“Oh my god,” Hongbin yelled, throwing open the door of Hakyeon’s office with enough force to break the hinges, “what the is wrong with you!”

“Calm down,” Shownu sighed, “he already knows that he messed up.”

“I have no problem with this,” Wonho shrugged, trailing after the pair, “he deserves to be yelled at.”

“Not helping,” Shownu rolled his eyes. Truthfully, he wanted to yell at Hakyeon as well, but Sanghyuk had already handled the situation and yelling at Hakyeon wasn’t going to help.

“Sanghyuk told you, huh?” Hakyeon sighed, “I honestly don’t know what the is wrong with me either.”

“How could you do that to him!” Hongbin yelled, slamming his hands down on Hakyeon’s desk, “do you have any idea how much he loves you!”

“Hongbin!” Shownu snapped, moving to pull Hongbin away, “cut it out.”

“I know,” Hakyeon scowled, “I know how much he loves me.”

“Do you?” Hongbin pressed, pushing Shownu away, “do you really? Because if you did, you wouldn’t have done that!” then Hongbin said something he shouldn’t have, “do you even love him?”

The room went silent as everyone processed those words.

“Hongbin!” Shownu yelled, “what the—the hell is wrong with you?”

“That’s taking things too far,” Wonho scowled, smacking Hongbin’s shoulder as hard as he could, “way, way too far.”

“I love him,” Hakyeon hissed, “How dare you even consider that I don’t love Sanghyuk.”

“I’m sorry,” Hongbin said, looking down in shame, “I didn’t mean it. I just…..I…..he’s my best friend and you hurt him and I just…….I snapped.”

“You never have been able to control your temper,” Wonho remarked, taking a seat, “would have thought that ten years would help you get control of that.”

“Not helping,” Shownu hissed, sending a sharp glare at the other man who backed away slightly. Shownu was someone to mess with. When he said stop, he meant it.

“Hongbin,” Hakyeon sighed, “I know you didn’t mean it. And I know that I really messed up. But that….it’s between me and Sanghyuk. It’s our problem and as much as we both appreciate you guys being there for him…….”

“This is something only the two of you can deal with,” Wonho said. Shownu nodded in agreement, smiling slightly at the leader. Hongbin nodded reluctantly after a moment.

A/N: I knew as soon as I wrote ‘keeping distance’ and ‘not broken’ that this had to come into being as well. There was no way Hongbin, Shownu, and Wonho weren’t going to hear about what Hakyeon did and there was no way they were gonna take a pass on yelling at Hakyeon about it.
