Flowers grow around us in forever bloom 

she stumbles as she tries to keep up, feet pounding into the soft grass that tickle her toes. "i have a surprise for you," he says with a twinkle in his eye and a grin on his face. with their fingers intertwined they run; to where she doesn't know, but it's not a matter of where she ends up, but rather who she ends up with. "come on we're almost there"

A reality that does not seem like a reality, but more like a scene from a story book 

from up here, everything seems kind of surreal. she's never been so close and she feels as if she can just reach up, catch one, and keep it for herself. "it's beautiful huh?" she nods in reply, watching as shooting stars paint the sky. she can't help but think of the girl who has always wanted to see the floating lights and the thief that stole her heart; she can't help but hope for their ending- not the crown, not the castle, just the prospect of the two of them being together

Intoxicated with you, I think I believe in fairies, the proof is here fluttering in my stomach

"what did you wish for?" she remains silent, zipping her lips only to cutely, or at least she hopes it seems cute, poke her tongue out at the boy next to her. "well I wished for you," he says as if it is the most natural response, knowing full well that it'd have her heart racing. kim himchan is smug like that, and plus, he thinks its really cute when she blushes  

Reality seems like such a stretch, yet here you are, here I am, in this moment in reality

she chances a glance at him and is unable to turn away; he's staring at the stars and a faint smile plays on his lips. even in the dark, there's a certain beauty- a princely charm that radiates off of him. she's not sure if this is really real and she's tempted to pinch herself, but none of that is needed when he casually throws his arm around her and pulls her close. "you looked cold," he chuckles. oh yep, totally real.  

You're Prince Charming and I'm just a commoner, so tell me this isn't a fairytale

she's nothing special or so she thinks. she's plain and kind of boring and he's nothing short of a prince. she frowns, what's a guy like kim himchan doing hanging out with her? it doesn't go unnoticed though and soon his lips are ghosting at the shell of her ear, "hey are you okay?" she nods and he smiles. "good, I was hoping you'd enjoy my surprise" 

Tell me that we're a dream come true and not just a school girl fable

they sit and talk, finding comfort in the dark, the glow of the stars, and slowly, the presence of each other. he gives soft touches and warm smiles and she begins to come to terms with it all: starting to really believe that her wishes have been answered, that this really is a miracle- a dream come true

Allow me to be your princess, in this story and the next

they walk hand in hand the next day as if they've been doing this from the start. there are stares and whispers of both envy and shock- some easy to dismiss and some that hurt just a bit more. none of it really matters though, because next to her prince, she feels like a princess. as long as they're together, there will always be a happily ever after. 

Love me until reality seems like a dream, and dreams seem like reality

there's no longer a divide between dreams and reality. she's ready to wake up each day because she knows that whether she's wandering in dreamland or reality, he'll still be there; he's a real life fantasy. kim himchan will always be there, and it's that thought that comforts her the most. 

End our story with new beginnings, for our fairytale will never end

and together, they lived happily ever after
