_____ POV-

They aren’t like the usual dreams; where you’re never in control of yourself, jumping from place to place, hanging onto the sidewalk for dear life, wondering if you’re actually wearing clothes or not, trying to eat something, but nothing happens. This is what dreams are usually like. Scrambled images from your mind, but not these new dreams, it’s like real life. You are in control of yourself. What really confuses me is that, all of them, and I mean all of them, are of SHINee in this like paradise kind of world. Every time I sleep, I wake up in that world, and see my favourite band.

‘_____’ I felt something slender prodding my shoulder. I blinked, gazing around at my surroundings; I was at school, it was lunch and my friends were giving me weird looks. ‘_____ stop zoning out all the time, you’ve been doing it a lot lately, and I was trying to talk to you.’  

I looked at them with a big grin on my face, ‘Sorry, I was just… Thinking…’

‘About…?’

Her comment struck me. I wasn’t expecting this conversation to go any further, it seems they are intrigued. ____ don’t say anything stupid or embarrassing. ‘Um… I was just thinking about…’ I could feel my cheeks heat up, as I felt my friends’ constant stares, as I could guess what one would say next. 

‘So… You dreamt of someone, didn’t you? Do we know them? Is he hot? Is he in our year?’ The never-ending questions kept coming out of their mouths. I had to shut them up before this got any more embarrassing or before one of my friend’s boyfriend walked in.

‘If you want to know so badly I’ll tell you. I’ve been having dreams of the SHINee members recently.’ Great why am I getting so embarrassed? Talking to other fans about them I’m not embarrassed at all, but talking to anyone else about them I get all embarrassed. >_<

I could see them stifling their laughs. ‘What did you just say?’

‘That I’ve been having dreams of the SHINee members recently…’

‘Pfft shiny? What kind of name is that? Do they sparkle?’ They all started bursting out laughing. I swear my head was going to explode. To make things worse, one of my friend’s boyfriend decided to come visit us, and at a great time too…

‘No, SHINee as in capitol S, H, I, N, little e, little e. It’s their name of their band and they don’t sparkle, you guys watch too much twilight, yuck…’  

They all sat there in silence, until her boyfriend ruined it. ‘Wtf was that about? I think you need to calm down a little.’ With that he and his girlfriend (my friend) walked out, and everyone went back to their other conversations. It was like nothing had happened. What. Just. Happened? They’re acting like the conversation never happened. Who cares? I sighed and grabbed out my iPod to listen to my music.   

I could feel my eyelids starting to droop. I smiled thinking that I would get to see them again.

When I awoke, I found myself laying on a soft couch, and a pair of eyes gazing at me. I blinked a couple of times to adjust to the light.

‘Ssshhh.’ The voice told me, placing one of their slender fingers on my lips. I could smell the mixture of chocolate and perfume in front of my nose. Wait, perfume?  ‘Key-umma…’

‘Sorry darling, I didn’t mean to wake you; I just thought I heard you stir and came to check on you.  Really _____, why are you sleeping on the couch? Shouldn’t you be in bed? Minho was going to move you, but I told him that if he did that you would most certainly wake.’ He whispered as he started waving the chocolate covered spoon in front of my face.

‘Umma, why are you whispering?’ You couldn’t stop following the spoon with your eyes.  

‘Because your appa’s and oppa’s are too busy sleeping, and it’s better for me to bake when they are asleep, otherwise there will be no final product. That’s why.’ He leaned down and kissed me on the cheek. ‘Now go to bed, ok sweetie?’ He walked off back to the kitchen.

I sat up, holding my head and looked through the blinds. The sun was slowly rising on the horizon. I didn’t want to go to sleep now. A big day was ahead of me, and anyway, if I went to sleep, I’d be waking up from this dream world, and I mean come on, I just got here.
