Chapter 62

I'm Marrying You?!

Narrator’s POV

Inhee stared at Jaejoong.

“That ring, it means something.”

“You mean every lady in the Kim family should have one~”

“No.” Jaejoong made her lean on him.

“It means we’re married and that as your husband you should depend on me and not keep your troubles to yourself.”

Inhee stared at him wide eyed.

“Wh—what do you mean?”

“I know, Jaebum and you.”

Inhee’s eyes widened.

“Jaejoong, I swear, nothing~”

“Don’t fret. No matter what happened before you’ll still be my Inhee.”

Inhee smiled back and hugged him.

“It’s good to finally see you awake.” He whispered and kissed her hair.

No one noticed the intimacy of the moment. All that mattered was that their problem was solved.

“Accident?” Inhee echoed. The couple had stayed up late and talked.

“Yeah, in front of our company.”

Inhee’s eyes widened.

“I remember….on that day…I went there to tell you the truth.”

Jaejoong smiled and handed her a glass of milk.

“Drink this, I’ll ask someone to deliver food~”

“Samgyupsal, kalbichim, mandu, kimchicihgae, jajjangmyun, soondae~”

Jaejoong laughed.

“That hungry?” He asked.

“You don’t even have to ask.”

Your POV

“BABY!”

Imagine yourself being hugged by five well built, if not muscular men all at the same time, and don’t forget about my bruised and fractured side, would it not be painful?

“Oppa, IT HURTS!” I said. Taecyeon oppa let go of me sheepishly. Junho oppa patted my cheek.

“I see the accident didn’t change her.” Chansung oppa nodded approvingly. I wanted to throw a pillow at him but I stopped myself.

“Are you okay? Are you in pain?” Wooyoung oppa asked. I shook my head.

“Have you eaten? We can have some take out. Or we can call the head chef at the hotel and order.” Jun oppa suggested.

“I’m okay oppa.”

“Ani, we can order some pizza and chicken~”

“Oppa, I’m okay. I just ate.” I giggled a little.

I noticed my brother sitting on one of the couches. He was calmly watching us.

“Oppa, aren’t you going to hug me?”

A soft smile formed on his lips.

“Well, it was too crowded earlier.” He said as he hugged me tight.

Then he flicked my forehead with his two fingers.

“Oppa, wae?!(why?!)”

“That’s for not listening to me and not telling Jaejoong the truth, for making me worry and for giving us a heart attack.”

“Hurting a patient, aish.” I rolled my eyes but kissed his cheek afterwards.

“How come I don’t see your husband?” Taec oppa asked.

“He went out earlier, he had some things to finish.”

I noticed the bouquet on the table.

“Did that come from you guys?”

They all shook their heads.

“Oppa, is there a card?”

“Eobseo. (None.)”

“Weird, I wonder~”

“Young miss, the young master sends this for you.” Butler Jang entered with a tray.

“Ah, yes, thank you Jang.”

He placed the tray on the table.

“Wait, the bouquet, from whom is it?” I asked.

“They arrived yesterday ma’am, without a card. No one knows who it came from.”

I nodded.

“It’s strange. Why red roses?” Jun oppa mused.

I ignored them as I opened the tray. I smiled as I recognized the familiar scent of Jaejoong’s cooking.

“I’m betting, Korea House or one of their hotels.” Wooyoung oppa said.

I shook my head.

“It’s his cooking.”

Narrator’s POV

“It’s his cooking.” Inhee said with a smile.

Wooyoung gave a look at Junho.

“Doe….kimiwosuki ninatte shimattanarou~?(Why did I fall in love with you?)”

“What are you rambling about Junho oppa?”

“Nothing, just sharpening my Japanese skills~”

“NOONA!”

Chunji was like the five year old Ji again, hugging his sister tightly.

“Okay, okay, I miss you too, Ji.”

He grinned as he let her go.

“How’s work going for you?” She asked.

“Just the same, your secretary’s really worried.”

“She doesn’t need to be, I’ll be back by next week~”

“NO.” Khun said sharply. The guys sat down at his tone.

“Oppa, I’m okay~”

“No, you’re not, you’re on leave. Seunghyun said you’re not supposed to move around too much and work.”

“But, the company~”

“-wont crumble without you, baby.” Khun finished her sentence.

Your POV

My siblings and the oppas left after eating lunch with me. I found myself alone in my room. Earlier this morning, Seunghyun, ahem, Dr. Choi came to check on me and he told me I was perfectly fine except for my bruises and fracture.

“You’re alive!”

Bom was standing by my door. She skipped to me and hugged me.

“Yeah, I am.” I said dryly.

“You told Jaejoong.” I pointed out.

“He needed to know.” She said.

“Thank you.” I smiled.

“Anything for you and he really needed a good banging on the head~”

“Bom, not now.” I shook my head.

“Anyway,” She said as she flipped her hair

“How are you feeling?”

“I feel better actually now that I’m awake.”

She seems distracted.

“He confessed?”

“What?”

She pointed at the gigantic red rose bouquet.

“It came from someone who didn’t have time to write a card.”

Bom’s brows furrowed.

“Why red?”

I shrugged. Must be from some company or from my parents or Jaejoong’s.

Narrator’s POV

“Junsu-ya, did you send flowers to Inhee yesterday?” Jaejoong asked they walked in the restaurant.

“Nope, why?”

“It’s nothing.” Jaejoong shook his head.

“I heard she woke up already. Is she fine?” Yunho asked.

Jaejoong and Junsu sat down.

“Yeah, she is.”

“So, did you tell her 3 words, 8 letters already?” Changmin grinned. Jaejoong looked at him.

Yoochun cut him off when Serin sat down with them.

“Oh, by the way, did you guys send flowers for Inhee?” Jaejoong asked.

Yunho nodded.

“Roses?” Jaejoong queried.

“No, I sent her daisies. I heard she likes them.”

Serin was listening to their conversation. Frustration was overwhelming her. Here she was, their only girl best friend, but they didn’t even greet her when she arrived.

“Ah….I see.”

“Why? Something wrong?” Changmin asked.

“Yesterday a big bouquet of red roses was delivered and it had no card. Inhee wanted to thank whoever sent it.”

They all nodded.

“Wait, red roses?” Yoochun said.

Jaejoong nodded.

“It’s weird.”

“What’s so weird about it?”

“I would understand if it came from you, Jae hyung, but red roses from another person? Tsk tsk tsk.”

Jaejoong looked at him skeptically.

“Red roses are usually used for confessions, symbolizes love etcetera.” Yoochun said.

Jaejoong nodded, he remembered the bouquet sitting in Inhee’s room.

“Maybe you have a rival, hyung!” Junsu said. Yunho shook his head. Jaejoong became quiet.
