“PROLOGUE”  

I opened my eyes slowly. I noticed that my wrists are bound by a rope. I looked around and found myself in a dark place. It looks like an old warehouse of some sort. I tried to break free from my shackles but to no avail. In the midst of the effort, someone moved behind my back.

“Uuugh... Where am I?” said a little girl.

“I don’t know,” I replied.

I tried to recall my memories of what had happened. I remembered that I was talking to a little girl who helped me out earlier. Suddenly, there were men dressed in black and wore masks to conceal their faces who appeared before us.

“They seemed to be awake sir,” a burly man said.

A man stood up from the table behind me. He spiraled at both of the captives eyeing them. Although not as big as his henchman, I can feel the menace and power from him.

“What are we gonna do with the other girl?” asked the henchman.

“Kill her. We only need the princess.”

I glared at him. I need to think of ways to escape along with the girl.

“Could I play with the girl first before I kill her?”

“Do what you want,” said the boss.

The goon fumbled with the ropes and pushed me in the corner.

“You can’t run from here. There are guards stationed outside. You cannot escape here. HAHAHA...,” he laughed maniacally.
