It's been a week since Mina cried, she didn't hold it against Chaeyoung, if anything, she held it against herself since she was weak. After the incident, she became self loathing, she hated herself for what she was, she felt filthy. Even though her friends were the same as her, she still couldn't shake the thought that she was a deviant. Chaeyoung had yet to visit Mina, she was too busy cramming for the CSATs, she wanted to do well and didn't want to let her parents down, that's what she told herself, deep down, the cub was trying to distract herself. 

Mina decided to call her brother, to see how her parents were doing. Her brother, unlike her parents, was accepting of her and was supportive of her, and defended her, but chose to stay with their parents, Mina couldn't blame him and they were still close. Mina would call from time to time to see check on how her family was doing. 

"So how are you guys doing" Mina said, her voice sounded dead

"They're alright, how about you? You sound terrible" Kai said, his voice full of concern

"I'm fine, I'm just scum that's all" Mina said like it was nothing

"Hey, where's all this coming from, I know you try to hide it, but you never hated yourself for it" Kai scolded

"Well, I do now" Mina said

"Come on Mina, don't be like that. Tell you what, I'll get mom and dad to meet up with you, and you guys can talk things out, they don't seem to be as mad as they used to be" Kai assured

"Sure, when" 

"Tomorrow night, I'll set up a video call"

"Alright then, bye"

"Bye"

Mina hung up and let out a long sigh of fear. Fear that thing's havent changed, and relif that she'll get to see her parents again after so long. Mina closed her eyes and a minute later, her doorbell rang, she opened it and saw Chaeyoung standing there, looking down playing with the hem of her shirt.

"Chaeyoung" Mina said, slightly shocked

"Hi unnie" Chaeyoung said softly

"What do you want?" Mina said, sounding colder than intended

"Well, my CSATs are tomorrow and I want you to be there for me at the school tomorrow since my mom and dad will be too busy to be there"

"I thought you were home schooled?"

"Yea.... but I need to go to the school nearest to me to take it" 

"I'll be there"

"Okay... thanks, and I'm sorry for making you cry the other day, it was so loud I could hear it from my room, and I feel really really bad" 

"You could hear it?" Mina said, shocked

"Yeah" Chaeyoung mumbled

"Well, it's not your fauly it's fine"

"Really?" Chaeyoung said, finally looking up

"Yeah, also, come over tomorrow after your CSATs."

"Okay!!" Chaeyoung said excitedly, which made me give a small smile

The next day, Mina woke up early to support Chaeyoung at her CSATs, she went over to find that Chaeyoung had already left and found only Jihyo. 

"Hi Jihyo, you going to support Chaeyoung too?" Mina asked, her voice not sounding so dead this time

"Yeah, let's go" Jihyo said, leading Mina to the school

Once they were there, the exam had already started, and they waited, they waited the whole 9+ hours the exams lasted. Jihyo and Mina just stayed outside, talking, and they've become quite close, they realised they've acta=ually had quite a lot in common, and the whole 9+ hours had passed in a flash. Once the students started coming out, they looked through the crowd, the cub was pretty easy to spot, she was the only one not wearing a school uniform.
