“Wae? What happened?” Jin Hyun asked you in confusion.

“Mianhe Jin Hyun-ah.” you said looking down, “I told Jin Hwan that he can date Eun Ji unnie.”

“Gwenchana.” Jin Hyun said smiling.

“What do you mean gwenchana?!” you asked, “You like her don’t you! But, I accidently say yes to Jin Hwan for dating Eun Ji unnie!”

“I know!” Jin Hyun said, “I know you said yes because you like hyung!”

“Huh?” you said confusingly.

“I know you willing to do anything for hyung.” Jin Hyun said, “Me too, I willing to do anything for hyung.”

“But, Jin Hyun-ah.” you said, “Eun Ji unnie…”

“Just let it be.” Jin Hyun said looking down, “Maybe I’m not meant for her. But, hyung does.”

*The problem is Jin Hyun-ah, Eun Ji unnie likes you! Not Jin Hwan!*you thought, “Don’t say that!”

“You know, it’s my turn to let hyung get what he wants.” Jin Hyun said starring at the sky, “Since hyung had let go everything for me.”

“What… what do you mean?” you asked.

“Back at high school, me and hyung liked the same girl.” Jin Hyun said.

Flashback

*You can do this Jin Hwan! Believe in yourself! Hwaiting!*Jin Hwan thought before coming out from the cafeteria.

Jin Hwan then went to a girl who sat down on a bench near the school fountain.

“Hee-Hee Young-ah!” Jin Hwan called her nervously.

“Oh! Jin Hwan-ah!” Hee Young said standing up, “What’s wrong?”

“I-I-I have something to tell you!” Jin Hwan said looking down.

“Oh! What is it?” Hee Young asked smiling.

*OMO! Her smile!*Jin Hwan thought while his heart beating non-stop, “Urm…”

“Come on! What is it?” Hee Young asked, “Tell me quick!”

Meanwhile, Jin Hyun was walking around the school when he saw Jin Hwan and Hee Young near the fountain.

“Wait, isn’t that Jin Hwan hyung?” he asked himself, “What is he doing there with… Hee Young!”

“Hee Young-ah…” Jin Hwan said nervously, “I-I-I…”

“I-I-I what?!” Hee Young asked, “Appali!”

“I-I-I…” Jin Hwan closed his eyes, “I LOVE YOU HEE YOUNG!”

“Mwo?!” Jin Hyun said with wide eyes.

There’s a moment of silence before Hee Young broke it,

“Mwo?” Hee Young said.

“I love you Choi Hee Young.” Jin Hwan said looking up, “Saranghae.”

“Did hyung just said saranghae to Hee Young?” Jin Hyun said, “Hyung likes Hee Young too?”

“But, Jin Hwan-ah.” Hee Young said, “I like you as a chingu only! Not more than that!”

“But, I do!” Jin Hwan said, “I like you more than a chingu! I love you!”

*No, hyung… Wae?!*Jin Hyun thought, tears started to form in his eyes.

There’s another moment of silence. Jin Hwan and Hee Young just keep starring at each other while Jin Hyun was crying non-stop at the corner of the fountain.

“Mianhe Jin Hwan-ah.” Hee Young finally spoke after a long silence, “I like someone else.”

“Mwo?!” Jin Hwan said.

“Mwo?!” Jin Hyun said holding back his tears, “She like someone else?”

“Neh, I like someone else.” Hee Young said looking down.

“Who! Who do you like!” Jin Hwan said shaking Hee Young’s shoulder, “Tell me please!”

“No! I can’t tell you!” Hee Young said making Jin Hwan let go his hand.

“WAE?!” Jin Hwan shouted, “Who is that guy?!”

“He’s you brother!” Hee Young shouts back, “Park Jin Hyun!”

Silence for a few minutes,

“Did Hee Young just said that she… likes me?!” Jin Hyun asked himself, “Chinja?!”

“Mwo?” Jin Hwan said, “You like Jin Hyun?”

“Neh, I like him since we became friends.” Hee Young said.

“Wae?” Jin Hwan said.

“Mwo?” Hee Young asked confusingly, “What do you mean?”

“Wae him?” Jin Hwan asked, “Why is it have to be him?!”

“Wae?” Hee Young asked, “Are you mad at him?!”

“Well, YES!” Jin Hwan said.

“Mwo?” Jin Hyun said, “Hyung is mad at me?”

“Why are you mad at him?” Hee Young asked, “He’s your brother remember?”

“Because he’s always gets in my way!” Jin Hwan shouted.

“Mwo?” Jin Hyun said, “What do you mean hyung?”

“What do you mean?” Hee Young asked.

“Back at kindergarten, he’s more popular than me!” Jin Hwan explained, “At Grade school, he has more friends than me! At middle school all the girls like him more than me!”

“Hyung…” Jin Hyun said.

“Also, all the girls that I confessed to said that they all like him!” Jin Hwan said, “What’s the difference between me and Jin Hyun?! We’re twins right?!”

“I-I don’t know.” Hee Young said.

“But, Jin Hyun likes some of them too.” Jin Hwan said looking down, “So, I just let them go for Jin Hyun since his my dongsaeng.”

“But, both of you are twins!” Hee Young said, “All those girls should know what are the differences between you and Jin Hyun!”

“You should know too, Choi Hee Young.” Jin Hwan said, “If you don’t you should’ve liked me too!”

“Well, maybe he’s more hot, talented and intelligent than you are?” Hee Young said.

“Always the same reason.” Jin Hwan said.

“Mianhe hyung.” Jin Hyun said bursting in to tears again.

“Mianhe Jin Hwan-ah.” Hee Young said.

“Forget it Hee Young.” Jin Hwan said, “Just act like nothing happened.”

Jin Hwan then walked away leaving Hee Young dumfounded.

A few hours later school is over and Jin Hyun is waiting for his hyung by a tree in front the school gate.

*I wonder if hyung is mad at me. But, I really don’t know.*Jin Hyun thought.

“Jin Hyun-ah!” someone’s calling Jin Hyun’ name.

“Who’s that?” Jin Hyun asked turning around.

“It’s me pabo!” Hee Young said hitting Jin Hyun’s head.

“Hee-Hee Young-ah!” Jin Hyun said nervously, “What are you doing here? Aren’t you supposed to be at home now?”

“Well, I have something to tell you before I get home.” Hee Young looking down.

“What is it?” Jin Hyun asked, *Wait, is she going to confess?* and thought.

“I-I-I…” Hee Young said nervously, “I love you Park Jin Hyun!”

“Mwo?!” Jin Hyun said, *Outhoukke, if hyung doesn’t like her I would have say yes. But now…*

“I love you Park Jin Hyun!” Hee Young said, “Would you like me back?”

“Mianhe Hee Young-ah.” Jin Hyun said, “I don’t like you.”

“But… Jin Hyun-ah?!” Hee Young said bursting into tears.

“I only like you as a chingu.” Jin Hyun said, “Mianhe.”

“No! Andwe!” Hee Young said, “Jin Hyun-ah!”

Jin Hyun then walked away he then thought, *… I have to do what’s right for me and hyung.*
