling

Kris turned his attention to Mr Park. 'So what was it you wanted to say, ssaem?' 

 

Mr Park took a deep breath and exhaled. You could feel Aaron's eyes on you but you didn't dare look at him. You had an uneasy feeling about this.

'I think it's best that Haneul moves out.'

It took a couple of seconds for everyone to register what Mr Park had said. Chanyeol was the first to react. 

'What?!' 

'No! Why?!' Kai said angrily

'Where will she even go?!' said D.O looking at you with the same wide and frightened eyes you had.

You looked at Kris, the guy that had become as close to you as a birth brother, with a panicked look which pained him to see.

'It's okay, lads. Haneul will be perfectly safe-' Mr Park started

'But why?' said Lay quietly, 'Why does she have to leave?' 

'Luhan's already left. I can't let Haneul leave too.' Sehun added

'And I need her desperately, ssaem. The work for my lessons keep amounting up. Haneul and Lay are the only ones keeping me sane right now.' 

'Boy, let me explain my thinking before you blow my brains out... You see, Haneul seems to be targeted as she lives with the 12- I mean, 11 of you.' 

Everyone kept silent. This was true. You were only a victim because of your relation to the boys. It had always been this way, even at the very beginning of your new life in Korea

'So I feel that it would be better if she moved out. It would give people no reason to pick on her and it will give you guys one less thing to worry about.' 

'And where will she go then?' said Kris monotonously. 'I assume you have somewhere in mind, sir.' 

'Well I originally thought to ask Jinri-ssi or Seohee-ssi but I believe they live with their families so there's only one option left now. Granted, Haneul will most definitely be safe and well taken care of so there is nothing to worry about-'

'Where is it?' Kris asked again, this time with a hint of anger in his voice. 

'With me.' said Aaron

You jumped and stared at him.

They want me to move in with Aaron?!

'What?!' Kai spat

 

Chanyeol's jaw dropped and he looked around. Lay caught Kris' eye and tried to give him the look that meant 'do something and help me'. D.O stood there, resting againt the arm of the sofa, unable to look at Aaron for far that he might have to kill him if he saw any signs of smugness. 

'N-No, ssaem, I think this is a bit too much' you said quickly

The boys all relaxed and smiled a little.

'This is a bit extreme, sir' said Xiumin, earning nods from everyone else.

Chen slung his arm over your shoulder. 'Haneul's our sister now, how could we let her move out?' 

'Sister or not, it's her welfare I'm concerned about. I won't have her being caught up in any more problems' 

'It won't happen again' said Suho

'Yes, we've got everything under wraps now' Kai added

'But do ou? Do you really have everything under control?' Mr Park pressed

'Can't Haneul just stay with noona?' Chanyeol asked

'Jiyoung-ssi isn't permanently based in Seoul, you know that. As you are all under my care, I have the right to implement where you stay'

'But she's safe here!' Sehun screamed. 'Why are you taking her away?!'

'Sehun-ah, stop shouting. Relax-' 

'Why is everyone leaving me?!  First Luhan-hyung left me and now you're forcing Haneul to leave too!' 

Sehun stormed out of the dorm. Suho sighed, grabbed his jacket and ran out after him. A few seconds later, Kris' mobile bleeped.

'Lost him, sorry. From Suho... Aish...' 

'He'll be back later. Let's not worry.' D.O said

'Boys... I'm sorry but Haneul, will you at least consider it? It's probably for the best, you know.' 

You bit your lip.

'I don't know, ssaem...' 

Aaron placed his hand on yours. 'Don't worry, you'll be safe with me and you'll still see each other' 

'Taejoon, stop getting involved-' Chanyeol muttered under his breath

Baekhyun slapped a hand over his best friend's mouth hissing 'shut up!' into his ear. You hunched over in thought 

'Haneul, you don't have to leave if you don't want to' said Kai.

Mr Park looked at him and Kai glared back. He waswilling to be slightly rude to his carer if it meant you would stay in his reach.

'I've made up my mind.' 

You felt Aaron's hand get sweaty from nerves and you clasped it.

'I'll move in with Taejoon.'
