Not Just Any Replacement
Narrator’s POV
Soomin exhaled as soon as they show was over.
“Have you seen your brother?” Jaehee turned to ask her. Soomined eyes widened into saucers.
As if on cue, her brother stepped in the room, dressed as Max.
“Aniyo, unnie. But oppa should have come. Moral support.” She chuckled lightly.
Jaehee nodded slitghly and began to take off the pins from her hair.
“But, unnie do you need hims for something?”
“Not really, I just thought he would drop by or something.”
“Ah.”
Soomin looked at her brother pointedly. Max blinked at her.
“Max, in two seconds I am going to take off my clothes, if you don’t step out~”
Changmin stepped out of the room. Soomin chuckled.
Jaehee stared at her sister-in-law with wide eyes.
“That’s how…we models talk.” Soomin fibbed.
Changmin’s POV
I saw my sister step out of the dressing room, she was smirking.
“Good to have you back, brother.”
“Who was that guy earlier? You even kissed~”
“That’s how we greet each other at France, anyway, you heard, she’s looking for you. Go ahead.” She pointed towards the room she just exited.
“Soo, I need to tell her, I cant…lie anymore.”
Soomin’s brows furrowed.
“Just not now, we still have an after party, oppa.”
She patted my shoulder.
“I just hope….she wont get mad at us….I really would like her….to stay with our family, oppa.”
Narrator’s POV
Soomin walked towards her older cousin.
“Good job, Soo.” Jaejoong chuckled.
“Komawo, oppa.” She smiled and took a glass of juice from the waiter.
“No alcohol?” Yunho asked her.
“It depends on the mood oppa, I don’t really feel like killing my liver today so~”
“Seriously, Shim Soomin?” Jaejoong muttered. Yunho chuckled.
“You’re right~”
“Mimin?”
Soomin spun, then she chuckled.
“Right, I did promise to treat you to some good old Korean food.” She nodded to herself.
Yunho looked at her.
“Oppa, I need to go, I still have someone to show around, I’ll see you around then.”
“Soo~”
“I already promised, I’ll see you two later at the party, you too Yunho oppa.”
Soomin turned to her friend, Kris offered his arm, she gladly took it as they walked away.
Jaejoong looked at Yunho’s side profile.
“Who is he?” Yunho asked.
Jaejoong chuckled and left his friend.
“You did great out there.” Changmin said as he slipped in the room. Jaehee looked at him.
“…Thanks. I thought you were busy.”
“I….was.” Changmin smiled. Jaehee looked away.
“Look, I know I shouldn’t have said those things to you, but~”
“Stop.”
Changmin looked at her.
“Changmin-ah.”
“Yeah?”
“Could……you..give me some time to think? I do trust you but…I’m afraid.”
Changmin looked at her.
“I was…hurt twice. You know that.”
“Hee, about before, it wasn’t my fault~”
“Let’s not talk about it. Let’s just go out.” Jaehee said as she walked to the door.
“But,”
Jaehee stopped moving.
“…what I said that time, it was true. My feelings for you, it’s sincere.”
