~*Your/Hye Ri's POV*~

The days passed by too fast when I was spending it with L Oppa and too slow when I wasn't. I hadn't seen the pink-haired boy since, and honestly, I don't know why it matters to me that I didn't. Maybe it was just the mysterious aura surrounding him that made me curious... I don't know.

But, besides that, the weekend had already come and it was time to visit Sumi.

"Ready, angel? Aigoo. You're so jittery."

"It's because I'm so excited to see Sumi! I haven't met up with her in forevvveerrrr." I exagerated.

A smile crept on L's face. "Then let's go. We don't want to miss our ride, do we?"

I shook my head. "No, sir!" I saluted with a light giggle. We linked hands and leisurely made our way to Sumi's.

"Hye Ri!" Sumi gasped in delight and pulled me into a tight hug.

"Hi Unnie." My voice came out muffled since I was squished in her shirt. She pulled back with a huge grin on her face.

"It's been soo long! You should just move closer and live here." She joked. I grinned back. Sumi proceeded to eye my companion and a devious grin sprouted on her face. "Ahh. So this is the infamous Myungsoo, huh? Wait. What did you tell me his nickname was..? I remember it was a letter...er... A? Wait no. B? No... Q? Oh yea! L!" She came in closer so only I could hear what she was saying. "L for I love you~" She cooed.

"Yah!" I whined with a pout. She just giggled evilly in return.

...This is what I get for telling her everything...

"It's nice to meet you Myungsoo-sshi. I'm Sumi, Hye Ri's closest cousin." Sumi slung an arm over my shoulder and beamed. "So don't you ever hurt her, or even think about hurting her, araso? Or else I'll have to come after you and stab you in your sleep." Sumi threatened in a matter-of-fact fashion. My eyes bugged and I lightly slapped her arm with a frown.

L chuckled a bit before answering. "I'll keep that in mind."

"Good. Now why don't you two come in?" Sumi offered and passed me over to L. He looked down at me and took my hand, giving it a squeeze before we followed Sumi into her house. "You can take a seat on the couch. I'll get us all a glass of water. Is that okay with the two of you?"

"It's fine for me, Unnie. Oppa?" L nodded in response. Sumi retreated to the kitchen and left L Oppa and I alone. L gazed around the house in interest.

"Does your Unnie live here all by herself? It seems like a pretty big house for just one person." He observed.

"Hm? Oh..." I looked around with him for a moment before speaking. "I'm not really sure. Unnie never really says anything about who lives with her. As far as I know, though, no one lives here except for Sumi."

Before anything else could be said, Sumi returned with the glasses of water. "Here you go." She set the cups down onto the coffee table.

"So... How about we get to know each other?" Sumi suggested.

The three of us engaged into a light conversation about whatever came up. Bit by bit, it seemed as if L loostened up and got more comfortable around Sumi. I smiled happily to myself, overjoyed by the fact that two of the most important people to me were getting along. "Excuse me. I'll be right back." I dismissed myself from the conversation and made my way through the familiar hallways to the bathroom.

They'll be fine if I leave them for a few minutes, right? They're already getting along so it won't be too awkward. What could happen?

After doing what I needed to do and washing my hands, I returned to the living room. The two were sitting closely together discussing something. I crept my way over and tried to get a glimpse at what they were doing. "Whatcha doing?" I questioned curiously.

"It's nothing Hye Ri-yah. Don't worry about it, okay?" Sumi assured me and put some distance between L and herself.

I tilted my head in confusion and glanced at L but he was just staring off into space. I shrugged it off and let myself fall onto the couch.

My gaze locked on the dazed boy beside me, only one thing crossed my mind.
