Walking back and forth in the hospital hallway, Seulgi can feel her heart dying every single minute that pass. Inside the room in front of her is her wife and child fighting for their life.

"Seulgi!" 

Seulgi looked behind her and see her parents and Irene's parents running to her.

"Mom!" Finally, Seulgi broke down seeing her mother.

"Oh dear..." Mrs. Can't hugged her child tight as she cries in her shoulder.

"M...om" Seulgi's voice cracked. "W...hy would someone d..do this to my w...w..wife?"

"Shhh...hush dear... Be strong for your child and wife."

"I'm s..scared mom, what if so...something bad happen to Irene? I..I can't l...live without her." Seulgi broke down and cry. "This is my fault! My wife and child are now in there fighting for their lives because I failed to protect them!"

"Seulgi, don't blame yourself." Mr. Bae patted Seulgi's shoulder, "I know if only you knew that it'll happen you will do everything just to save her. Just to make sure she will be safe. And my Joohyun knew that too. Believe that your wife and child will fight to survive."

"D..ad" 

"We will pray for their safety, Joohyun... M...my Joohyun she loves you so much, I know..i can see it. And I know how much you love her." Mr. Bae's voice cracked.

"T...he person who d..did it?" Seulgi ask.

"let the police handle it." Mr. Kang says. "Don't worry about the culprit, we will handle him or her. Focus on your wife. I will let you know if there is any news about the suspect."

Seulgi just nod. Her father is right, she should put all her attention to her family. They are more important. She knows her father and father in law will do everything to catch whoever did this.

Seulgi let go of her mom when the door in the emergency room open.

"Family of patient Kang Joohyun?" The doctor called.

"Doctor, I am her husband, how's
