“I got a call,” Jinyoung said, his sudden statement making Jaebum jump slightly in his chair.

“From who?” the elder of the pair asked, putting down the gun he’d been cleaning.

“Wonsik,” Jinyoung explained, “the recall has been put into effect.”

“Seriously?” Jaebum whispered, visibly torn between smiling and frowning. Outside, the couple could hear their children playing.

“I told him that we’d think about it,” Jinyoung explained, returning his attention to his cooking, “and he told me that whatever we decided was alright, that we had to make the best choice for us and the kids.”

“Did he say why now?” Jaebum frowned slightly, curious and a little worried, “did something happen?”

“Wonsik said he was attacked,” Jinyoung glared at the stew he was working on like it had personally offended him, “someone who wanted all the information he had about the locations of Overwatch members.”

“,” the older hissed.

“Gets worse,” the younger hissed, “apparently, Wonsik isn’t the first Overwatch member this person has attacked. Others have been attacked, too.”

“How many dead?” Jaebum whispered, eyes wide with fear for his family.

“Wonsik didn’t know,” Jinyoung sighed sadly, “Taekwoon is looking into it, trying to find out, but…..”

The pair heard one of their children yell and jumped, quickly moving to the nearest window to see if everything was alright. Everything was fine, but it took several minutes for both to calm down.

“I think we should go,” Jaebum said, sitting back down at the table, “if it was just us…..”

“But it isn’t just us,” Jinyoung nodded, “I’ll call Wonsik back in the morning.”

“And I’ll call the boys,” Jaebum smiled slightly, “see about getting the full band back together. I can’t imagine mercenary work or normal people life being more enticing then returning to Overwatch.”
