Narrator’s POV

Mr. Kang slammed his hand on the table, his wife looked down to her palms.

“You should have listened to me!” He said to his daughter.

Jaehee wiped her tears away.

“What would the people say?!” He hissed and stood up.

“This wont do.” He muttered to himself. Then his brows raised, he went out of the room.

Jaehee waited for her parents to leave the waiting room until she stood up and looked at herself at the mirror. She eyed her Vera Wang wedding dress, but then she looked at her face. Her make up was destroyed and her eyes were puffy.

“Yoochun-ah….where did you go?”

Changmin held his breath as some helpers put the suit on him. He did his best not to attend the ceremony, and now he ended up being the groom.

He wasn’t good at handling this kind of thing. He never dared to vouch for his temper. Let alone when he was placed under stressed.

“You look good, son.”

Changmin looked at his father, more like plea with his eyes.

“Abeoji, I cant do~”

“We cant have Jaehee be embarrassed and become the laughing stock of the country, Changmin.”

Changmin looked away. He knew nothing could dissuade his father now.

“You….left her?!” Junsu almost choked on his water. The two were at Junsu’s flat.

“Yeah.” Yoochun smirked and tossed her necktie to the couch.

“YA! Are you crazy?! What about Jaehee?”

Yoochun shrugged.

“Why did you even want to marry her?” Junsu asked.

“She was the one who wanted to, but….” Yoochun smiled as he traced his fingers along the glass table.

“It’s still too early for me to be tied, don’t you think.”

Junsu shook his head at him and went to his room.

Yoochun smiled to himself as he drank.

“Abeoji! NO!”

Jaehee curled her fists as she stood up.

“Jaehee, I am saving your face! I’m trying to solve this problem you got yourself into!”

“Yoochun will come back!”

“He isn’t. He left you, that’s what kind of man he is.”

Jaehee shook her head in defiance.

“He loves me, appa.”

“Honey, if he really does, he would never have left you.”

“But still, I am not marrying Shim Changmin.” She said.

Which is why she ended up at the altar with Shim Changmin after fifteen minutes.
