“Hey,” I.M smiled, opening Nayeon’s door, “I heard you’d arrived.”

“Yeah,” she turned, smiling at him, “just got in a couple hours ago.”

“Met with the leader yet?” he asked, stepping into the room to help her with her unpacking.

“I did,” she nodded, “Hakyeon is alive. Who knew?” her smile turned slightly bitter, “well, you did apparently.”

“I’m sorry,” I.M hung his head, “I couldn’t tell you.”

“I get it,” she quickly assured him, “I’m just sad that I couldn’t be told. Hakyeon and Sanghyuk are my friends, too.”

“I know,” he moved to hug her, “it . But you know they would have told you if they could.”

“Yeah,” she nodded.

“It’s nice to be back under the same roof,” he sighed, “been a while since we’ve had that.”

For a while after Overwatch broke up, the couple had tried to live under the same roof. But trying to do their jobs with their respective teams and have a house together had proved to be a bit too difficult for them. They’d given up the house and decided to do the long-distance dating thing instead.

But now things were different.

“Yep,” she giggled, “you should know, I expect lots of dates now that we’re in the same place all the time.”

“I’ll be sure to remember that,” he laughed.

A/N: right after I wrote ‘recall protocol’ I just had to write this. so I did hahaha. Sorry about taking so long to update guys, things are sort of happening right now in my life. Like I’m getting into selling my art to make money (since normal jobs don’t exist anymore haha that’s something my one friend said when I told him about my ‘sell my art’ plan). That’s taking some time. I’m also trying to get control over my depression and that’s not always easy (I am getting better thanks to my meds and the doc I’ve been going to).
