Chapter 14

*Yerin’s prov*

 

“you got your dress yet?” Hanna asked, “something Kai would like?” she asked rising her eye. I bit my lip. I haven’t told her yet. 

 

“I’m not picking something Kai would like. I’m not going with him. I havn’t picked my dress yet.” I said shrugging my sholders. Hanna almost dropped all her books right there.

 

“why aren’t you going with him?!” she said almost panickly.

 

“things are weird right now. He’s bringing someone else” I stated.

 

“WHO?!” she shouted.

 

“you’ll see. Try not to throw a fit when you see his date” I said bitting my lip.

 

“oh my, then you don’t have a date? You want me to find someone else for you?” she offered in a sweet tone.

 

“no I already got a new date” I chuckled as we walked out of the building.

 

“who who who! Is it Leo?!” she said jumping around. I shook my head.

 

“no he’s a punk kid who colours his hair every colour” I said waving to Sehun down the hill.

 

“is that him?” she questioned “are you cheating?”.

 

“don’t be silly” I said running down the hill jumping onto Sehun’s back when he wasn’t looking. He turned his head for a kiss but I blocked my lips and whispered “people who know I was with Kai are around”. He nodded understandingly and set me on the ground.

 

“how was class?” he asked taking one of my books.

 

“boring like normal” I said shovling my last book to my other arm.

 

“who is this?” Hanna said out of breath when she cought up to us.

 

“I’m Sehun. I’m Yerin’s best friend.” He said sticking out his arm to shake. She took it and shook it.

 

“it’s nice to meet you Sehun” she said smiling at me. Hanna leaned over and whispered “he’s cute but not as hot as Kai”. I chuckled a little but left it alone. “Do you know Kai?” Hanna asked.

 

“of corse he’s one of my best friends” Sehun said a little bothered.

 

“I see” Hanna said nodding her head.

 

“We have to go downtown to meet Minri, do you want to come?” I offered before this got weird.

 

“I can’t. my mom wants me to go to cosco with her later” she said rolling her eyes.

 

“to bad” I said lieing.

 

“maybe I’ll see you all at prom? I’m so taking the next 2 days off” she said making me laugh. “I’ll see you later” she said looking at me then her gaze shifted to Sehun and she gave him darts. “Bye Sehun” she said walking away.

 

“I don’t think I like her that much” Sehun said letting off air when he knew she was out of hearing range.

 

“she’s just watching out for me” I said leading him away.

 

“Sehun!” we heard a call from behind us. we turned around to see Luhan. “Mom told me that Dad wants you to call him when your home” Luhan asked.

 

“sure thing Hyung” Sehun flashed his brother a smiled and got ahold of my hand. “see you later then” he said as we left down the street.

 

 

 

We sat down on the grass by a tree, but Sehun never left me for one moment. He put his head on my lap and looked at me like a puppy. I couldn’t help but play with his hair,

 

“your to cute sometimes” I said as I ran my fingers threw his light coloured hair.

 

“only for you” he smiled up at me.

 

“and Luhan” I chuckled as he rolled his eyes.

 

“so am I still the rebond guy?” he asked closing his eyes.

 

“I hope not” I chuckled lightly “if you are then there is certaintly something wrong going on in my heart.” I coffessed.

 

“like when we kiss, a giant thump surrounds your whole heart ready to consume you at any moment, but you can’t help but love it?” Sehun asked.

 

“how did you know?” I said surprised. He poked his eyes open a little,

 

“I feel it too” he blushed lighting, sitting up. He leaned over making me lean on the tree until his hat touched my forhead. “I think I’m falling in love with you miss human.” He said not dropping eye contact with me.

 

“i-I” I stuttered not wanting to confess but wanting to at the same time. “I’m  falling in love with you too mr. alien” I blushed as I brought my hands up touching his cheek lightly. we didn’t say anything but our eyes did the talking, then Sehun turned his head and pressed his lips to mine. His hand wandered to my side as I kissed him back. The thump in my heart jumped 10 times harder then ever. This was our first real kiss and there was something big happening between us, that I wasn’t ready for, but glad it happened. We reluctiently pulled away from each other for me to see Sehun with cheeks as pink as mine. I linked our hands together again before I heard a russle behind us.

 

“that was cute and all but I can’t help but think this is wrong in some way” Minri’s voice said from behind us making Sehun jump. “seriously girl you get around” she chuckled as we stood up. Sehun’s face was as red as an apple knowing that our “speshal moment” was being watched.

 

“Says the girl dating Mr. perfect” Sehun said shrunched up his noes at my best friend.

 

“were not dating” she said holing up her hand “he’s being weird and not making it official” she said rolling her eyes.

 

“what a-“ Sehun stopped me from talking.

 

“no” he shook his head. Right, Kris probly had a good reason for not making it official yet.

 

“What about you Mr. alien?” Minri said.

 

“WHAT?!” Sehun said panicked.

 

“calm down I just over heard your nickname” Minri rolled her eyes “why havn’t you make anything official? Something with Kai?” Minri said raising her eye brow. So on our way to my home we told her how I was cheated on. how Sehun was on my side and how we ended falling for each other, somehow.

 

“long story” I sighed when I finished.

 

“I’ll keep your secret” she said with a small smile as we came to our building. “I knew Kai was no good from the beginning though.” She was right. Sehun took my hand into his (he was shy when Minri was talking about Kai) as we walked into the room.

 

“Minri!” Kris said out of pure surpise when we walked threw the door.

 

“nice seeing you too Kris” I said sarcasticly as me and Sehun walked to the kitchen.

 

“hey handsome” I heard her saw before I caught a glimps of them kissing. It sent shivers down my spine to see my two friends in that way together. I bet this is what Luhan feels like. Sehun pulled out a water bottle out of the fridge and handed it to me as I watched the people in my house. these boys have been around for 5 months but I knew at some point they all would have to go off back to whatever planet they came from and leave me. what a wave of deprestion.

 

“stop thinking of depressing things” Sehun said snapping me out of my thoughts.

 

“how did you know?” I chuckled.

 

“you don’t think I know by now?” he smiled and pulled my hand to sit on the couch. He threw his arm around the back of the chair. It was strange how we were still friends but knew there was feelings there for each other in a romantic way. On the chair across from us Kai was playing with D.O. hair above his ear. It was almost cute to see how they got along, though it still broke my heart a little.  “Stop” Sehun leaned over and whispered.

 

“well everyone is paired up” Lay sighed, sitting down across from us all by himself.

 

“eh~ were not playing games again are we?” I said giving him an eye making him chuckle. The lights dimed down as Chanyeol light the candles.

 

“Maybe” he winked at me, making me giggle.

 

“Yo! You too still have something don’t you?” Minri said speaking up. Lay and I looked at each other then back at her.

 

“not really” we said at the same time. Sehun looked over and arched his eye brow.

 

“you want a peace of Lay again don’t you!” he chuckled. Kai gave him a weird look. I blushed lightly,

 

“if I did then you would be sad” I teased Sehun. Lay stood up, clearly interested in this convo.

 

“I’m not one to get jelous.” He smirked at me and I took this as a challenge. I stood up and pulled Lay to the balcony. When we were out there I felt the reget of me competiveness.

 

“you really like Sehun don’t you?” Lay asked as he lay back agenst the half wall.

 

“I don’t even want to” I sighed “but I can’t help it. I go out of my way to make it stop.” I sighed. At that moment Lay leaned in and gave the most heart warming kiss of all time.

 

“it didn’t feel the same as it use to right?” Lay questioned stepping away from me. I shook my head disappointedly as he bit his lip. “how about you stop trying to make your feeling for him disaper and just accept that’s who your heart wants” he said nocking on the cement wall. “clearly it didn’t work out between us for a reason. Because Sehun was right there for you all along” he finished before walking out leaving me to think. When I went back in I found Sehun sitting when I left him. I stood over him, playing with his hair.

 

“what’s up?” he asked looking up seeing my face.

 

“I love you, you know that right?” I questioned. He smiled,

 

“well now I do” he said before I leaned over and pecked his lips. I heard Luhan gag witch made me giggle.

 

“get use to it” I said to Luhan.

 

“it’s going to happen a lot more now” Sehun finished my sentence. i leaned over and whispered into Sehun’s ear to come to my room. Lucky Suho didn’t hear or see us so we dissapered quickly.
