It's been a while since I've seen Hyun Ae. She seems different, not like how she was back in America. I feel like, the girl I met there... was different. But does that even make sense? Hyun Ae is Hyun Ae right?

This morning I got a call from someone. I don't know how she got my number but it was that girl, Victoria. I don't know what she is really to Hyun Ae but I think she's Kevin's girlfriend. She asked to meet me because she needed to talk to me about something important. I didn't have any reason not to meet her so I agreed.

I was actually at this moment, walking to a cafe where she asked to meet me. I remembered it as the cafe Hyun Ae had told me that Joon hyung owned.

I walked into the cafe and saw a girl with her blonde hair tied up. "Um, Victoria?" The girl turned around and it was her. Her eyes looked tired and dead but she managed a smile. I gave her a half hearted smile and walked over to her. She gesturd to the seat in front of her, "Go ahead, sit." I nodded and sat down, "So, what was it that you wanted to talk to me about?"

"I'll cut straight to the chase, unless you want to ordr something?" She cocked an eyebrow. "No need, what do you need to talk about?"

"Okay, well I don't know how to say this but... Has Hyun Ae been the same? Since you've like... come back?" She sighed and I looked at her in shock. 

"How did you know?"

"So she did."

I stayed quiet, narrowing my eyes at her.

"Kiseop," She called me by my name this time, "Do you believe in the red string of fate?"

The Red String of Fate. Said to be a red string attached to your pinky finger. The other end... is said to be connected with the one who would be said to be your life partner?

"I've heard of it."

"Do you believe in it, is what I asked you." 

"I-I don't know."

She sat back into her chair and sighed again, "Well I do. And I believe that Hyun Ae's string... isn't attached to yours."

I stopped at her words, "What the hell?" Who is she to think that?, I thought angrily.

"Kiseop. You have the right to get angry. But Hyun Ae's not the one for you. There is somebody else who has loved her for a long time. And you know what? She probably loves him too but for a long time she hasn't realized." 

"What the hell are you talking about?!" I slammed the table angrily.

"I'm afraid," She continued calmy, "... that she's beginning to realize that she loves him too."

I got up, furiously, but she still kept talking, "I suggest you leave her before she leaves you and breaks your heart. Make it easier for her I guess."

With that, I stormed out of the cafe, my blood boiling.

hey everyone sorry I couldn't update last weekend. I have my math EOC tomorrow but I decided that I would update because I didn't want to prolong it.
